Great apartments. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly during our move in and the apartment was nice, clean and ready to go:)

Im enjoying my time very much here so far i have nothing to complain about and we made a work order request,and it got done right away. Nothing but positive things from my time here.

We moved in a few months ago, thinking these apartments would be nice. The photos looked good and it was more affordable than other places in the area. However, already the lock, closet door, and towel racks are broken, and the mail lock doesn’t work either. The laundry facility does not work properly (good luck trying to dry your clothes). When we first moved in, the property manager did not tell us where the dumpsters were, the hours of the gym, how the laundry facility works (you need to call a company and get a money card), or any other information important when moving in. Speaking of the gym, half of the equipment in the gym is broken and unusable too, and has been for a long time without getting fixed, despite the property manager being aware of the issue.

I have only great things to say about Westmeadow Peak Apartments!!! My daughter and I moved here seven years ago. The office and maintenance staff are awesome and have always went above and beyond to help us should we have any issues. We love Westmeadow Peak Apartments and.the location too!

Overall good apartments and they are right next to carson so commute is easy.

Ive been living here for 15 months and I absolutely love it! Location is awesome and the staff is always so friendly and helpful. Maintenance is very good at there job, Very professional and prompt I appreciate their quickness getting to things that need to be repaired. I would highly recommend this complex.

Living here was fine but trying to get information from them after moving out is like pulling teeth. I’ve called at least 4 times and sent at least 3 emails in the last two weeks and haven’t gotten a single response. They probably don’t care since I’m not giving them money anymore.

I have lived at these apartments for three years now, Kassandra has been here for the entire time and is an amazing lady always helps with any problems or concerns. They have great customer service! Thank you all for doing a wonderful job !

PROFESSIONALISM! Maintenance team, does a extraordinary job of keeping the property well maintained. That certainly includes work orders. keeping tenants safe with quick and speedy snow removal. I appreciate the sidewalk always being cleaned safe, during these snow storms. You can always count on maintentenance team. Lately with minus temperatures this winter. This has not stopped the maintenance team of doing a excellent job. Taking into consideration how large the complex is. Well deserved appreciation, well Done! Maintenance team

Moved in here in May and I love it here... The staff is very nice and helpful and maintenance is very good and handle any issues promptly. Its one of the only places that accepts big breed dogs. the hot tub and pool are so nice.the 3 bedroom apartments are nice and roomy.. and I love the focal painted wall..(red in my apartment )If your looking for a nice place to stay... I would come here

Thank you so much to Sean and Nathan from Maintenance! This past Friday afternoon, during the middle of this pandemic lockdown, they helped me with an emergency refrigerator situation. I was worried that I was going to loose all of my food. Sean came in and found that it was due to the compressor failing. It was making a lot of noise. He and Nathan removed the broken refrig from my 2nd floor apartment and brought in another fridge from an open apartment. The new fridge was very clean and cold. They brought it all the way up again to my 2nd floor apt. I got my food transferred quickly and did not loose any of my food! I am so grateful for the maintenance dept, Sean and Nathan for going above and beyond at this difficult time. I am very grateful for their hard work and excellent Customer Service.So glad we can count on the maintenance dept here at Westmeadow Peaks even at the most difficult times, for all of us. The maintenance department here really goes above and beyond ! We are all so fortunate here for the Excellent Support and Customer Service we receive from our outstanding Maintenance Department!

When I first looked at these reviews, I was a bit leery about going to look at the place. I have lived here for almost 5 months now and I can tell you those people were wrong. The apartment complex and staff are both wonderful,especially Sterling in the front office! They are so sweet and caring. The community stays clean. They have an awesome maintenance team that is always there to fix this ASAP! The gym and hot tub are both 24 hrs. I just wished there were more weights or equipment in the gym and that pet deposits or breed restrictions were a little lighter. Those are my only concerns but overall it is an amazing place, less than 5 minutes from base. I love it here. The apartments are both beautiful and affordable.

Our experience has exceeded our expectations. The staff is very friendly, understanding & very helpful. We were weary about moving into apartments after living in a house for the past few years. But I hardly ever hear our neighbors. Everyone is very kind. Maintenance is quick to respond & resolve. The apartments are beautiful, modern & very safe. Im grateful we found out home here & I couldnt be more thankful how stress-free the move in process was thanks to the help of Kassandra & Karen.

Hot water tank leaked exhaust into our bedroom and caused carbon monoxide problems with our children and us, took 11 months to be fixed correctly. Constant partying and fighting, SWAT lockdown situation, and I waited 2 months for my security deposit check and when it finally came it was made out to my infant daughter!!!! Pool was closed half the summer, constant redecoration of the office led to the gym being closed 50% of the time. It’s cheap- you get what you pay for. Maintenance guy Tony is the only guy there who deserves any credit, he’s great.

