I got a fill in and my nails look so real. The nail techs put so much effort and finesse into their work!!!! So much attention to detail. They really care about your nails and you getting your money’s worth!!! I’ll definitely be visiting again when i’m in Chicago.

My no chip pedicure appointment maybe lasted 18 minutes in total. When I arrived, I was greeted by a gentleman (who was very friendly - the only pleasant interaction I had the whole time here). He told me to take a seat and will bring over the colors for me to choose from. This older lady then proceeds to scold at me saying no dont sit here go over there and pick the color first. She didnt know I was doing a no chip pedicure and ends up being my technician. Not sure if she was having a bad day or what but she was really rough with the way she was cutting my nails. Doesnt even bother to file them down or scrub the bottom of my feet. She just paints them. I felt really uncomfortable and rushed the entire time I was there. Even when I had my toes under the light still she was trying to slab lotion on my legs. I have never had such an AWFUL pedicure experience. I ended up paying with cash because there was a discount and lucky for her she still got a pretty decent tip with her horrible service.

Everything went well! Except for one thing. I feel like their manager was rushing to finish my nails.

She is so kind and caring and wants her customers leaving happy. Julie was able to get my nails looking natural and beautiful. If I could rate them zero I would. Worst service and mani/pedi I have ever received. It takes a lot for me to review a place bad,but I don’t want another person to pay for a service is not worth your money. The owner’s wife could care less about doing nails, she rushes everything and doesn’t know how to file or paint nails, the other employee who did my pedicure gave me a round big toe nail and the other one square. With all honesty, it’s the best chip-on manicure in the US. Coming from Europe, I was disappointed with the attention to details and overall quality of manicure (and not to say for what price...). Uniform coat even with a neutral color which is the most difficult one to my experience. Clean professional quick affordable service.

I was able to get an appt (pedicure) upon walking in. I the pedicure it self was ok (it appears that there is only a standard pedicure, not a spa or any other variety) but it works if you need something quick. If you pay with a cc, the cost is $5 more. My total would have been $35 if I paid with a cc but I had enough cash so I paid $30.

Last month I wanted to support a different nail salon in my neighborhood and they were...alright. But my no chip mani chipped within a few days and it was really disappointing. I come to Huron Nails when I want them done correctly and timely. Ive never had a bad mani or pedi from Huron and paying cash is cheaper than card. My nail tech today (sorry I forgot to ask for her name) was super sweet and got my pedi done in under an hour and it looks great as always. Thanks 😊

The salon is very clean--sanitized. Temps are taken at the door, masks required. The quality of work is great, and the salon is nice and quiet. They do manicures and pedicures.

They made me feel very comfortable, which is extremely important to me as a person with anxiety. They perfectly encaputured what I had in my head just from me showing them a singular picture. Ive never had acrylic nails done before, and Ill admit that when I got home I trimmed down my pointer and thumb nails because I play video games and I didnt realize they were too long, but apart from that, I am very happy with the outcome

I am not sure how the younger adults quality of work is but there is an older woman she wears glasses. My nails were filed unevenly. I even brought it to her attention, she said she would fix it and after fixing it it was still uneven I had to take the nail file and show her how to shape a nail in a square shape some of my nails were square because that’s what I came in with squishy she made some round and some more lopsided crooked.

I absolutely love how they did my nails. Professional, clean, friendly and reasonable price for the good quality they offer! I highly recommend it.

I went there and I like Dana’s job. She was nice the first day. Second time less friendly. The 3rd time the owner just hold me that she didn’t want to do my nail anymore so I had to choose another one. It doesn’t make any senses. I felt discriminated for they whey they rejected me. Terrible service. Find a better place. I’m now at prestige nails. 3 minutes away from Huron nails location.

Nails were good. Pedicure definitely wasnt all that. The girl literally looked like she wasnt interested at all. Then she told me that they expect a tip for doing the pedicure and stood there till I gave her one. First off, I usually always tip. But a tip should not be mandatory and expected when you did mediocre on the job. Plus I seen them pouring a thinning liquid into the nail polish when they were done. Assuming to make it last longer. Thought they would have been better for the location and price

I recently moved from Minneapolis to Chicago and have been looking for a great nail place. It’s important to me that the place is clean, quick yet efficient, gives you what you ask for, and the staff is pleasant. Well, it’s safe to say that today I found my “place.” When I called to make an appointment I spoke to a very sweet girl who answered all my questions about pricing and services. Upon arriving I was greeted immediately and my appointment began within a few moments. Lena did my pedicure and she was wonderful. She listened to what I wanted and everything came out beautifully. Tran did my nails and he was amazing as well. I asked for a set of tips and he started on those moments after my pedicure began. He gave me exactly what I asked for, was quick and very polite. If you’re in town for a quick weekend or live here permanrely, I highly HIGHLY recommend making an appointment. Can’t wait to go back in two weeks!

