Came as a walk-in for a pedicure. Such a great place to stumble upon ❤ Very cute spot with friendly professional staff. Koasla did a pedicure for me and my friend and wow, so impressed. Great attention to detail! Would 100% reccomend her to anyone.

I went to get a wax (Ive gotten one for years) and decided to try this salon. The first time there the wax pulled at my skin so hard (multiple times) that it left unseemly, painful bruises for over a week right before a trip. Hoping the incident was a fluke and not to be judgemental, I gave it another shot after finding a groupon for this place. I read all the fine print of the Groupon and after the appointment I was told I needed to pay full price since it needed to be my first time. I showed the mgr that it was not written on the Groupon in any of the fine print and she pulled out a paper printout of an outdated Groupon from December 2019 where it was written and tried to justify the full price.

Please don’t get your nails done here. It took and hour and a half and they are still all screwed up. They didn’t dry and the person kept putting coat after coat on them. She was super nice but clearly had no experience doing nails.

Fatima was amazing! Excellent service and very knowledgeable on skin care. I purchased a groupon for a facial and she was outstanding! I enjoyed my facial so much that I am booking another facial in 4 weeks. Fatima cleaned my pores and got rid of my balckheads. Now on ny next visit I will do a deep pore cleanse to get rid of what we couldnt reach today. The salon has very chic decor and very girly which speaks to me and makes you feel as of you can have a girls nightbout here. I loved it all the way around!!! While I was there for my facial I saw a girl getting extensions and the extensions looked very good! I enjoyed my visit to the max!!!

She knows the science behind why your hair acts a certain way. She is also very good with color; its an art and a science for her. I was getting ready for a trip to Turkey and not exactly sure what I wanted. I showed her a few pics of Turkish tile art and evil eyes as an idea and asked her to do whatever she thought would look cool. Along the way, she stopped to show me each color and ask if I was liking it. It came out even better than I imagined! My nails look like tiny frame-able paintings!The space is very cute, located in a Boutique in Wicker Park. I liked the atmosphere and was very comfortable. Its different than a spa experience but you are there for immaculate, incredible nail artistry. The ladies are very sweet and friendly.I cant wait to come back and get some more art on my hands!

My sister and I got a dipping powder manicure with Tina, and we had a lovely time talking with her, learning all about nail health tips and sipping wine! Nails turned out lovely and we would love to come back. Prices were a little higher but it was a great experience.

I booked an appointment online on a Friday for the next day at 11:15am. I had trouble finding parking so I called and told the woman my name and what time my appointment was for and that I was looking for parking. She said it’s usually difficult on Saturdays so she understood and I should take my time. I paid for parking 3 blocks away and went for my appointment only to get there and be told that the person I booked the service with was not in and if I still wanted to be serviced it would have to wait until later in the day and they would only be able to accommodate me for one of the services I booked. Because I was upset that I had called and said I was looking for parking, paid for parking and was now being told I had no appointment she referred me to a nail salon a block away so I didn’t have to move my car. So the 2 stars is for the referral.

Since the first time I came in to get a haircut over half a year ago I have never had anything but the best experiences here. My hair stylist Kristina is the only person allowed to touch my hair ever again. Whether its a simple haircut or having her color my hair I always walk out looking like a movie star. The whole staff is friendly and we did a photoshoot of my new hair after. 6/5 stars if I could give it.

My appointment was at 4PM, I walked in around 3:30. Fatima took me to get my Brazilian. She seemed like a nice lady, she flew by the waxing, as if she was behind with 5 clients after me. Mind you no one was in the shop but me....... I got home looked at what I got done, she left too many hairs on top. Theyre definitely noticeable! So I have no idea how she missed them. But yet she wanted me to book again for the following month. Seems to me it was done on purpose, so no thank you! Ill be going elsewhere

I came to Sorelle to get my nails done, but I was greeted with more. The atmosphere was very calm and everyone was so nice. I was offered water, coffee or wine as I sat down to get my nails done by the nail tech Sara. She did my nails thoroughly, and it a timely manner. I was highly satisfied with my visit and I will definitely recommend this shop to my friends or family in the future. 💙 10/5

Im looking for a new hair stylist in Chicago and went to Sorelle for its proximity and reviews. Jean was my stylist and he was extremely outgoing, friendly and made my experience incredibly enjoyable. I have had difficulty in the past finding a stylist that truly listens to what I am looking for and am rarely satisfied when I walk out of the salon, but the cut and style looked fantastic. Id definitely recommend Sorelle to friends.

