$105 for nails that look horrible. Cut multiple times by the nail file. Person who did my nails was named Jenny, made me sit with acetone on my fingers for 30 minutes… some of the nails are thicker than the others. Also, she didn’t compare the shape/width of my opposite hands and nails. I should have read the reviews before I went, definitely felt rushed and I’m so sad that I even tipped and blew my money here. Now I have to spend even more money to get them fixed so embarrassed… PLEASE IF YOURE READING THIS YOU CAN SPEND LESS AT MINI NAILS AND GET BETTER SERVICE. So disappointed but I learned my lesson.

I love this place, standard nail salon but they are fast and efficient! I hate waiting and being at nail salons for too long and they keep things moving. They get me in and out in record times and the manicures and pedicures are quality and stay for a good amount of time

Came in for a pedicure and the entire experience was rushed and bare bones. It was truly the fastest pedicure Ive ever received. For the same price, I could have gone elsewhere for a more detail-oriented, relaxing experience. Skip this one and try another salon.

When I went to Get Naild I was feeling down and wanted to treat myself. Unfortunately I did not have a good time. For starters, when they told me to choose my nail polish color the lady who did my nails didnt even give me a minute. The lady ended up choosing my color for me with little to no time to think about it. Also, the people who worked there were super passive aggressive. The workers were always talking in a different language (like they were gossiping) and it was very uncomfortable. Lastly, the environment wasnt very nice. What I mean by this is they only used natural light but it wasnt very bright so It was just dark and gloomy. Getting your nails done is supposed to be relaxing, not stressful! Do not recommend!

So, I was in a panic earlier today because my nail salon was closed for some reason and I DO NOT let myself go into work or even out for that matter if my nails look a mess. I WAS WALKING and Ive see this Nail Salon Naild A MILLION TIMES because I live 2 blocks away but I was a faithful client to my nail tech...I took it by chance and decided to get my nails done because I have to work tomorrow. LONG STORY SHORT, A BEAUTIFUL Young lady, decided shed be the one to do my nails, she asked what colors I like and then before we began my no chip she mentioned DIP. I had never done dip before so said, why not lets try... I wasn’t going to leave a review but the longer I look at the job Diane did the more I feel like I should warn people so they don’t waste money here. I got the powder dip French tip nails and she sped through them in 38 minutes. She didn’t bother trying make them even in the slightest bit, all my nails had different shapes and pointed in different angles and the width of the French tip varies finger by finger. She used dirty nail polish with dust mixed in and didn’t listen to me when I asked her to fix things as I was getting them done saying “I’m not done yet”. The final product looked like a child did my nails and ruined my whole day.

The staff here is always friendly and do a great job. In addition to my manicure/pedicure, today I got the lavender oil massage and my feet feel great!Additionally they do an amazing job with taking precautions to protect people from covid, including additional barriers between stations.

The staff is super nice. Unfortunately they did my French tips in uneven lines which I didnt say anything about because she was probably out of practice. The worse part is though that my manicure started chipping the next day! Even if I do manicure at home it lasts a week at least. They should have told me that their regular mani lasts less than 24 hrs.

They always have a movie playing for entertainment. I rarely have a problem getting a spot right away, and with COVID there is never that problem. They have masks and clear walls for the pandemic. Their prices are very reasonable.

I did not frequent this place I went to 2911 North Broadway Ocean nail salon. I have never been to get nail maybe Ill try it out one day thank you.

One of the worst mani/pedis I’ve ever gotten. Clearly rushed through it and did a sloppy job.I asked for her to only cut my nails a little bit because I wanted to keep the length and she took off way too much and by the time I saw it was too late. Can only do basic polish here—no designs. She also cut the nails unevenly so they are all different lengths and on slants. The thickness of each nail is different too (I got a fill in with no chip). I’ve been getting my nails done long enough to know what good quality is, and this place just isn’t it.Maybe if you’re going for regular polish or no chip on your natural nails it’s ok, but I’m definitely never coming back here.

