MyNail.com is unbeaten in their service, cleanliness, and overall wonderful customer service. Everyone is friendly and helpful, and even when I moved out of the neighborhood to River North, I take the Brown Line up there because they are truly unmatched. More expensive fancy places dont do as nice a job on my nails and certainly dont make me feel as welcome as this place. I would give them 10/5 stars if I could.

Great nail salon, I think they do waxing too, but Ive never tried that here. Check out which days they have deals. They do a really nice job. I usually do pedicure and no chip mani, and they also have dip manicures.

I really love this place, I went there for the first time a week ago, I had a wedding to attend and I almost forgot my nails, I walked in 1 hour before they close and they took me, 3 of the ladies did an amazing job, I felt VIP having my pedicure and manicure done at the same time, I dont think they do this but they did it to me because i walked in one hour before they close. My nails have lasted 7 days without a chip, Ive had no chip jobs that dont last 1 day, I really recommend this place, i am definitely coming back. Oh I almost forgot to mention the owner or the manager (the front lady) gave me a free pair of sandals so I didnt have to put my gym shoes back on and ruin my pedicure, I was really overwhelmed by their service.

I cant get over how great there are services are. I absolutely recommend it I’ve been here three times and I live up south. I take the ride every three weeks for a pedi so worth it . Great prices

I love this place. Ive gone here for the past 3 or so years. Ive always had great experiences, and long lasting no chip manicures. I usually get 3 weeks for each no chip mani! Highly recommend this place.Customer service is great as well. Very accommodating.

Come here if you are looking for a quality mani/pedi, but not if you are in a hurry — it is not an express nail spa.The women are kind and great at what they do, and they have a variety of nail colors to select from, including no-chip.If you get both a mani and pedi, they will start with the pedi, then transfer you to the mani station (vs doing both simultaneously like some nail spas). Because the same technician follows you from pedi to mani, they also have that person clean the pedi station before doing your nails. This alone extends your stay another ~10 minutes.I would prefer one of the free technicians clean the foot station so the customer doesn’t have to wait before getting their nails started.Tip: ahead to make an appointment, especially during COVID, and sign up for their rewards program!

Very cute place. Liked that they had availability. NO CHIP DIDNT EVEN LAST A WEEK!!!! including tip, I paid $50. Definitely NOT worth it.

Consistently deliver a professional and lasting pedicure and no chip manicure. When there has been the occasional issue they have corrected it quickly.

I love this place. Have been going there for 10 years. But the last 2 times I have not received the complimentary shoulder massage while I watched others get them. What have I done?

10/10 Experience. My no chip looks perfect. The salon was SPOTLESS. They take all COVID precautions extremely serious. From walking in the door, they provide sanitizer and gloves to pick out color, take temp, and everything is cleaned. Thank you!!!!

This is my favorite salon. They do a great job! I have tried other places, but I always return. In my opinion my manicure/pedicure lasts a lot longer.

Wish I could give negative stars. Had a nail emergency and happened to be in the neighborhood. Looked in the window and they only had 2 customers inside on a Saturday afternoon, which should have been a sign. I walked in and asked if I could have a no chip done. The first lady asked if I had an appointment and I said no. The second lady came over to look at my nails and immediately switched languages and all I heard was removal and she was shaking her head and pushing into a calculator. I was confused because the place was empty so what would I need an appointment for. Secondly, they were communicating with one another and not with me. I was just stuck standing there. Finally the 2nd lady finished calculating whatever she was doing and abruptly walked away and the first lady who I was talking to originally *and slightly nicer* said to follow her and she would do it. I was so turned off by how rude the 2nd lady was and the lack of communication. I asked the first lady how much is the no chip? There were no signs of their services on the wall or up on display. She looked down at her desk like she was looking for the pricing and the 2nd lady yells from across the room Removal and no chip, $45. Absolutely ridiculous. Like people walk in with no nail polish on. And one in the nail business should know if a customer comes in requesting no chip, more than likely they already have no chip on! Everywhere else I have gone, including my usual DOWNTOWN nail areas charge from $30-33 for no chip nail POLISH. Why would I pay a REMOVAL FEE to remove NAIL POLISH with ACETONE and aluminum foil? If this is the business youre in, commonsense should tell you REMOVING OLD NAIL POLISH is a PART OF THE JOB. This place is low class, low quality and sadly lacks good CUSTOMER SERVICE and communication. Needless to say, I left and went to another nearby place and paid $30 for my no chip. Will not be stepping my foot in this place again.

Im really disappointed in this place and probably wont go. Ive been a handful of times and have had pretty medium of the road experiences, but about a week ago I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure. My gel nails (which were supposed to last 2 weeks) started to crack after 4 days and chip after 6 days. The tips started turning a different color and instead of light purple are more like blue. I was out of town and couldnt get them fixed. Then my pedicure started rubbing off from my shoes which has never happened to me before. So, if youre in a pinch its a fine place, but dont expect the best quality.

I went to this shop for the first time on Friday and I did not have a great experience. They were delayed in greeting me. They didn’t offer me anything to drink, unlike the other women that were sat after me. My massage with my pedicure was very short. My feet still needed some scrubbing. Then once my pedicure was dry, no one assisted with the dry spray, as they did with the ladies that got done before I did. Instead of me feeling relaxed and comfortable, I felt completely out of place, unwanted and rushed. Nevertheless, I remained clam...paid for my service and still left a generous tip regardless of their unpleasant customer service. I will never go back here and that sucks because I pass this place all the time, I guess I should’ve passed it on Friday as well as, huh...lesson learned.

Best nail salon in Chicago. They always offer you a drink, you also get a scrub at each manucure or pedicure that you get, all the girls are friendly, and the shoulder massage at the end is a dream!Just make sure to book in advance during week-end or call before, they are quite busy.

I would recommend making and appointment if youd like to get your nails done here, but its a good experience! You never feel too rushed and the equipment is clean. The couple that owns the place lives upstairs and is always there to make sure everything is running efficiently. They have multiple brand options for no-chip which I like since OPI is still limited in their palette.

The place is beautiful but my cuticles were cut so short that they bled! Both big toes, a pinky finger, and a thumb. Two days later and theyre infected and so painful! It was a great deal but I got what I paid for and will definitely not go back here.

Ive been here twice.First time:The best mani/pedi Ive had in years. These ladies know how to take care of a guy or girls feet. The hand massage after our treatment was done was a nice surprise.Second time:Not the best experience. My friend agreed. We felt that the ladies werent on their game. Seemed rush compared to our last visit.
