While traveling to Chicago for a wedding. I was in need of a pedicure, this location was within walking distance from the hotel my family and I were staying. Plus it was open (a rare find w/ the Rona). Its a clean, comfy, safe, boutique style nail salon. My pedicure was perfect and the service was awesome.

The place was nice, clean and the staff was friendly. My pedicure was good but the no-chip Mani did not come out well. She ended up not charging me for my Mani because it just did not look right. I may return again just to see if this was a one off situation. Overall, not a bad experience...

I’ve been going to this salon for 5 years and am never disappointed. This is easily one of my favorite nail shops in the city. They have extensive color selections and were one of the first salons in the city to do dip powder manicures. Always friendly conversation and techs who will suggest the latest trends and polish collections. Very fast and efficient and a short wait time. I have continued to be impressed by the quality and price here, my no chips last for weeks.I went for a no chip after the city reopening and was very impressed by the cleanliness of the salon and the new practices in place to ensure a safe environment. I will always come back!

Went back 2 times for repairs within 48 hrs. All while doing nothing but relaxing in the hotel. The owner did offer to make it right but we were leaving Chicago. Should not have to spend that much time get a full set and then return multiple times to only have all my gel tips Pop off like cheap press ons.

Management (Sydney) is so rude. save your money. My nails started to fall off little by little within the week and got accused for doing it. I went back several times so they can fix it. Asked for my money back while she gave me attitude and tried to resist saying shell do my nails I kept saying no I just would rather have my money back and go somewhere else then says I dont even wanna do ur nails like a little kid. I really tried to give this place a chance but it has a rating of 3.7 for a reason.

While my nails were done well, they do not have any Covid precautions (no screens between you and the technician) and I believe it was the owner who did my nails and while she wore a mask, she seemed to have a cold because she was coughing and congested. I hope it was nothing more than a cold but a little worrisome no precautions were being taken... :(

The owner, and staff are very friendly, and courteous .My nail technician, Lynn is excellent. I have never had a bad experience at Ten Perfect Nails. I highly recommend this Salon.

Great weekday deal from Monday-Wednesday for a mani and pedi $40! Great service and located right by northwestern hospital! Would recommend to a friend.

The woman who gave me my manicure was really nice and did a great job. She helped me find the perfect color after the one I picked was not what I wanted. The manicure lasted forever and she did a great job shaping my nails. Love. Their pricing is better than most other places Ive been to in the city. I will definitely go back.

Im in the city for business and decided to get a much needed manicure. I walked in without an appointment and was taken care of right away. Absolutely the best manicure I ever had. Very clean, great attention to detail. Highly recommend

I think they did a decent job with my nails! I went and got a manicure, and I would say that they didnt do a good job with the manicure itself, but a good job withe the final nailpainting and finishing touches. I have a lot of dead skin on my nails and they didnt take it off at all, and the massage was non existent. At $10 for a nail polish change and $14 for a manicure, its inexpensive for the area, but Ill keep looking for a better place, coming here for emergencies/ when Im in the area. Writing this from a week post the manicure, its still in place with no chipping. Enough reason to go there for me!

Jennie at 10 Perfect Nails (or Sydney is Jennie isnt around!) are the only two people I trust my eyebrows to! They do a super job, and friendly, and always take me as a walk in. The few times I have been out of town and let someone else do them - Ive been disappointed. They have me as a customer for life!Ive also had numerous manicures there and have always been pleased!

I got a dip manicure here before after purchasing a groupon and it lasted 3 weeks which was awesome. I decided to try it again. I arrived a little early for my 6PM appointment to get a dip manicure and I was told someone would see me in a minute. I waited for 35-40 minutes without anyone offering me water or at least seat me in a chair to soak my nails. There are so many nail places in the city... This is nothing special.

This place was good. I got a dip for the first time and they did okay. My finished nail was rathe bulky and lumpy.

