Martina in and of herself makes living here so great! She is the most helpful, cheerful person I have ever met! Addresses all of your questions and concerns as graceful and thoughtfully as she can. I love how much grassy areas are in the complex and the apartments themselves feel big and spacious. The apartments are great, but they still are just apartments. What has truly made the difference for us living here is working with Martina. This was our first time living in an apartment and she helped make the transition easy and seamless and, still, a year later makes living here so amazing! She remembers your name and cares about the details of your life that people typical out just brush aside.
Thank you Gerald and Jim for doing an outstanding job. I really feel you guys go above and beyond.🤩
I just move here and the staff in the front office were so helpful and friendly. They have beautiful common areas that once they open up Ill be excited to use. My apartment was newly refurbished and has nice appliances and the flooring is beautiful! It would be nice to have assigned parking but I havent had issues finding a spot closet to my apartment.
We have lived here over a month and Ron has done an amazing job helping us during the entire process. I loved the fact that I am close to downtown Colorado Springs and feel safe living inside a gated community. The neighbors here keep to themselves and the community is very pet friendly.
Ron made finding the right apartment with my busy schedule such a breeze, he has been more than helpful in getting the application and move in process taken care of. The new appliances look great, and there is minimal wear and tear. There is less cabinet space than I was hoping for, but perhaps that’s just a sign for me to get rid of a few things.
As much money as we pay to live here, they arent very quick to fix problems with gates, etc. They also dont care that our garage was broken into and stuff was stolen. We emailed a couple of times and left a VM for them when the break in happened. They never responded back.
Moved here in November 2020. Already cant wait till my lease is up. I work with one staff member she was great. I had to get maintenance already to fix things. I still need to get them to come fix some other things. Which should of been fix before i moved in. The parking sucks here. I dont have a problem with how much the rent is here but we should have assigned parking spots.
Jim and Gerald always getting the job done in a timely manner appreciate every thing they do for me :)
Awsome ppl who work in the office they are always there when you need them.Great communication skills Loves their community. Martina,Ron,Lori are great individuals
The management team is great, they respond quickly to any issue they keep the apt homes clean and neat. The ground is always well kept clean and neat. I would recommend anyone who is looking for some peace and quite this would be the place.
I can’t wait to move out these apartments. Our water has literally been off all day. The apartments have no insulation and the walls are super thin. It’s a gate community but literally anyone can get in.Update: This is my second package that went missing. I don’t know if someone is stealing or if the mail carrier is misplacing packages.
Among apartments in Colorado Springs, the Willows at Printers Park is a gem that should not be overlooked. The management has invested heavily in the community and the property managers are responsive to residents concerns. Complaints are quickly addressed and management does not tolerate violations of property rules. Moreover, the maintenance staff here are exceptional, being responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly. The result is a very liveable experience at this property. I highly recommend both this property and its management company.
I lived here for about 3 years Office staff are very nice and responsive. I usually work with Ron and Martina find them to be very helpful. The maintenance crew has been here the entire time Ive lived here and are responsive. The one thing that bothers me is the towing company they use. Made the mistake of not having my tag up and it cost $280 to get it back after being towed. Hard to believe the apt doesnt get a cut of that, but they say they dont and cant track resident vehicles which is kind of annoying. Generally a nice place to live and my area is quiet.
I was robbed at this complex August 1st 2018, my apartment was broken into in the middle of the night when my 2 children and I were asleep, I woke up in the morning to find my kitchen had been rummaged through with medications taken, my jewelry by my kitchen sink gone, and purse in the kitchen everything gone! I had 2 money orders which were blank I got the morning of the 1st that were taken from me! My car keys Gone and my car STOLEN from the front! This was a headache from hell! Sadly I didn’t have Gap insurance and lost my brand new 2018 vehicle! Insurance only paid so much and I was stuck with 7k to pay off on my car, on top of this the complex was evicting me because I couldn’t come up with the rent after being burglarized! I had to go to 2 different churches to come up with my rent money while in complete disbelief that this place was so money hungry given my circumstances. Luckily I wasn’t evicted but I did put in my notice to vacate after the robbery and how I was treated afterwards by this place! The person who robbed me and stole my car was a homeless Bum who entered through their broken gates which they won’t repair. Security is not that great or you’d think someone would have seen what was going on! Cameras are no where other then the front office, even though the guy was caught and is in jail for Auto Theft they can’t even charge him with Robbing my apartment because there’s no cameras anywhere proving HE broke in (which obviously he did because my keys were in my apartment) he told police he found my car on the side of the road running so now he can only be charged with auto theft and only gets 1-3 years for trying to destroy my life! Also it’s been MONTHS since I moved out and I have NEVER received a penny of my hefty deposit required that I put down because at the time my credit wasn’t the best. Also the owners of this place never even reached out to me after being broken into and robbed other then to let the office staff know I needed to come up with my rent money! Think twice before renting here. That’s all folks!
