Great place! Booking online was super easy. The place is very clean. Everyone was nice and professional. The lady at the front desk (i think the owner) referred to me by name a couple times. It’s a small gesture that feels really good. And most of all my nails look beautiful. Highly recommend

My first AND LAST visit here! My friend and I had a horrible experience with the treatment of the owner (or head manager) of this place. We got yelled at by them for their mistake of writing two services instead of one. They were in such a rush that they did not consult before filing down my nail or even give me time to explain the simple design that I requested. The other technicians were nice. But overall the atmosphere seemed toxic. Definitely felt uncomfortable even talking with my friend and would recommend you DONT COME HERE.I’ve had better quality, better services elsewhere.

I love this place. Ask for Giada or Gada (sorry she had a face mask on it was hard to get her name). She is so nice and wants to make sure every step is perfect before she continues. I got a pedicure and no chip manicure in maybe a hour and fifteen minutes.Walk-ins are welcome, but I would HIGHLY recommend booking a head. They get very busy.Lien is the owner and such a sweetheart. She makes me feel like Im an old friend even though I dont come in all the time.

A simple “ It is busy there will be a wait” would have been fine instead of scolding the customer for arriving and rushing them to choose a color and to the pedicure chair. Very poor customer service and it has not been the only time.

I love this place! I come here all the time for pedis and no-chip manis. Lien and her staff are so friendly and my nails always look amazing. I also love that they use BeBio for their no-chip services because it is cruelty-free, vegan friendly, and has no extra chemicals. The atmosphere is so relaxing with the plants and light music—it feels like an oasis in the city.

I’m in the west suburbs and drove 30minutes to this place because my nail place was closed as well for others . && let me tell you I was very impressed with there amazing job . They took there time and made sure I was ok and also made sure if there work was good which it was . I’m iffy of going to any place but I don’t regret coming here . And I am definitely coming back . Thanks ladies . May god keep blessing that place . By the way I got a mani and padi cure .

I got a pedicure here- the lavender spa one. I dont remember my technicianss name maybe Silvia? She did an amazing job I was SO relaxed. I work 50 hrs a week on my feet and its taking a toll. Afterwards my feet were so soft smooth and pain free ! The foot massage is amazing. I also loved the decor it was so cute and relaxing. The facility is CLEAN and updated, very comfortable! The only constructive criticism I can say is that after I got the polish I felt a little bit rushed out of there and everyone assured me that my color is quick dry but when I took my socks off at home the polish had gotten messed up because it hadnt dried completely.

Friendly staff, byob, beautiful & tranquil establishment. Did a great job on medi& pedi, will be returning. They do nature nails only.

Impeccable service, youd miss this hole in the wall nail shop along Lawrence if you didnt pay attention. So glad I went here, mani-pedi is the best Ive received in the Lincoln Square area for the price. Plus, they offer a great punch card for frequent visits to get you more savings. Check them out!!!

No matter who is providing the service, I always leave happy and Lien, the owner, always makes sure that I am satisfied with my service. Beautiful selection of Vegan + cruelty free gel colors. Very comfy pedicure chairs and clean store. My manicurist was diligent in trimming my nails and ensuring an even coat.

I went to Ravenswood Nail Party with my bridesmaids and a few other friends the day before my wedding. I booked the appointment a couple weeks in advance and they had no trouble fitting the 7 of us in for mani/pedis. We had such a good time and everyone was very happy with how their nails looked. The space is beautiful and makes you feel like youre at a spa. I will definitely be going back and I highly recommend them.

I was pleasantly surprised! Came in at 7pm on a Sunday night (for one they get major points for being open until 8pm- all other salons in the area close at 6pm). The salon was large and spacious, clean and smelled great. My nail technician was very thorough and did not rush at all (which is a HUGE pet peeve of mine). She did a great job! I also love that they accept Venmo. Made the transaction easy. Will definitely be back!

Can’t recommend this place enough! They are no nonsense and you can tell the technicians care about the work they are doing ( without taking forever!) comfortable seating for pedicures.You can’t beat their Mon-Wed special ( $49 for no chip and regular pedi). I had never heard of the brand of polish they use but it is supposed to last longer which I’m excited about.Owner was so nice as were the nail techs, I’m excited to go back!Head there and you’ll enjoy!

This is an amazing place. I have been going here for the last two to three years. The owner is very respectful and cares about her clients. She always keep in touch and treats you not only as a client or customer but as a good friend. I recommend. She cares about the health of your nails not just the beauty. I recommend a friend here before and she loved how her nails were done here. Amazing place!

I love how that treat the customer, very nice n take care of you beautifully. I love how they did my toes and my nails, love the design they did too. Would have given you 5 stars but what I was disappointing about is the no chip, didn’t last me long. Did it on Saturday n by next Friday started to fade n now nail polish is chipping out. Didn’t last me long. Very sad. On vacation n doesn’t look nice now. I thought no chip will last at least 2 weeks. Didn’t last me a weeks.

10/10! The space is gorgeous; the owner is kind and attentive; the staff is knowledgeable and caring - it is a little pricey, but considering everything else, it’s totally worth it. I got a no-chip mani that came out absolutely perfect, and a regular pedicure that was almost perfect (when I was a block away, I noticed two large bubbles in the polish on my left big toe - not a deal breaker for me, as I usually wear close-toed shoes). My manicurist checked with me multiple times that the shape of my nails was right, the color was exactly what I was expecting, and the number of coats of polish gave the coverage I hoped for... it was great! I plan on returning, despite it being farther from my home that I’d like!