This salon is PERFECTION!The owner is so friendly, she opened up the salon just for me on Monday (which they are closed usually). No other salon will go in on there day off for a client. I was shocked and pleased with her amazing services.They did the most amazing treatment to you hair, it feels like silk for weeks after you do it! they also always cut my hair and it always comes out flawless and even, along withamazing skills of blow drying! I wish they could do my hair everyday! very nice spot in wicker park / and one of the better spots on division street.Overall this salon is a A+! I’ve been going to Alexis for a variety of services for a few years now and never had a bad experience! She truly cares about your personal needs and tailors each appointment accrodingly. Other staff is also always welcoming and friendly. I plan to move out of the city by summer and still plan on venturing to this salon for my services. It has been the only salon I’ve felt 100% satisified.

Eh. It was alright, average hair cut. Cut kept going on about new hair growth. I informed him it was due to hormonal changes that I had experienced. He had no clue this could effect my hair. It was not something I wanted to continue repeating or be reminded of while wanting to be a bit pampered. His hands were a bit rough and not gentle as well.

Went to see Alexis to get my eyelashes filled in and the very next day quite a few had fallen off. 6 days later my eyelashes already look sparced and in need of another fill. I contacted her and she explained that I may have rentention issues. I laughed. I have never had “rentention” issues and after her rude remarks I told her I would be contacting the owner for a full refund including the 20%tip.When the Owner Lucy contacted me I informed her I was very unhappy with my service and her techs response and wanted a full refund. The salon owner told me since I paid in cash she could not refund me my money. I explained how unprofessional this was and how Alexis had very bad breath during the service and she wouldn’t stopped speaking poorly about another girl who use to work there.The owner told me she could give me a $37.60 credit on a future service. She was no help in resolving the matter hence why I am making this review. $100 down the drain and I will not be making any future appointments.

Waited over 3 hours for my stylist to show. They kept lying and saying hes almost here. The staff should have taken responsibility and booked me with another stylist instead of leading me on. They are very unorganized and I just noticed bad energy all around between the staff. They dont respect each other, so they wont respect their customers-Im proof of that. If youre looking for a relaxing salon day, choose a Groupon for another location.

I previously had a double process color (platinum blonde) done beautifully by JC here and decided to come again. He wasnt available when I was this time so I got set up with another stylist. The next day I get a call from the receptionist saying that she apparently just didnt come in that day and offering me a discount for having to be rescheduled. I was like sure, okay, a discount is worth it. But then I came in on the rescheduled date and this happened a second time for the same reason. I came in over two hours before closing and no hairstylists were there. The receptionist noted that she gave this other stylist my number, but I was not informed that my appointment was cancelled a second time until I got to the salon by the receptionist. Very unprofessional, and Im contemplating ever returning even though they offered me a discount the first time I was rescheduled.

JC has done the best hair job ever to my hair. I always want that kind of blonde. Been to many places but he conquered it. I am impressed and he is sweet and nice and I highly recommend. I am a picky OCD person and for me to say that is huge!

Went to Sorelle about six month ago to buy an outfit for my wife, have to say Excelent customer service, the staff was super friendly and helpful and the price very affordable. I bought a dress, earrings, bracelet and shoes for less than $200.my wife loved everything and has become a sorelle customer since then, she even gets services in the salon there.

A lack of integrity by 2 staff members is why I generously gave them 1 star. On 5/14/16 I showed up to the salon for my scheduled appointment to find out that they were 45min behind and I would need to reschedule. At that point during the conversation I was promised a free mask and polish change during my newly scheduled appointment on 5/21/16 for the inconvenience I experienced. The stylist informed the front desk attendant to add it to my notes. This past Saturday during my appointment neither of the free services were mentioned. Upon checkout it was apparent that both the stylist and front desk attendant viewed the notes that they had previously promised, but did not make a choice of being honest and admitting to that mistake. Instead, the stylist looked at the front desk attendant and the front desk attendant insisted that she didnt type those notes in there. It was unfortunate that I had to stand their and be a witness to that situation, but still with the integrity of my heart chose to tip the stylist for the services I was paying for. The stylist was nice and friendly during my appointment...