We love these apartments! My family and I have lived here for almost 3 years now and have had no issues!! All the staff, especially the office assistant manager Kassandra, have been more than helpful and very sweet and kind to us as well as the maintenance staff they are always quick to fix any and all our repairs in a timely manner!! We love it here!! Definitely recommend these apartments!!

The ladies in the office are rude as can be. My daughter wanted to be in the pool and was asked to get out because she was fully clothed. We explained that it was for religious reasons and still denied a child to participate in the activity. My daughter is a professional swimmer she could swim in anything better than anyone there. Its too bad I was only visiting with hopes to move, but if I do this place is no longer an option.

If there was anyway to give more stars I would. Words cant even describe the love I have for this place. To be part of this community, is a blessing. It is clean, modern, safe, and fun. Most people here, are either friendly or mind there business. If you have problems here, I dont know whats wrong with you. A lot of renters take this place for granted and dont realize that this place is heaven compared to places like Pine Creek. Colorado needs more afordable housing like this, everyone deserves a chance to be happy in Colorado...

Great place to live and the service in the office is outstanding. I had an issue this past Summer and Kassandra in the officr was so helpful in getting my problem fixed in a timely manner. Great prices in a great area. I just renewed my lease also.

Ive enjoyed living here the past year. The maintenance team is awesome. Always respond quickly to any issues. Parking is a little rough. But other than that Ive never had any problems! ☺️

I had read a bunch of bad reviews of the place but I have been here a few months now and I really like it. The staff is friendly, our postal carrier is always polite, our neighbors are polite and mind their own business. The parking situation isnt the best because there is no assigned spots but theres usually always a spot close to my apt so I cant complain. After all is said and done I enjoy living here

Dont move here. This place is full of pot-smoking, rude, petty thieves. Weve had our car broken into three times, the third being during a five minute absence from the vehicle. Theyll steal anything from lawn chairs to ashtrays. If you move here, be prepared to pay an ineadequate amount of money for really terrible living conditions. The maintenance workers are all very rude. You also may want to install security cameras in your apartment and vehicle. The office workers are nice, but not very great. Also, people blast their music at three A.M. on a school night. Ive lived here for five years, and the only enjoyable experience was when my kids made new friends. Also, not to show disrespect towards our nations bravest, thank you for your service, some soldiers show downright disrespect towards the community. Dont give in to the Flashy paint scheme or the Nice interiors. This place is a trap.

Lived here for a year and plan on moving soon, called the office this morning to get my drain unclogged come home over 12 hours later to the drain still clogged after they said theyd come fix it. Than I call the maintenance help line to come fix it ASAP and have the nerve to tell me its not an emergency. How is it not when it inconvent to me that I work in a few short hours and need a shower to use before work since I didnt have it all day?

Kassandra Ranck is so knowledgeable about her job and she has been a pleasure to deal with any problem since she has worked here ty for having good worker here at west meadow peak I have seen a lot of office staff come and go in the last 14 years that I have lived here ty

Years ago, this property was above average and professionally run by the Echelon Property Group. Since Mission Rock took over and hired unprofessional (and bigoted) staff like Kassandra, it has become a trashy place to stay. Listen, theyll even try to coax a five star rating out of you so they get awards, but they arent nearly close to that at all. Thin walls, ignorant/rude staff, ripped up parking lot, water shuts off every other month... There are many better tax credit, income assisted apartments in Colorado Springs - so go and find them. Youll do yourself a huge favor in the long run.

We lived here 4.5 years while my husband was in the military in a 1 bedroom followed by a 3 bedroom. Shakeema was amazing in the office, maintenance fixed everything in good time plus they were very nice, the grounds were clean, it was super close to base and the apartment had a big master bedroom and bathroom. The only issues we had were typical things that happen when you live in an apartment.

I was very impressed with this apartment complex. The grounds and exterior of the complex looked very nice and well taken care of. The apartment unit for rent that I looked at was very clean and spacious. It looked like it was new, they did an excellent job preparing it for the future tenant. The staff was friendly. Kassandra was very nice and helpful. The location is great. The view of the mountains from the complex is awesome, you are right next to Cheyenne Mountain and just minutes away from the state park and zoo. The complex is close enough to I-25 for quick access to the rest of the city and there is a Walmart and Sams Club just down the street. Pikes Peak Community College has a campus across the street and UCCS is only about 15 minutes away. Most everyone I encountered in the area was very friendly. I highly recommend this complex.

