Well first off when I moved in I was told it was a no pet unit but the apartment was covered in car hair and litter and I am deathly allergic to my cats as well as my kids. My unit was full of roaches that the property management wouldn’t do anything about my living room floor was soo soft and warped to the point that when I stepped on it my food went through my neighbors roof. I moved in February of 2021 and moved out June 2021 because of how bad it was. I was told the unit was 950$ a month minus utilities well the day I signed my lease the lady was fired and shun the district property manager says it’s 1201 for just rent a month.

When we rented the place we were not able to look at it physically....thank you COVID-19- however I was very impressed once we were able to get the keys. The apartment is nice, well laid out, Staff have Been unbelievably amazing! Katie and Shae have responded to me within minutes of any questions I might of had. We created a work order, and it was fulfilled(completed) within less that 24 hours. Quite, nothing to complain about there, parking has been an a little issue, but I feel the management team is doing everything they can to help! All in all I am very impressed!Thank you!

I’ve live at Copped Stone Apartment Homes for about 10 months now & I have had very minimal issues. Katie, our office manager is great at responding quickly & taking care of things properly & in a very timely manner. Rent is very decently priced for the amenities (minus COVID) you get on property as well! I definitely renewed my lease here! I would definitely recommend Copper Stone Apartment Homes to anyone looking for an apartment.

Do not move here! It is infested, they lied to us about things, and it is just raggedy. They overcharge for the rent just for you to be living somewhere that is not up to standards.

When my wife and I were in a situation waiting for the completion of our home, Katie and Cooper Stone Apartment Homes came to the rescue allowing us to sign a short-term lease. Our one-bedroom was spacious and filled our needs which allowed us to be at ease. Katie is very responsive to any of our needs or concerns, with a very professional representation. Without help from Katie, we would have been living with in-laws for months. We appreciate you!

I was looking to move to Copper stone recently, but ultimately had to rent elsewhere due to my job. However, the customer service I received during the leasing process was unmatched. Katie went out of her way to give me the details of not only the area but the entirety of the Springs. I recommend working with her if youre looking to lease!

When my husband and I went to view Copper Stone we had a ton of questions since we had just moved from out of state. Katie showed us the apartment and was able to answer all our questions not only about the property but she explained the leasing and renewal process like a pro. She was so helpful and really made us feel comfortable and confident with choosing their property. Thanks Katie and Copper Stone!

Do not rent here! The noise level has become so torturous from one apartment in particular. They became violent when a complaint was filed but the apartment managers did nothing. Every day and night its so loud the apartment shakes. Had to rent a hotel room to get any sleep. Will be moving out earlier than expected. Good luck to those who are in the apartment after me. Youll never sleep or feel safe.

These apartments are awesome. The price for the amount of space is really nice. Biggest patio I’ve ever had. I haven’t seen a single roach, bed bug, ant, spider, OR ANYTHING!Johnathan the manager actually cares about the residents. He will help his employees clean. I’ve seen him pulling weeds and painting mail boxes in his suit a few times! He will always work with you no matter what situation. So glad i chose these apartments!

I moved here 5 months ago from Florida and the Management staff here has been nothing short of amazing. The location of the apartments I have to say is great. Everything is so close but yet you feel secluded in this community. I love sitting on my porch watching this community come alive with the most friendly neighbors. Jamie has been short of a blessing for an office manager. Anytime I have ever needed anything or needed anything fixed she is quick to respond to have it taken care of. Her and her staff have always been extremely friendly and accommodating. Its because of Jamie that I am planning on staying another year here. I suggest anyone looking for a place to stay this would be the place. Just want to say thanks to Jamie and the staff for making it a wonderful transition for me and my family! YOU GUYS ARE ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!!!!!

Worst decision I ever made in my life was moving to this dump!! ! My car has been broken into twice, AND my sons car was stolen from richer outside our window. Of course, not even an apology from them. And yes, they do have security that comes here once a night and goes 70 mph and is in and out within 7 secs. I would advise you to not rent here

Hi my name is Robin I moved here in 2015 and have nothing but praise reports for the dream team in the office. From Maintenance to Manager to Leasing Consultant they all go the extra mile for you. For example my toilet chain broke and it is very important to have that working properly and they had this fixed in no time. They are very supportive when it is cold out they will provide space heaters and check on me to make sure that I am comfortable. Copper Stone Maintenance is very quick to fix problems and they know what they are doing. The grounds need zero landscaping they are neat and clean. I love my remodeled kitchen and the layout of the bedrooms. This place is more then an apartment it is a community.

