First time at this nail salon and it is by far my favorite. I just received a no chip manicure and pedicure from Aika! I loved her professionalism, she’s super sweet and fast! I experienced quick and fast service. It only took about And hour and a half to get everything done! The salon is gorgeous and decorated so nice! I highly recommend Aika she gave me the best hand and foot massage for my service. I will be back for another no chip pedicure and manicure

Went here with my gf and got a pedi. This was the second time in my whole life I ever got this done. You can totally tell when the employees care. This place cares! It was like I went for the very first time since it was super comfortable and relaxing. They were not trying to rush you through the door to make room for people they overbooked themselves or anything. It was a very amazing experience. The next place I go ( if there is a next place) will definitely have the bar set high. Get an appointment and be ready to be relaxed.

This place looks clean and has good reviews but I’ve tried to go three separate times and they can never accommodate a walk in. Don’t waste your time without an appointment.

Would not recommend... The guy was rude and clearly didnt want to be there. I asked for a very simple design french tip with a color polish which according to their list of services would of cost and extra $10...But he said we dont do that here???? He had already mis-shaped my nails and several nails were different lengths... when I asked him to stop because his service was horrible he got up and walked away with a an even bigger attitude.

I booked an emergency manicure here because it was near my hotel and they did a great job. The place is clean. They were very friendly and the woman who did my nails was very nice and professional. The prices are pretty standard and I think my manicure was done very well. They have some complimentary beverages if youd like, and they have a TV going so you can watch while youre getting your nails done. I was really happy with my experience and I would go back if Im ever in the area again.

My mom and I have been coming here for a couple of years. They take such good care of her and practice Covid safety. Super friendly staff! Today my son came too!

Very disappointed, my nails looked worst after than before ..never going back here ..the shape is horrible ...thats definitely not an almond shape and she file the nails uneven ..once are way shorter than others and there’s bubbles all over my nails, very sloppy

I got my nails done (mani & pedi) and the staff were nice but unfortunately the polish stared chipping same day and later on that night a whole piece of the polish fell off ( see picture ). I went back to the salon the next day to get them fixed because i had an event. Luckily they were able to take care of me right away and they didn’t give me a hard time. But it should have been done right the first time instead of me going to back to the salon and rushing trying to get it fixed before my event.

This is a 5 for price and location 4 overall for technique and service for all clients.This location is much larger on the inside than it may appear. The size and placement of stations makes it easy to clean after each client and and establish social distancing. I called same day for an appointment (after my regular nail shop was booked) and the owner Jen was able to accommodate my same day request. Jen is very personable and the staff is very professional. Extremely clean and tidy salon. Highly recommend appointments and having a preferred technician. I noticed a difference with how regulars were treated. Loyalty awknowledged with a punch card. Senior and student discounts available. Check the services listing to view the special pricing on specific days. The price incentives make up for the limited color selection (no books provided see my photo of the only color wall),netflix subtitled tv screens, mid range massage chairs, and no bag used for pedicure tub. Would consider coming back because of the price incentives and I live in the neighborhood. The services I received were a regular pedicure (really awesome exfoliation for lower legs and feet included in price) and no chip mani. Feet are air dried and sprayed if you have a hand service completed.

Right now I’m here with my mom and son getting pedicures. Everyone is wearing masks and it quiet. They are thoughtful and take great care with my son and elderly mother. I’ve been coming for years and have plans to switch salons.

I’ve been coming to polish me for over a year now, and it’s the only salon I go to after a long time of trying to find the perfect fit. The salon is always very clean, and they sanitize and clean immediately after each client is finished. The prices are very affordable, and it is a truly relaxing spa experience not just the basics and polish. My favorite tech is Lupe, she pays such close attention to detail and her no chip mani and pedicures last me 3 weeks, with no chipping!

They do a great job in and out no hassle. I also picked up the wife a gift card.

Overall polish me is a good nail salon. I can usually get an appt and they offer a beverage (non-alcoholic). It is BYOB so feel free to bring your own for whatever youre celebrating. Ive deducted 1 star because some of the no chip polish doesnt last and peels after a few days or discolors after putting your hands under the light to dry.

I came here for the first time to get my nails done and the front desk lady gave me a very hard time. The place was completely empty and she huffed and puffed when I asked for service. She tried to say they don’t do acrylic nails and when I said that’s fine she got an attitude and then tried to say she had appointments. Basically anything she could to not service me and I have no clue why

This is a nice cozy nail spa. They offer many services and have plenty of technicians. You can walk in but it is better to make a reservation. The staff is nice as well.

First timer here! I was suggested this place by my sister, who’s a regular at this place and comes with friends all the time. I came in for a simple pedicure and felt great vibes when I walked in. They welcomed me right away and helped me with my selections. They especially weren’t very pushy with getting me to add on services, which I find a bit uncomfortable to deal with at other places and find that a big turn off, especially when you’re on a budget. They respect you and your wants here, which I love.I chose a color, sat down, and was taken care of right away. Since I was getting a pedi, I was led to a chair that was very clean and well-kept. The tubs even lit up and changed colors, which was a pleasant sight to look at while soaking! And, that woman who did my nails did a phenomenal job! She took her time and took special care to help my dry skin. She was gentle-handed, detail-orientated, and efficient in her work. The general atmosphere of the place is warm, welcoming, and friendly. They offer you drinks (sparkling water, tea, soda, etc) and have good TV shows to watch while you have your nails done. Prices are definitely decent for all the service and little perks you get. I would definitely come back here again!

Actually picked up the phone when I called and was courteous. I know that this is a very simple thing but it was nice to have in the moment I had it.