Westmeadow Peak Apartments has a great front office staff. They were very helpful when it came to answering all of my questions and preparing me for my move. I give this property 5 stars.

Do not rent from here if you have animals or support animals. They have caused so much stress to me and my family while trying to approve our second emotional support animal. They asked a million questions, I answered every single one of them, they denied me my rights to my second animal for no reason other than they wanted money. Even after I answered their final questions, it took them almost a month to respond, giving us the impression everything was possibly done but then they just denied us after we did everything we were suppose to. We love the complex and our neighbors but we are very disappointed with how we’ve been treated. We’ve never had any issues with anything in past places we’ve rented, animals or no animals, until we came to this place. Im giving them 2 stars because this whole process has been way more stressful than needed and they took so long to respond with their final decision.

Ive lived here for over a year and I really dont have anything major to complain about. The staff has been friendly enough and my maintenance requests were taken care of. I havent had issues with theft or burglary save some packages being stolen from my doorstep. Some residents are loud but thats to expected anywhere. Overall my experience has been pretty good.

We had conflict with another resident and instead of resolving the situation they intentionally made it worse in so many ways. This isnt the only thing we havent been taken care of for a while now. Disappointing to say the least.

We just finished our time here yesterday in these apartments! The staff and maintenance is amazing! Kassandra and Jamil (office staff) are always so helpful n kind. It was really sweet when they said they would miss us! Ron one of the maintence guys gave me a hug before I left, loved my daughter to pieces (makes me teary eyed) I’m gonna miss you all so much! Very nice complex, well maintained, spacious rooms, breakfast bar, colorful buildings, lots of amenities and available parking, as well as car ports available at an add’l per month rate. We lived here for 2 years before getting our house. Out of the Apartments weve lived in these were my favorite. The pool was always clean and fantastic. We were in 105, 1542 building and could see the pool and mountains. The layout was awesome. We had 2 young kids and it was quiet. My husband was in the Army and Gate 3 was right there. It was great having a fullsize washer and dryer as well as plenty of cabinet space in the kitchen with a pantry. The master has a huge walk in closet and master bath is huge. Only had 1 minor issue with rent. I dropped my check in the drop box which falls in the maint area and got a nasty gram but when I had the office lady take me back there we found it under the bench. I would recommend these apartments to friends =)

I have lived at Meadow Peak View for over 4 years now and I can say it have been a pleasure knowing the staff Cassandra She is always going above and beyond. I appreciate the dedication in making sure our needs are met.

I like how people who dont live here, and have never even visited the property will have the audacity to leave poor reviews based on OTHER PEOPLEs reviews.That said, the property isnt perfect, but they do strive to do the best that they can. In the past 12 months the property was hit with 2 hailstorms, one 100+mph windstorm and 4 city owned water main breaks (2 on NYE)-and one would be hard pressed to tell that these events ever occurred. While a few residents demand being waited on, hand and foot, and some like to invent things to complain about (usually a new neighbor), the overwhelming majority are very polite, friendly, courteous and good neighbors and the majority of reviews here reflect that. The community is clean, quite, well maintained and most of the complaints (here and other places) have a tendency to come from the few problem residents who are usually being asked to leave the community, and rarely from those few with a valid gripe.I would compare it to ANY affordable housing community in Colorado Springs, before making a complaint about it, and I would still choose it above all others in this price range. I wish the property the best of luck in the future (especially with the elements), and a fond farewell to all the staff and residents.

I have been living here 3 years and I love it. The management is awesome and the community is quiet and close to Fort Carson.

Me and my wife went here to check out apartments. We didnt even get to look at all, we were automatically denied at the door. Why? Because Im an E4 in the army. They told me I made to much. They said I made 52,000 a year. Im sorry that you think you can look at a piece of paper and know what I make, I do not make close to 52,000 before taxes. Get out here arguably the most rude place Ive been too ridiculous.

Hate this place. So ready to leave. The staff is so snotty and rude to every one. They POUND ON YOUR Door without notice at 8 am. They send out a notice saying they are doing an inspection and expect you to shift your life for five hours AND NEVER SHOW UP. and then two weeks later send the same notice again AND NOT SHOW UP AGAIN. Dont move here whatever you do.

I was told that I could not be leased to when I called over the phone because I am a full time student. Since I am the only adult in the household (single mother), even though I work 3/4 time and have other sources of income. How could any sort of professional housing be so discriminatory? I have money and can prove it but was automatically discriminated against since I am a full time student. Because I thought my ears were deceiving me, I asked her to clarify and repeat what I thought she just said. WOW is all I can say.

Horrible place and staff! Very rude and snobby. I paid my deposit and was playing phone tag with the agents. Never received my funds back.. Such a rip off place and do not recommend.