I have been going to ten perfect for a few years. i really like to have my nails done here. the workers and owner are very nice. i enjoy the service.

Im not pleased with my pedicure and manicure. First of all my pedicure was short, the tech barely filed my toes nails. Too much overlapping of polish. I got a no-chip manicure, I noticed later she left polish underneath the nails. A few years ago I was regularly coming here, they were doing a good job. Im sure they have new people there now, what a shame! You have the nerve, to charge these high prices and you cant even do a good job. I should have followed my mind, and went to my regular nail salon a few blocks away. That was my biggest mistake, which will never happen again.

Ten perfect charged me 9 dollars for a regular mani pedi without notification to me as a clientWhen I asked the owner why I was overcharged, she said I was charged extra for using their products and I brought my own nail polish!!! Then the owner said that I should have asked...asked what? if I will be charged more than the posted priceHow would I have known I would be scammed? TerribleI did tip the technician for the work so that she would not be punished by the bad business practices of the owner.Better business Bureau noticeBeware new clients!

A complete disappointment! I called in the morning to schedule two mani/pedi for 12:30pm. When we arrived, only one person was open and I had to wait over 30 minutes for her to start. Then she left me to take care of someone else and took another 20 minutes to come back to me. And everyone that walked in was told it would be 5 minutes regardless of whether or not it was true.

Best in the city, hands down :-)! New location and services are amazing, and the customer service always was and still is, unparalleled. Besides the new very elegant space, the only other change you may notice is their volume of business. While Sydney and the whole team at 10 Perfect will always accept any and all walk-ins, I personally would encourage you to call ahead and make an appointment. Especially if you are looking for any service beyond a mani or pedi, like brows, lashes, waxing, etc.. Then Id say an appointment is a must. But either way, its worth the wait. They get Perfect 10s from me. Across the board and every time. Its THE place to go if youre in the area.

I had the best manicure and pedicure experience with Girtha. I have never met a woman so professional, warm, and knowledgeable in a nail salon/spa. It was the best experience I have had in a nail salon and I just decided to go in with my friends on a whim. The space is small and modest, but Girthas service was out of this world.She first helped me pick a nail color by quickly applying possible nail colors to each finger to see how it would look against my skin. It was very fun. The pedicure was very thorough and clean. Plus I do not think anyone has put so much care into smoothing my rough heels.Girtha is very easy to talk with and is also a wealth of knowledge for nail care. I only got a basic manicure with nail polish, not fake nails, but she firmly explained all the ways I could protect, maintain, and prolong my nails. I wont lie, I was a little surprised by her rules(no lotion the first night for example), but I followed them the best I could. I am on day 4 and they still look fantastic! Not one chip.I did have to stay longer under the fans while my nails dried, but Girtha wanted to make sure my nails were set enough to go. And if you can believe it, Girtha protected my pedicure by putting what I think was oil on my toes and then covered them in little plastic bags- then she helped me put on my thick wool socks and shoes. My toes were still beautiful when I got back to the hotel- protected from the pitting of my wool socks.Seriously, if you want beyond customer service with a very likable lady, ask for Girtha. She really cares about her work and your experience. A+

I made an appointment here and didnt receive any service until an hour later. My mom and sister were put in pedi chairs but sat there for a good 45 min but didnt even have the water or anything turned on for them. The decor was very dirty and messy. Their pedis chipped within a few hours as well. I went for acrylics but the lady started giving me a mani and didnt even know I wanted the acrylics until I told her. Plus she tried to charge me extra for the partial mani? I thought cuticle cutting usually comes with acrylics anyway. Glad I dont live here and wont have to come back to this salon. Would rather have paid the little extra for a nicer decor and treatment.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! After 10 years they have lost me as a customer. Didnt honor appt so had to come back. They performed an extra service and then told me they were going to charge me for it. To top it off owner was argumentative about it. Hope that extra $10 was worth it. Next time Im going to Polish & Pour instead
