Completely stupid! Our neighbor steals our mail and you have to wait 45 min. for the hot water to come on! (After someone in your complex uses the water) DO NOT COME HERE!!! Vista Veiw Is better.

I love this small apartment community. The staff are amazing and always friendly as well as timely with any requests you may have. The apartments are a little small but they have everything that is needed out of an apartment. It is pretty quiet here and super affordable which is great. I am so happy to be living at such a great complex.

Was previously one of their only 5 star reviews but unfortunately I can no longer stand behind that. My registration is out as of 3 days and I recieved a towing notice because of this.Had some issues with them yesterday where I had to park my car at a friends but today they told me they could place me on a do not tow list and I greatly appreciate that.Everything else about this apartment is great but this was not a great experience and unfortunately they use Klaus towing and they are known to go out of their way to tow.They also do not have online rent pay abilities which I have been told they are working on improving.Overall not a bad place - you can have pets and the leasing office is helpful in general.When I have a maintenance ticket they get someone to fix it very quickly which is not the case at a lot of places.

Ive lived in these apartments for 7 years about and they still keep me support and keep me warm. They are very good apartments.

Lived here for a year, when they changed the office management everything went down hill. they told us things and then would take them back and then charge us for not complying even though they had told us multiple different times something different. If your going to do anything with them make sure EVER LITTLE THING is in writing or you will end up forking over money you shouldnt have to pay. Staff could work much better with communication, friendliness, and timlyness. our fridge was broken for over a week before they ever even attempted to fix it. Also had multiple problems with the people upstairs and their loudness.

I lived at Lynmar for 2 years and loved it! Nice apartments and friendly staff! I still recommend my friends to check them out!

If I could rate this place zero stars I would! Management is very unprofessional and not friendly at all. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to live here. Had to go to court with no warning letter or call from the management. Apparently we were too loud when me and my hushband are never home and don’t have parties or run around. I would understand if they called us or wrote us a letter stating to please quiet down, cause honestly I respect my neighbors. Going to court for something so ridiculous makes me so thankful I don’t live here anymore. It feels more like a jail than a home. If you plan on moving to this place make sure you record your phone calls with them because I got my brand new car towed even though I told them what kind of car it was and stated I just bought it. They promised to put it on the do not tow list. But found out it wasn’t. They did not pay that tow bill and stated they had no records of me calling them. Parking is way to strict! This place should hire people that actually care about their tenants!

Office staff is very friendly, maintenance is great, and the grounds are always kept clean. They are also re-painting the buildings currently.

Not a bad apartment... But the office staff could be much friendlier

We pay over a thousand a month for this place and we end up finding mold everywhere! They wont even try to help us and their maintenance is absolutely terrible. No stars if I could!

This is suppose to be a low income based apartment and they have a mold problem and still charge over $900 for a 2 bedroom.

The leasing office is extremely rude. Do not rent from these people.