I’m so grateful that this place is so close to my house! Lien is such a gracious host/owner & the services here never disappoint. I love their dedication to low chemical use & non toxic formulas. The salon is very new and modern. I can’t say enough good things!

Lein and the Ravenswood nail party staff make your visit to their salon like a meeting with friends. The customer service is natural just like their products. They stand by their mission to be organic and non-toxic.I came to the salon for a very important photo shoot I had the next day. They exceeded expectations and pay close attention to detail, asking questions to ensure you are satisfied every step of the way. Excellent service! They stayed open a little after close when I called 15 minutes before they close to ask if I could fit in a no chip. She completed the manicure in record time and it looked great! So friendly too.

I went here with my sister about a month ago and it was really nice. It was very relaxing, good quality products (including a coffee scrub that they make there that smelled delicious), and good conversation. I have gone to so many nail places and I felt really good after going here, which usually is not the case for me. I will definitely be going again.

I love this place. Used to do mani and pedi no chip that lasted for 3 weeks . Also, they are using vegan friendly and cruelty free products. Miss so so so much this place since I moved to suburbs. Very clean. Professional. Owner is nice and atmosphere is good.

Easy to make an appointment, very very good prices, excellent service, good color selection, and i found the natural no chip mani lasted longer than many i have gotten. they usually last around two weeks and this one has lasted for going on three weeks now ! i also appreciate that it is natural and didn’t have any odd chemical smell. very clean too! will be returning.

Honestly a really awesome spa experience with great customer service. Fastidiously clean. I have some phobias with unclean areas and they were so great I was able to relax.

I really wanted to love this place. Its so pretty. They offer complementary wine. Lien, the owner, was very nice. They use healthier products than other shops and theyre open Sunday evenings.Here is my issue with this shop. I went in for a fill in and pedicure. They dont do acrylic. I ended up asking for a soak off and no chip. My fingers are soaked while she did my pedicure. They do not use drills here, which is fine if you can actually complete the service without it. The problem is that they couldnt. There was still acrylic left on my nails that was very obvious. It was late and I needed to go so I let her put the no chip on in hopes that it wouldnt be noticeable. It was.... And the glitter layer was very uneven and my nails were not uniform but at this point I was ready to go.I came back a few days later for her to soak off the no chip and the rest of the acrylic. After over an hour of soaking, scraping, soaking, scraping, I told her I would just go somewhere where they could actually get it off. I suggested that she either not offer the soak off service or warn customers that it would take 3 hours or more to get off. She proceeded to tell me that they usually only do it for their regular clients who are willing to wait.... 1 Thats irrelevant. You offered to do the service for me. You could have said you dont do that there or told me how long it would take. 2 How is it possible that you only do it for regular clients if you dont offer acrylic? So whose work are you soaking off for regulars?All in all, this is a one service shop. If you want a no frills no chip mani-pedi, this is the place for you. Its a really nice place. Other than that, I wouldnt suggest coming here. They dont even have fans to dry your nails if you get regular polish.

I have been here several times. I love the atmosphere and the staff are nice. My issues is that it seems each time I go the service declines. It finally has come to a head for me. Last time I got a spa Pedicure and no-chip. I like to go to relax and read and due to wanting to get the service done as soon as possible they put foils on while I got my pedicure. I am paying for each sure so I dont understand the rush. I couldnt read at all.I ended up having my full no-chip completed while getting my pedicure which is not idea since you are sitting on a cushion bench.They are very accommodating which can be a problem. While getting my no-chip, she ran between me and multiple other clients to finish their nails. She would do a coat and then leave. I had some nails with 2 coats and some with 3 so its uneven. Also, I hqd to point out a mark on one nail that was very obvious for her to fix it. I paid over $80 not including the tip I gave and was out in 1 hour. I really love the place and the quality polish but I doubt Ill be back. I dont want to be rushed through my services that Im paying a lot of money for.

I walked in, was not greeted pleasantly, instead was looked at in distaste as if I had offended someone. Asked for a pedicure, was told to pick a color, informed them I was going to pay the meter. Walked back in and noticed the special, asked for the mani pedicure special, was told no. When asked why, was told she had someone coming in and to go pick out a color. I walked out. Unwarranted rudeness! I felt EXTREMELY discriminated against and hurt.

Amazing. Best in the area - absolutely superior service and uses environmentally caring products that do not harm nails. Impecable design and cleanliness, too. Loved it every time - including the complimentary wine. So glad she’s in the neiborhood!

I cannot say enough good things about this place! It is amazing and beautiful simultaneously. The owner, Lien, has been my nail tech since 2012; I tried her just once and I was hooked. My mani/pedis last so long, and they look brilliant. I have always encouraged Lien to open her own nail salon; because, she is just the best nail tech in the biz, and I say that with no ego! She is the cuticle and hangnail whisperer; she will eliminate all discomfort in your hands and toes from hangnails. Her attention to detail coupled with her commitment to natural-earth friendly products, makes this salon a win-win and a must visit. I was elated when she told me that she was opening her own salon; she is so deserving of it. The shop is gorgeous, and Lien is coaching all of the nail techs on how to do flawless mani/pedis....Lien style. Unfortunately, I moved away in 2016; but, whenever I do come to Chicago, I go to Ravenswood Nail Party to see Lien and get a mani/pedi. I got a pedicure in March 2018 from Lien and it stayed for over 2 months and never chipped. Now, thats a good pedicure! The salon is open for individuals and parties, and it is just swank. The menu is reasonably priced and includes a lot of features that you would have to pay extra for had you gone to another nail salon. Go if you can; I think youll be pleasantly surprised and extremely satisfied.
