We raised an issue about discrimination and contacted legal assistance and then these people refuse to renew our lease this year. Now I will call the state board of discrimination so be ready. You might try to push us around but we will stand up to you.

This place is affordable but youre definitely getting what you get on this side of town, I have homeless people and meth heads in and out of the building constantly. My bathroom never got fixed properly and they just like to cover up mold. My heater never works and the pool has been closed for over a year now. So unless you wanna live in cruddy conditions and have methhead neighbors I suggest going somewhere else

Wonderful staff. Affordable housing. Maintenance is on top of things when its not covid season... Lol. Seriously very caring wonderful people. Im renewing my lease for another year. So that should say something. I highly recommend it to families starting out or young couples. Close to a lot of things. Everything is kept up on.

Office staff are always very friendly and helpful! The quality of the property is up to the quality of tenets at this location though, so be a good neighbor!

DO NOT LIVE HERE! Its disgusting, poorly maintained, and poorly managed. Ive lived here for over 2 years and its gotten worse over time. Its cheap yes, but the little discount you might get is not worth your health, safety, or stress levels.

My apartment was very clean when I moved in. There were a couple issues (light bulb went out, and burner didnt fit) but they were fixed right away by the staff. AC works great and my room has a ceiling fan that is a bliss.

I like the management here. Lindsay is very nice and helpful. The maintenance doesnt take long to fix things. And we just had new carpets installed so thats cool.

Currently living here, and they are making huge efforts to improve the conditions of the complex. They just installed new carpet in all the hallways and are doing work on the indoor pool. The maintenance employees are very prompt and the leasing office staff are very helpful. However, make sure you know what your supposed to be paying for rent and utilities. I got a surprise $80 water bill. Supposedly, this is normal, but it makes me wonder if everyone had a big water bill this month (and maybe it has something to do with the pool maintenance), but when I asked the staff about it, they were evasive. Overall, not a bad spot to pay rent.

Shout outs to the office and maintenance department, this is a fantastic community.

Absolutely disgusting...moved in thinking they took care of theses apartments the way the took care of the apartments that the office was in...WRONG. Took a week to clean hallway stinks...they had a water break amd did not clean the carpet or pull it up..just let it dry on its own..which for your information can cause Mold. Not to mention if you move in you will have a few guest..YES these apartments have Roaches.

Absolutely disgusting place, dog poop in the hallways, and walk ways outside. Took over 2 months for a maintenance request on my fridge which wasnt working. And they try to scam you out of your security deposit.

Best place to buy meth in town. Highly recommend.

Absolute scam - shady environment, maintenance calls or noise complaints go unaddressed, office rarely open during posted hours and you get charged for wear and tear in a building already in bad condition.