I LOVE this apartment complex. The staff is AMAZING!!! Lori, Martina and Ron are always sweet and willing to help if I have any issues. The maintenance crew is fast to fix any problems. My apartment is nice and updated. As a single female, I feel very safe living here. Although the pool area has been closed since I moved in, I am perfectly fine with them upgrading the facility, to make it better. I look forward to using it this coming summer. I cannot say enough good things about The Willows! Highly recommend.
Customer service at its finest Ms. Lovett exceeded any expectations I could have ever had for an apartment walk through. Complex is nice and quiet and well kept I definitely recommend.
I actually enjoyed my 3 years living at The Willows and the staff was and still is awesome. I definitely recommend if you have a decent income to rent here (no apartments these days are cheap). I’m also glad we did not owe after moving out. The Willow is a pretty legit apartment complex. The only fuss I have has nothing to do with The Willows itself but the utility company that over charges for potential water usage in the summer 👎. Regarding The Willow my 5 ⭐️ rating is because their customer service is legit and the apartments are nice and close to everything.
I feel safe, secured and a family with the community.
I havent lived here very long, but I have been very happy with my experience living here so far. I was active duty military and had to do my application/move-in tasks from another state. Paige kept in great contact with me, and everything went very smoothly to get moved in. I literally just had to get here and get the key from Courtney, who was very patient and helpful upon my arrival. I looked at four apartments before getting to this one, and this was the best one that I found in Southeast Colorado Springs, hands down. The gated complex is very well kept and looks very family friendly and clean from the outside looking in. The clubhouse is beautiful and has a very nice pool in the front with chairs, chaises and a grill. There is a playground nearby also. The fitness center is smaller, but has everything I need to work out in it. It is pretty much brand new. Parking can be an issue at times as sometimes if you get home later you may have to park far away, but that can be said with any apartment complex. Overall, have been very satisfied with living here and if I stay in Colorado, I will continue to live here.
Great place to live. The staff is great to work with, the area is well kept. The apartment I had was well taken care of and any time a service call was placed things got taken care of quickly. Location is great for anyone who wants to be near downtown but not in it, real close to the park. Easy commute to Fort Carson or Peterson AFB. Nice centrally located complex.
Lived here for about 3 months and just loved it! Staff was always very nice and helpful. We had two very minor maintenance issues that were resolved same day. Our one bedroom felt spacious and had more than enough storage for two people. Parking by our building was great. The people in the community were mostly similar to me mid to late 20s, a lot of early to work early to bed, above average income (for the Springs, for apartment livers, and mostly just not ghetto), and quiet most of the time. The area in general is very tucked away from main roads and traffic. Would highly recommend this place to quiet, considerate and hard workers. And if youre not that sorry to say it but please stay away so those of us who are that still have a place to call home, thanks!
My husband and I lived in the Willows apartments for 2 years. It definitely would have been longer, however, we sadly had to PCS due to the Army. The entire length of our stay, the staff was courteous, polite, friendly, and helpful. We had very few maintenance issues, but when we did, things were fixed in a timely manner. There were so many situations that they went above and beyond to help us and make our stay there completely stress free and enjoyable. The apartments themselves are new, clean, and very quiet. We didnt ever have a noise issue and the walls are a lot thicker than most apartments. The landscaping was very nice and overall looked great. Definitely recommend checking out the complex to see for yourself. Courtney James is the assistant manager there and for sure is one of the nicest and helpful people I have ever met. From the minute I toured the complex, to signing the lease, to even post-moving to a different state, she has been there for us. I cant say enough great things about them.
Lived here from 2013 to 2015. Nice apartments. Maintenance staff were very nice. One of their gates always seemed to stick open and it was a little on the expensive side. Other than that, nice place. Also it should be noted I lived here when the prior owner owned this property.
I just want to compliment this apartment complex.. I have been here 2 months and the staff has been very helpful and professional. the maintenance people are great and when you have a problem they fix it and in a very timely manor. I would recommend The Willows to everyone.
I lived here for 10 months. Great place to live if you have money in your pocket. Rent $800 a month for 1bed 1bath. Ended up paying over $950 without fail every month. No parking ever but you can rent an assigned parking garage for an extra $75 a month. The grounds are beautiful but you will be paying at least $50 a month in water. Why? You split the water bill for the whole building, not just yourslef. I, at least, didnt get screwed on my move out. I put down around $1200 deposit and got about $450 back. Thats after my dog destroyed a corner of the carpet in the living room. Oh, also, watch out. The gates never work and there were several car break in while I was living there.