This is the only place I’ll get my nails done in Chicago. The owners Julie and Tran are the best and all of their techs are A+.I’ve been going here for close to two years and my no chip mani always lasts at least 2+ weeks. While I usually have no problem getting in as a walk in, I have noticed they’ve been consistently booked during the work week after 5pm. It’s easy to make an appointment, so if you’re worried, definitely call ahead! Walked in at exactly 349pm and KIM immediately stated oh we don’t do acrylic . Never said I had acrylic and I never wear acrylic . I had dip powder. She said oh we don’t do dip only no chip I said okay fine I’ll take that. We’re booked and we close at 5pm. Whaaaat that’s a whole hour. I just needed one nail to be fixed . Will never ever return

Ive been going here for the past 6 months for Lena. She does a WONDERFUL job. Very professional and deliver quality work. The owner appears to less interested in appeasing his non caucasian customers. Shame on him as he never know who he serve and how poor service could cost him!If Lena isnt available he assign a non experience tech for my service. I visited today and my nails and feet were a mess! If Lena isnt available I will never go.***update: the service has improved and the prices are unbeatable.

I came to Chicago for the weekend and stopped in to get my nails done. I called ahead of time to check for availability and they put my name down for an appointment. I got right in when I arrived. Had a pedicure first and it was wonderful! Then had my first gel manicure. The nail tech was very thorough. I am very pleased with the results and if I ever come back to Chicago I would definitely go back to this nail salon.

I came here during my lunch hour as a walk-in appointment. They finished my gel manicure in about 30 minutes even though the salon was fairly busy. My technician (I didnt catch her name) was very thorough and did an amazing job! This will definitely be my new salon :)

See Ana for the best mani and pedi experience! She will make sure you leave completely happy with your nails. She listens to what you want and focuses on whatever you ask her to. For me I like a lot of attention on my cuticles and a really good scrub during my pedicure and that is what I get every single time I see her. She is also amazingly sweet and kind and thoughtful!

Lasted about 3 wks on the no chip mani. Pedi was good quality but wasnt very luxurious.

I was a walk- in and got quick, excellent service for a pedicure and at a great price! I had a very sweet young lady who took care of me as well.

Me and my boyfriend came in to get pedicures and we were helped right away, but the job itself was awful she basically just soaked and scrubbed my feet, she barely used the cuticle clippers to cut dead skin around toes and she didn’t use the scraper to cut the dead skin, before I left I noticed my heels still had a row of dead skin I had to sit back in chair and have her cut with the blade- now a week later and my feet look dry and dead skin, and my boyfriends feet looked like they didn’t even do anything to them. I won’t be coming back here again.

I made an appointment and I got there they informed me that could not do what I asked which was a fill and New design they sent me to another nail salon. I had been debating whether or not to post a review as I don’t typically write negative reviews about a business, especially a small business, unless I had something nice to say. But I feel that my experience at Huron Nails definitely topped any bad experience I have ever had at a business. I went in this past Saturday with my boyfriend as it was birthday and I wanted to pamper him with a mani/pedi. The nail technician doing my no chip was extremely rude from the beginning; everything from her words to her tone. But it didn’t stop there, she became hostile. Mind you, I’m always the type of person to try and make small talk with my cab/uber driver, nail technician, etc and ask them about their day. So I know for a fact that I did nothing to deserve the unacceptable, hostile treatment I received from this lady. She would tell me to relax my hand and then I would hear her mumble “stupid” or another insult, that was clearly directed at me as no one else was near us. Similar situations like this occurred many times throughout my appointment. Then, it got to the point where she was very rough with my hand and actually messed up one of the no chips and then yelled at ME to be careful, even though it was 100% her fault. I wish I was exaggerating about this, but like I said, this topped any bad experience I have ever had with a business. I assumed this was her personality, so I tried not to take it personally. But then my boyfriend came and sat next to me and she was SO nice to him. He even noticed the different in treatment from her. Apparently, she thought HE was the one paying and tipping so she was sucking up to him while being hostile toward me. Then once she realized that I was the one paying, her tone and expression completely changed and all of a sudden she was smiling and laughing at things I said. I don’t understand this lady’s logic but clearly she doesn’t feel the need to be a decent human unless there is money involved. I will never be coming back.

WORST MANICURE OF MY LIFE done here by Julie - who not only gave me thick, lumpy acrylics that are crookedly filed and sticking up instead of flush to the nail bed - but she was rude and was snapping at me throughout the manicure - Would not listen to my desired shape or length and gave me waht she decided to - not what i asked for . DONT GO HERE.

They cut me twice, was bleeding. Then when trying to shape them, filed my nails down so they are too short, they arent level, are thick, and all shaped differently. Go someplace else.
