The Apartments are really nice to live here and the staff are really nice people

It is SO quiet here, I never hear my neighbors. The office regularly sends out emails about things going on at or around the property, including updates on the construction on Union, which isnt even their responsibility. Jason, the maintenance guy, is so nice and prompt and its just overall excellent customer service here. The amenities are very nice and I like the layout of the apartment. Feels like home every day to me.

I’m very upset with how this apartment complex runs there visitor parking. I was told by the a office worker about 6-8 months ago if I came in late on weekend just park in visitor parking not in space 1. So I came in for a family emergency and I had parked my car in visitor parking space were I’ve parked last time I visited. It was around 4:45pm I parked my car went out to get in my car 3 hours later and they already had it towed. It was on a Saturday night too. I had to pay for a Uber then it cost me $350 to get my car back. I think that was uncalled for and they should reimburse me because really within 3 hours no warning just tow my car and they knew I was from out of state. I want the office worker to know that they shouldn’t be telling people that they can park there without a parking pass and maybe have someone on call to open office up 7 days a week 24 hrs so when visitors get to town on a emergency situation they can get a parking pass....

I’ve lived here for over a year. LOVE LOVE LOVE this apartment complex. The staff is amazing especially Bridget, Ky and Carter. They have made living here an enjoyable experience. Jason, the maintenance man is fabulous and always makes time to come and fix any issues we may have. Pet friendly which is awesome! Definitely recommend! And it’s located in such a convenient area, shopping and food always close by! Sadly we’re moving due to the military but if we weren’t, I’d definitely renew our lease!

If I could leave zero starts I would . Worst apartments I have ever lived in & do NOT recommend them to anyone .

Love living at Vista view. Gorgeous apartments for a reasonable price. The property is close to quite a few things as well, shopping, food and only a few minutes from I-25. Bridgette and her staff are always friendly and personable. Would recommend to anyone looking for an apartment!

Ive lived here for about two years and love it! Nice neighborhood and a lovely apartment. The staff is great here as well. Very accommodating, understanding, and friendly. Things are fixed very quickly if there are any issues and everyone in the front office is an absolute pleasure to speak with.

I am super pleased with how Ive been treated since I have been here. If something is wrong they come immediately and fix it. Sometimes they go out of their way to help me take up groceries if they see me, because Im not a healthy woman. So I really appreciate Birgit and the whole staff for being a part of my life.Thank you!

My husband and I lived here for a full year and I have nothing but good things to say about all the ladies at the front desk ESPECIALLY BIRGIT! She’s one of the most nicest and caring souls that I have ever came across. She always showered my dog with kisses and treats, We are sure going to miss her A LOT.. Unfortunately I don’t have the same opinion about the people that live there but every time I had an issue with a neighbor, the staff was always quick to fix the problem..The apartments are absolutely beautiful and I never had a maintenance issue..The location was also fantastic, everything was very close to us so we didn’t have to travel far for Fast food /Groceries/Gas. Overall my husband and I lived very comfortable and we are happy with the experience 🤗

I live at this apartment for 2-3 months. Had my lease voided because my dog was attacked by an unleashed dog. All they do is send out reminders to lease your dogs and after a month everyone is still walking their dogs off lease. The only reason I gave this apartment a 3 star is because it is a nice place minus the dog poop and people not conforming to their lease. All breeds and aggression levels are allowed because they never check.

My family and I moved in to these apartments late August and we love it! Everyone has been friendly and helpful. The manager is very understanding and takes care of things as soon as she can. The only downfall is we pay the same price as the person above us who has a patio, as we do not have one. We were told this before signing the lease though. Maintenance is fast and friendly.

We moved to this apartments six months ago and we love it so far. Nice layout and everything is new. Nice people in management. I recommend living here.

I love this complex and the staff are amazing!

We had no hot water for almost 2 months and nobody was ever in a hurry to help us. Our apartment was legally considered uninhabitable, but dont worry they gave us $150 off our $1350 rent to apologize after we BEGGED them to give us something for taking freezing cold showers EVERY MORNING AT 6 AM!! The office staff considers your legally binding lease as something they just go by sometimes and are extremely unprofessional. They gave much attitude during our hot water situation.If you drive anything other than a small car, you will not fit in the parking spots. You also pay $25 a month for a parking spot that is so far away from your apartment.They do not plow in a timely manner. People were stuck this morning in the parking lot trying to leave for work... come on. We pay a lot of money to park here, the least they can do is clear it out so we can go to work and continue to afford to live here.I would not suggest these apartments. We are looking forward to our lease ending in November. The apartments look nice inside (not put together very well, however) and theyre an OK price for a 2 bedroom on this side of town, but they are not worth the hassle or problems that will arise during your time here. Look elsewhere!

Ryan is the only competent employee in this facility and we havent seen him for a while. We actually have enjoyed our apartment however the problems at the complex out weigh the good. We have had our car towed out of the spot we pay for twice now. Having to go pick it up each time from the tow yard one time having to pay and then getting reimbursed a week later. Dont know about you but I cant afford to pay for a parking spot in addition to being towed out of that spot often. Its always fun walking outside and finding your car missing.Second dont be late on rent. If you get paid on the 3rd or 4th plan accordingly with your paychecks. On day 4 they shut down the web portal for payment. Dont worry though they will print you out directions on what to do, youll go to multiple places looking to pay rent only to find that the directions are wrong and these places dont have Vista View Apartments as a service. Dont spend your money on a money order though after doing all this they still wont except your rent nor will they help you on how to get it paid so they can charge you the additional daily late fee. I will not be renewing my lease and recommend you DONT SIGN ONE! This place is too much of a hassle.