Consistently great. Easy to get in, phenomenal price and great pedicures every time. Not overly pampering, very practical in-and-out place for a regular service. Hidden gem!

The worst pedicure. She had very poor hygiene. Seemed to not used clean equipment. She also didnt do anything besides trim and paint. When asked why she didnt do anything else she said I didnt have cuticals and my nails are clean. I havent gotten my nails done in over 3 months - I workout and woke on my feet. She also blew her nose didnt clean her hands then proceed to continue with the pedicure. It was so bad I didnt get my manicure yet she still charged me full cost. Avoid at all cost.

Love this salon! Ive gone to other nail salons in the area but the quality of the polish doesnt seem as great as here. Theres also a great assortment of colors. Ive only done walk-ins and there has been someone available right away each time. They also offer various complementary beverages and usually have the food network on (A+++ for me!)

Disappointing. I went to this shop because it was open on Sunday. The technician that performed my pedicure was completely disinterested. She did not offer me a beverage when I sat down, although all other patrons were offered one. She did not say a word during the pedicure. She did not ask how I liked anything during or after the pedicure. I get regular pedicures, and this was the shortest I have ever had at 25 minutes. And the pedicure itself was not even good or relaxing. Will never return.

Amazing place, I felt very welcomed, the staff is really friendly. Made me feel very comfortable. I was there for just a manicure and I end up doing a pedicure as well, then I end up getting a haircut. Everybody there was so amazing I can’t wait to go back again and get my nails and hair done. I feel accomplished.

I always appreciate when a nail techition asks if I want square or round nails before filing away, which they did. They also offer drinks which was appreciated. The pedicure was great and they used hot rocks (they feel amazing). I would definitely recommend this place, and I’ve been looking for a good place for a while since I moved to Chicago.

Love this place! I live right across the st so it’s very convenient. They have cute pink decor (IG friendly) and a wide variety of colors. Be sure to make an appt as it’s hard to do a walk in. They also have a great rewards /promo program and a punch card for every visit. Prices are typical for the city. Highly recommend

I was in Chicago last weekend and needed a mani/pedi and this was close to my hotel. Great service and my nail look good. They offer beverages while your being pampered.

Reasonable price but the service is not reasonable. The staff are not much friendly and especially the female owner is so victim minded. lol Otherwise, the ambiance is good and I like their hand cream.

Very unfriendly place. Ive been there several times and never a hello or good bye. Barely a thank you. Very uncomfortable vibe. I have come here because it is in the neighborhood and the manicure is only $15 compared to the $25 in nearby salons. Today, a sunday, i walked in 45 mins before closing time and the manager stared at me and said with an almost disgusted tone that were booked for the rest of the day. No one was waiting and she was finishing up with a manicure. A few other clients were already receiving pedicures. While im quite sure they couldve taken me to for a 20 min manicure, it was clear that she couldnt be bothered. I think i wouldve felt differently if there was a smile, a sorry and an offer to come back at a different time. They have lost a regular client and i will certainly discourage others from patronizing the salon.

The last time I went I came in for a mani and pedi. I was told by my technician that they could do both. After my pedicure the girl in charge told me they didn’t have time for my mani.I highly recommend this nail salon! I live across the street and have been several times. They always do a great job. Received the express mani today! Guess I interrupted noon nap. No smile. No hello. No shoulder massage. Entire experience was rush. Think I’ll move on down the street for next mani/pedi. OMG

I called on a weekday morning and made an appointment for a no-chip manicure that same evening, and when I arrived only waited a couple of minutes. The salon was very quiet, only 2 people working. The manicure itself was fine, and $5 less than other places Ive gone recently ($35 vs. $40). Plus they offer free drinks (water, tea, or Coke) and a brief shoulder massage.However, I did not have a good overall experience, because while my nails were being done, 2 other women came in saying they had appointments, which for whatever reason didnt make it on the schedule. As I said, it was quiet, so I overheard everything, and it was truly uncomfortable. The first said this was the second time it had happened to her so she had intentionally been very specific and confirmed everything on the phone, but still had this issue. She waited about 20-25 minutes and then they were able to accomodate her. The second, however, was a regular customer who had arranged to get a mani-pedi ahead of her wedding, which she was leaving for the following day, and was essentially told, too bad. She was shocked and upset, but kept calm and reasonable, and still was not offered sympathy, a sincere apology, coupons, anything! I left before she did so maybe in the end they reached a resolution, but the lack of concern I heard from the employee was frankly shocking. I hope she was able to get her nails done elsewhere. I think they lost a loyal customer that day, and I havent been back myself, either.

UPDATED REVIEW: I am updating my previous review because I also posted a review on Polish Me Nails & Spas website, and the Manager (not owner) has spent the entire day harassing me via email about my review, which I can post here if necessary. My last review to him was to have the owner contact me. I hope that the owner will see this review and contact me on Google. No customer should be harassed because of a true and accurate review of a service or experience!FIRST REVIEW: I went to this salon 5/26/17 and did not have an appointment . While the service was just ok (or I would remember who did my nails), I waited 30 minutes for someone to do my nails. While there, I witnessed a man, Lee (owner ?), tell a customer who was getting a discounted service, that she will be charged a 20% fee on all discounted services because some customers do not tip. After a short discussion, the man finally told the customer that if she did not like the fee that she could go somewhere else. Adding a 20% fee to discounted services because some customers do not tip, is not only offensive but it defeats the purpose of discounting the service. Also, telling a customer that they can go somewhere else is also offensive and rude. I will not return to this salon and I hope that the customer that Lee told that she could go somewhere else, takes his advice and goes somewhere else. Customers should not tolerate rude service!