Lived here about a year ago, and WOW has copperstone stepped up as a complex. Jonathan is the sweetest manager and all I’ve seen him do is improve these apartments! The laundry rooms are always kept clean, the yard maintenance is done every other day, and not to mention our apartment was extremely clean when we moved in. Jonathan is always on top of maintenance outside and inside apartments, and he works hard. So happy we gave copperstone another chance because it’s been nothing but great!

Havent moved into this complex and may not (due to other reasons) but I can say honestly say the office staff is SUPER HELPFUL!! I can be super anal and critical and when I say Shana was BEYOND attentive and helpful. Service like that goes a long way with me and cannot go unnoticed.

Don’t waste your time. I was there over 3 years. Rent paid in full and on time every time. The rent went up over 100 dollars ever year. They made no renovation other than a weak sliding door and an ugly outside light fixture. Homeless people hanging around there all day. Many of times I went outside and found homeless people sleeping under their carport and some even passed out on the sidewalk. Good luck on getting anything fixed around there. The outside of the apartment building is always trashed. It’s always noisy and a lot of voilence. The police are constantly there. Just ask CSPD. When you move out the will charge you in any possible way to keep your deposit. I am a disabled veteran and I lived in many different apartment complex thru out the United States. This by far was the WORST. And the people giving 5 stars don’t even live there. I was there from October 2015 until June 2019. Never seen any of those people that claim it’s a good apartment complex. They are fake 5 star reviews. It’s a very small complex and not hard to meet everyone. And as far as Jonathon Landa..... move there and you will see. Free of charge warning, trust there are cheaper and nicer complexes in that area

Ive been living here for over a year now and its great. The property is clean and well lit up at night. We never have issues with our apartment or other renters. I do notice though, that renters are smoking things they shouldnt be outside that the complex is willing to evict those renters should someone complain. I just saw someone get evicted for this and I feel a little better about the complex now that the children in the area arent having to be exposed to it. Parking can be a problem at times.

Its what you expect for the area.If youre new to Colorado Springs, this area of the Springs isnt the best place to live, but not the worst. My cars been rummaged through once because I forgot to lock my doors (my own fault) but theres been no forced entry and nothing taken. I generally never have concern for my safety except if Im out walking after about 10pm-11pm at night. Again, thats just the area, not Copperstones fault. A couple of homeless people in the area but they dont bother anyone.Cost of living is increasing due to a huge influx of people moving here and with housing being strained, costs are expensive everywhere so dont be too put off at the cost. You may or may not find a better value in other areas but hop on them fast. Also, I know in some states its required by law to include water/sewer/gas with rent, but its not here. Allocate an extra $100 for utilities on average on top of what you pay for rent.Noise is typical city noises, i.e., distant sirens, car engines, occasional loud music or shouting from a neighbor or a dog barking. If youre use to them, you wont notice them. If you come from a quiet town, it may be a little loud until you get use to it.Internet: Im on Century Link. $45/month for 12 mbps down. I asked about faster speeds and they pretty much told me the only way to get anything faster with anyone would be via satellite because the infrastructure just isnt there so dont get conned into paying for something that doesnt exist.Complex is okay. The pools nice but crowded during the summer and if its anything like last year, theyll drain it mid September again due to freezing concerns. Im told all apartments get a fresh coat of paint and cleaning with each new tenant and it seems that happened in mine. The building are from the 70s/80s but its not too much of an issue. They updated the large appliances at some point so theyre not falling apart or anything, all must be only 2-3 years old tops. Couple minor things that will always pop up with older buildings but they arent an issue. For example tripping a breaker because two electronics are turned on at the same time on one specific outlet.Occasionally, people will smoke pot and youll be able to strongly smell it. Usually goes away after about 30 minutes. Not an issue for me but I know some dont like the smell. Parking does sucks and its worth it to pay for covered parking just to have a consistent parking spot. The lot is shoveled and cleared regularly during winter. My biggest issues: The water heater sucks. If you and a neighbor are in the shower at the same time, water will spike from comfortable to scolding. Theres also laundry. Each building has two washers, two dryers. Some people like to use all at once so you either have to go to another building or wait hours. That also costs ~$3 per load ($1.50 for wash, $1.50 for dry depending on cycles)Overall, place seems okay enough. Rent for a year lease increased by $40 for me since I renewed it. Havent really had to deal with the staff since I dont have any issues. Just remember to keep your doors locked.

Of I could give it 0 starts I would when I lived here it was a nightmare. Management was no help. Someone towed my car in the middle of the night for no reason. The cupboards in the bathrooma were a joke as well as the kitchen. Carpet was brand new when I moved in but the crime...noise and everything else forced me to break my lease early in which I got told I had to pay 125 to clean the carpet even though it was already cleaned. I stayed there 3 months out of a year lease it was that horrible! And of those 3 the last month I practically stayed with friends because I hated it there so much.