I applied and paid the $500 fee a few weeks ago and after sending them 3 emails I have not recieved anything back including my money. I do not recommend this place if ypu want people that are going to try and work fast in order to give you an answer and due to the fact that I am deployed I can just go to their office or call their office because it is an 888 number. But if you are no in a rush and dont mind waiting a month for an answer back, go for it.

The two female soldiers who live above us (we have a female soldier in our family so we are NOT anti-military by any stretch) are rude and noisy and have been since they moved in (at 8pm-12am) four months ago and the office, after been notified DOZENS of times (the police have also been called several times) continues to REFUSE to handle it. As long as someone is home upstairs, there is CONSTANT banging, stomping, yelling, just being loud and noisy all the time. We even recorded them vacuuming at 10:05 and 10:20PM and had asked them to stop between those two times in the same night!!!!!!

The year was excellent. Definetly made worth my stay in Colorado Springs.Good priced with great resident care maintenace serive.

I experienced phenomenal, customer service from Shakema! She was very detailed, caring, knowledgeable! I didnt know much about Colorado, and after talking to her I felt like family! She took her time and made sure, I new everything about the Property and Schools. I believe she should get, employee of the month! Out of all the properties, I called including Remax Realtor she was the most knowledgeable and friendly! Good job, Shakema Forgive me if I spelled your name wrong. 👏👏❄️❄️

I am a resident and i hate it here. They have people video tape little kids from their apartmens every day for evidence. Invasion of privacy is what i call that. I WILL NOT Renew my lease. The apartments are kind of nice but they make it unpleasant to live here. The main office ladies are always rude when they talk to you Ive gone in there and waited an hour and they just were smoking outside. They act like theyre so much better than you and that its a problem for them that you are in their building. On top of that if you dont have kids you will NEVER get to use the pool the pool is always flooded with rude kids and theres never room to swim. I suggested to the office that they have an hour fpr adults and she rudely shut me down and asked how would you like it if your kids couldnt swim for an hour because adult s dont know how to swim with children in peace excuse me? On top of all that there are always 20-30 kids runing around and they are loud and disruptive and the apartments do nothing. It takes weeks for maintenance to show up if they evee do and the mail is supposed to come at three and he does but he sits in the office for 2-3 hours and chats with the ladies(they dont do their job flirting with the mail man) and i never get my mail till 6 or 7. But thats not all. Because i never get time in the pool or hot tub i went at 1030 by myself (it closes at 10) and security kicked me out. I was by myself and being quiet because there isnt any other time for adults to relax. And on top of all of that they HIRED RANDOM RESIDENTS TO RECORD CHILDREN AND ADULTS DAILY FOR SECURITY REASONS. NO. If you want to watch residents install a camera. DONT HIRE RANDOM PEOPLE TO FILM OTHERS. i know i would want my kid out there with people filming them. Long story short it sucks here. Theyre rude and dont care about their residents. When my lease is up im moving no hesitation. Do NOT move in to these apartments.

I live in building 1562 Apt 114 and I have had to call maintenance 5 different times about sediment like residue being left on my dishes once the dishwasher was finished with its cycle. The first time I called the apartment repairman said that I have to rinse off the dishes before washing them, funny thing is we already did that. To top that off the rental agreement says quiet hours are from 10pm-6am and my upstairs neighbor in apt 115 fights with his wife up till 2 or 3am at least once a week, sounds like ww3 is kicking off most of the time with the yelling, doors slamming, things being thrown, and their children screaming and crying. I have talked to the office about it and they said they can do nothing until a 3rd party is involved. Well I called the police one night and a report was filed and I notified the office yet 3 months later they are still here and still fighting. I have a 4 month old daughter and I will not have her being woken up at 3am so Im leaving this place. Dont make the mistake I made, the rent isnt too expensive here but you truly get what you pay for. The appliances are junk, the walls are super thin, and if you are (un)lucky enough to get a garbage neighbor then you are stuck with them cause the manager sure isnt going to do anything about them.

I rented here for a year and it was a horrible experience. They are very unprofessional and very rude. The office staff is ridiculous. Overall it was a very unpleasant experience. I wouldnt advise anyone move into these apartments.

Says theres a hot tub yet its been out since November they claimed theyre fixing it yet here we are February and still not even decent enough to explain whats going on to the people who live here . Also horrible at plowing and shoveling the entrance is eating the bottom of my car away with the horrible ice and water that is flooding .

This new management sucks i tried to give a partial payment because i lost my job and they said no just for being $200 short and i told them to come and check my bathroom because i think black mold is growing and theirs mice in my apartment it was a mistake to get a lease here