We have been living here for over a year now, and our experience has been wonderful! Everyone that works here is very adamant about making sure our experience is the best. The maintenance team is spectacular and the office employees could not be more friendly. The upkeep on the complex is consistent and they avidly work to keep it nice. Pet friendly, kid friendly, with a variety of updated apartments available. The gym has recently been updated and is open 24hrs, which is extremely convenient. The office holds fun free events at least once a month that vary from family, kid, to adult events. They do their best to make you feel at home. The ONLY downfall from living here is parking. My husband works nights and doesnt get home until all the parking spots are taken. Because we are paying to live here, we should be guranteed a spot. My husband has to park outside of our complex at least four nights a week. It should not be up to the tennants to find who doesnt have a parking permit and waste our time waiting for the towing truck just to park where we live and not in the street outside our gated community that we pay for. However, this is one of the usual disadvantages that comes with most apt living. Overall this is a fantastic place to live and as we are not renewing our lease (relocating due to the military) we are very sad to leave what has become our home. I will update soon with how our moving out process goes.
If you want to pay for something like a pool that you’ll never get to use, move in now: I would say don’t move in here for another two years it has taken over a year to build a gazebo and I’m pretty sure that they have the cheapest slowest help possible to maintain another summer with no pool considering last Summer was one of the hottest on record they really don’t seem to care about offering the number amenities they’re charging their tenants for— not really sure how long it should take it when they have the whole area closed off why it would take over a year to build a covered structure except for the rip off residence I’m glad I don’t live here I was thinking of it but after watching the slow nature it seems like a big scam to rip off tenants
A nice place to live, pretty quiet at most hours of the day. Its in the city but in a business district so your away from a great deal of traffic noise. The dog park is honestly my favorite park, its nice to be able to bring my dog here and unleash her and let her run around with other dogs in the fenced in area, its not that large but its large enough. And there are multiple dog potty stations all around the ground which is helpful. It is a gated community but I really question how much it would actually help because if one person in front of you opens the gate, 4-5 cars behind you could easily get through before it closes. Ive seen cars waiting in the front for someone to open the gate and then they also drive in. So that may be a flaw. Otherwise it still feels safe.
I absolutely loved living at the willows. Staffs were accommodating and helpful.
So this place had its good qualities but the cons outweigh the pros. So first we signed our lease and the rent was supposed to be $850 for a one bedroom apartment. After 2 months, it increased to $980 a month for fees and surcharges which is something I couldnt afford. Then, while living there some guy hit my fiances car while pulling out of the parking lot and when we figure out who did it we asked the office about it and they gave the guy our cell numbers and address without our permission so he kept showing up to our apartment, calling us and threatening and harrassing us to drop our insurance claim. This place also never had enough parking spots so they gave out parking passes but they would tow the people who had parking passes instead of those who didnt...makes no sense at all. The office was a bit rude at times once new management came in and the security gates are always broken.
Overall, Ive had great experiences living there. The biggest issue is parking and lighting. If you get there after 7pm or so, you probably wont find a spot inside the gates, and it seems like non-permit vehicles never actually get towed, they just end up with a warning sticker. The reserved parking and garages are overpriced, and the garages are so tiny that most cars dont have enough room to open the doors all the way.As for lighting, the building numbers do not have lights above, next to, or below them, so delivery drivers have a hard time finding buildings after it gets dark outside.Management has always been great, they get to know you if you stop by the office often enough, and maintenance issues are addressed quickly by very courteous workers.I lived on the 3rd floor, so Im not sure what the sound insulation is like, but I can hear neighbors in the bathrooms.Overall, I highly recommend the complex as long as you dont mind occasionally having to park outside of the gates if you get home late, or are willing to pay for a reserved spot or garage.
Visited Willows while apartment searching. They were decent, but the floor plans were outdated. The appliances are updated, but youll pay extra for that.I would recommend apartment searchers to at least check out Willows.Ultimately, I chose to live elsewhere.
Griffis Blessing is an amazing management company. Willows is secure and welcoming just like the other properties managed by the Colorado Springs team!
Beautiful place to live. Has a quite gated neighborhood and a super friendly staff!
Nice apartments, great location just off 225 and close to the airport
Nice and convenient location! Very closed to Downtown.
STAY AWAY AND SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!1.Theres no insulation in the apartments.2.Ive had items STOLEN off my porch by neighbors.3.It takes up to 3 weeks to get any maintenance done.4.A number of inconsiderate tenants that listen to very loud music with bass.5.Theres no parking available after 5 pm.6.Theres a loud, rude woman that lives AND works here that has an aggressive white and black pit bull that has bitten other dogs AND people. She claims its a service dog so it hasnt been removed though the police have been called on it before
Very clean and quiet and spacious
Management very accommodating, friendly timely repairs,
Overpriced for what they offer!!