Went here with my mother and sister and I am very pleased to say I had a lovely experience!The staff are very kind and easy to work withThe first time I went there I got a pedicure and it was my first time ever and it was lovely I got the essential oils pedicure and the lady was very gentle and very kind. The next time I got a no chip mani and my nails are holding up very well! No issues with the shape and I lived the coloursHope to go back another time!

Great neighborhood nail salon for manicures, pedicures, and waxes. The ladies (and one young man here) are so kind. They take great pride in their salon and are constantly renovating. Pay in cash to get a discount.

First time trying this place and the people are really nice but the services not good at all. I did dip in for the first time and at the end realized that my nail wasn’t glued right. There is a huge gap in between. Also I wanted to tried them pointy and the just look so uneven. Very disappointed!

I have gotten multiple pedicures here and was very happy. However, for my manicure (with a nail buff, no polish) appointment yesterday, my nails were cut way too short that my fingers are sore, and my nail edges were left jagged. The buff job only shined half my nail, the sides were still dull. I had to ask the older woman doing my nails to fix multiple things. $15 (plus $3 tip) for a job I could have done myself at home? Overall poor experience this time around.

Won’t get my nails done anywhere else! Always just how I ask. Fast service and polite staff.

I love this place. They do a great job, its affordable and quick, and so clean, and beautiful. It was my go-to when I lived in the neighborhood and a ritual now when I visit Chicago. Just go early, its an open secret.

WORST PLACE EVER! I repeat do not go here. They have about 7 choices for dip and are extremely pushy. They were very rude and the manicure hurt extremely bad because they just kept ripping your cuticles off! No massage or lotion either! By the end there was nail polish all over my hands.... I wont ever be back!!!

I have been going to this nail salon for many years and they are always very attentive, very fast, but also very good at what they do. I also find that they are competitively priced two other nail salons and better than most. I usually go there for mani-pedis and for eyebrow waxing. And I am always happy with the result. I love their massage chairs and their nail technicians are the best! I highly recommend this place. It is also very conveniently located in Lakeview East.

WORSR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIANCE EVER. Went in for a no chip polish change and the guy did a pretty bad job. Edges werent clean, nails not filed properly, started chipping the next day. So I went back and asked if they could have someone else redo it. Now this is why Im giving them a bad review. Not because of the horrible no chip polish change but because I had to argue with the women for awhile before she would redo it, even though they have a sign posted saying they guarantee 7 days of no chip and I clearly had many small chips. Once she finally started to redo my fingers she was extremely rough with me. It made me feel uncomfortable. She promised me it would be better this time. Well when I left the salon my nails did look good but the next day they started chipping again. My no chip didnt even last one day. The women was so rude about me going back to have it redone the first time I dont even want to again. This place not only gave me two horrible polish changes but the customer service was HORRIBLE.

Got a no-chip manicure with my partner, and the staff were very meticulous and quick. Would recommend.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!! They use industrial dremmels and even though you say ouch like 5 times they still keep ripping through your cuticles. 3 of my fingers were so raw they were bleeding at the end. And now when ever I grab for something and my index finger rubs on something it rips open the wound and starts bleeding again. I would never recommend this place EVER. Yes it looks cute and nice place as you walk by but the looks are DECIEVING!

Probably one of the worst pedicures I have ever had. I live in the neighborhood and was excited to try it out. Came in on a Tuesday morning and was the only person there, I immediately felt like I was inconveniencing them. The lady doing my nails spent less than 25 minutes on my toes ( came in at 1130 and was under the dryer before 12) I dont know how you can take care of so much in such a short time. There was no lotion, nor a leg massage... And my cuticles were hardly pushed back. Very disappointed.

I looove this place. The women that work there are super nice and its the best price for a mani-pedi in town. They also have great nail colors and super funny movies to watch while you are getting pampered.

This place is awesome; Ive gotten mani, pedi and wax here, all great and sooooo cheap. My manis lasted almost two weeks and werent no chip just regular mani. Super impressed.

Totally low frills but I love the girls here. It is a family business, you can usually walk in and you get a nice mani/pedi that lasts a while. Check them out if you are in Lakeview and grab a coffee at Intelligensia or tea at Argo.