I came to Sorelle desperate for a reliable hair stylist and makeup artist and to my luck, found not only a hair stylist, but the best- Jeaniaco, or how people call him J.C. He has transformed my image. My hair is looking the best it has ever been. It is now healthy and long. I will not let anyone else, but Sorelle touch my hair. Jeaniaco has done my hair color, cut and numerous hair styles and up-dos for events. J.C is also a magician when we it comes to makeup. I can honestly say sorelle has become my home for beauty and fashion. Its almost imposible to leave the place whitout buying a stunning dress, accessory or a beauty product.I have recommended many of my friends and are all extremely happy with the professionalism and talent of sorelle staff. I made my appointment for 11 a.m. a couple weeks in advance of my trip to Chicago. They called a couple days before my trip and asked that I change my appointment to 1:45 due to being short staffed. Then today the day of my appointment an hour before Im supposed to be there they call and ask to reschedule my appointment AGAIN to 2:30p.m. Totally unprofessional. Im not blaming the stylists I believe its the fault of the receptionist. Its her job to schedule people and know how long appointments should take on average. I asked to reschedule for another date and what do you know they are unavailable. If they take such crappy care of their clients before they even make it in the shop, lord knows what will happen to you when you get there.

Im new to Chicago and found Sorelle via Groupon (always terrifying). I gave them a call and had great customer service from the receptionist. I booked an appointment for a hair cut, color, and conditioning masque with Amanda and was 100% satisfied with everything. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and didnt rush the process. I have straight, dark (dirty) blonde hair, which tends to get brassy. Amanda did an awesome job to get my highlights nice and bright without leaving my hair damaged. I also loved the cut. Im going on about a month and Im still able to let my hair air dry straight without it looking limp and when blowdrying and straightening, the ends look clean. The salon has a nice returning customer deal, which keeps the cost reasonable. I definitely plan to return and possibly try some of their other services.

Terrible experience. I went for a hair color and asked for a deep red and she did not bleach before coloring. (I think because she was pregnant and going to have her baby that week) My hair is very dark brown and there is no reason for her not to bleach it but it was my first time so I didnt know this until I shared my experiences with my colleagues. Anyways, I went back and tried to be kind and asked if she could re-do it but use bleach. She was annoyed and re-scehduled me but then the day of my appt, they called saying they were canceling on me. I told them I was leaving for a trip and the point was to get it done before the trip. What salon cancels on a customer??? So I went in after work and just asked for a partial refund because I wasnt happy and I was willing to try again but they CANCELED ON ME. The owner gave me THE HARDEST time with a refund. Even brought me to the couches to sit and talk about it. (I was calm, just firm in my reasonings) She even showed me texts from her employee to prove the girl had called off that day and thats why they canceled on me. She ended up saying she could give me a refund of x amount of money and went on to tell me about her profit margins per service and how much she was willing to take a loss on...Super unprofessional.. I did not like my experience. Try them.. maybe youll have better luck but ethically, this is not a good company.

I purchased a groupon for the No-Chip Mani & Regular pedi. My first experience at the salon was wonderful. The staff was very friendly, the equipment was clean and the space was bright. There were a lot of people around, either getting their hair cut or shopping in the boutique. The technician, Kristie, did an excellent job on my pedicure and my no-chip was flawless.I came in a second time with a friend a couple weeks later to get my first no-chip removed and to get another one. Again, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. It is a small space, but they had enough technicians available to allow for a last minute appointment for me & my friend. Also, its BYO - next time well be sure to bring along a bottle of wine.

I had a no chip mani and pedi. Wendi does an awesome job! The no chip mani lasts for atleast 3 weeks. They also offer a customer loyalty program card so it is really affordable if you keep going back. You can book your appointment online so it makes its really convenient.