Visited a friend here. Apartments are newly built but not taken care of. Looks to be in a stage of new painting? Parking is crammed and lanes are tight. Groups of apartments are closed off which forces you to drive a mile to get to the opposite entrance. Construction all over the place. Grounds are kept clean but stairwells are not maintained.

Terrible experience. The day we moved in we discovered dog urine all over the new carpet. The office people are UNPROFESSIONAL and go out of their way to make sure you feel at uncomfortable as they can. I would absolutely stay far away from this place.

First and foremost. I want to point out that Ryan who works at the office is probably the nicest/friendliest person you will ever meet. He is very understanding and cares about the residents. All the staff are very accommodating to your situation.We are currently in the newly built apartment homes and they are gorgeous! Stainless steel appliances, new carpet, granite countertops, electric fireplace, washer dryers in unit, and lots and lots of storage!My only complaint is that it takes constant nagging to get maintenance request done correctly and in a timely manner. But other than that it is a great place to live!EDIT ** after about 5 months of living here. We have had problem after problem. The first being that poop water came up from our tub and flooded our bathroom. Hot water never working when you needed to shower and NOW we are in fear of our car being towed everyday.There are assigned parking spots at this apartment complex where only 2 cars can be registered in one unit. Any guests or additional cars will have to purchase a parking spot for a fee daily. There has been a new parking update that pisses me off. I Had to take the review down to 2 stars.Aren’t you making enough money off of us already? There’s 187 parking spots each costing $25 is an extra $4,675 a month for the apartment complex!!I cannot wait to move. I see now that it is poorly built inside and outside with not enough parking spaces. Avoid this place if you want to not get ripped off.

Nice layouts and quiet...the kitchen is very nice with a peek a boo breakfast bar. The living room is big with plenty of room for everything.

Do not move here if you want to live peacefully and comfortably.

Apartments are being remodeled and its for the best, management is awsome, dog accepting, nice neighbors and its near almost everything needed. Moved in two months ago mainly because this is one of the best looking apparments that would except my big dogs and Im happy that i found this place

This is the most horrible place to live. The rent is extremely high and the manager; Brigette, is combative. The rooms are cold due to design of the place and if you say anything you get harassed and or threatened. They made me pay 50.00 for a parking permit and then they charge you 25.00 a month to park. The place is a horror. Tiny rooms, tiny closets and like I said if you say anything they threaten you. I absolutley hate it here and am desperate to get out.

My lease with a different apartment is up in January, I was thinking about giving this place a try but after reading the reviews of this place most of the reviews are about maintenance not fixing ANYTHING. I will not sign a lease from this place!!

Decent apartments. Make sure to look up close before signing a lease. Stairs are in BAD shape & dangerous when wet or frosty. New manager is a bully & rules by intimidation. Old manager, aka Kevin, was promoted. Rent can be paid online when the website is working. No onsite manager, works out of the office of another complex. Dogs allowed but they have a habit of barking excessively. Dont walk thru the grass - its full of dog s---& not picked up by dog owners. Just be careful before signing a lease!

This part is new, some maps dont recognize address. Check in office where visitor parking is. Careful pulling into parking lot, some cars might scrape bottom.

If there was a way to give this sorry excuse for an Apartment complex negative stars for their misleading manipulation I would. Not only will they lie right to your face, they will act like its your fault, and show no remorse in doing so. They will charge you for anything they can, while saying to your face that you will not be charged for this, then charge you some arbitrary amount that they see fit. Take it from just one of the many horrible reviews that this turd town has gotten, you and your family are better off paying rent to live in a dumpster. If it wasnt for the lying, sleazy, two faced sorry excuses for a staff that will have no problem stepping on your neck to make an extra buck, i am sure this would be a half way decent place to recommend to you worst enemy.DO NOT WAST YOUR TIME. TRUST ME...I am Sure they will respond to this post with some half assed We are sorry for the experience you had, but if you would like to come down so we can talk about this matter further we will see what we can do for you Total BS, Lies upon lies. Nothing will be accomplished and you know it...

Great apartments and management! The complex is small and quiet. I would recommend them to anyone.

Seen a ad on Craigslist for a 2br for rent looked nice but after seejng these reviews Im kind of scared to. I wouldnt want my car towed after paying for a spot hmmmmmmmm

Terrible! Was told the construction was going to be done by December 2016.... 4 months later they are still nowhere near done. The parking is terrible and your space gets stolen several times a week. After working 10+ hours standing on my feet all day while 8 months pregnant walking from the other side of the complex was the last thing I wanted to do. Left the apartment in the same condition as moved in and still lost over half of the security deposit with no explination on what they charged us for. There is dog poop everywhere because most of the the residents are to lazy to use a bag to pick it up and if you own a dog expect it to get sick all the time because of all the dog poop on the ground. The matience is terrible and nothing gets fixed...and if they show up to fix something it wont last very long. The condition of the stairs is hazardous. Nothing like walking up the stairs and feeling steps shift.

Thought about living with all the negative comments 9 times out of 10 the people are right. Corporate b.s. nothing isnt for the consumer anymore.

DONT LIVE HERE!Worst office staff ever!In one year we werent allowed to use our back porch for half our lease and the stairs were redone twice in one year! The manager will also speak another language to her employees about you in your home in front of you. She also re entered our apartment illegally and alone without the maintenance man to see if I was home

Absolute crooks!!!!! Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague. They find all kinds of ways to charge you for BS and the management is horrible to deal with. Worst rental experience ever!!!!!!!!

If youre visiting, you have to park a long way from the apartment youre going to, if theres even a visitor spot.

Worst apartment homes Ive ever been in, dirty, dont expect management to fix anything, wont pick up phones, bad customer service, construction has broken windows and they are never fixed, management will always be an hour or two late when they set up a meeting with you, stay as far away as possible, they are a lot of fake good reviews for these townhomes
