I had routine blood work done here end of May. The front desk gal was very kind and polite. The lady that did my blood draw was outstanding - barely felt a thing!

If it wasnt bad enough, now they have a computerized sign in system. I arrived at 7:04 and there were already 9 people in line, completely confused as to how to work the new system. The lab tech (Who of course was suppose to be drawing blood) was helping the confused customers. So, now its 7:25 & there are 12 of waiting to have our blood drawn.

My doctors office sent my lab orders electronically to LabCorp and they say they were never received. The 2 ladies in the front area were really loud, talking about personal stuff when I walked in. I told the woman I tried calling and even emailed LabCorp last week to make sure my order was here. No response from LabCorp via email. I was told that if I pressed the #3 when I called I would get to a staff member. I called the number and that is not the case, you have to wait till the end of the entire message, a minute 30 seconds to find out to stay on the line to speak to the office. By this time you ar were aggravated that you couldnt just press 0. As if I were lying, one of the staff members called the number and found out that what I told her was true. I will never go back to this location and am contacting my insurance to see if they will allow me to go out of network to Quest and still pay for it. I have never had this kind of experience before
