Me and my husband been their client for a little bit now.I used to do my nails with Jenny and she was great at her job! Lately, Linda did my nails and I’m not satisfied, in fact I am a little upset. I understand that there is shifting with employees and management however I believe they don’t care anymore.This is how my nails look like not even a week after the service! It started peeling off 2nd day after (and yes, it is no-chip).

This place is super clean, the entire staff was welcoming, and they did a great job on my nails. Definitely my go to place for gel nails. Highly recommend it!

I usually go to Tom but he was off when I went, instead Linda was able to see me for my appointment. She was great and went above and beyond. She gave a long massage and took her time. Emily is also very sweet. Everyone seems very talented and kind. Very clean and relaxing. I highly recommend. Also prices are great!

This please used to have amazing technicians, recently it all has changed. I miss Julie, she was amazing. I got my nails done twice in the last 3 weeks by Michael whom the entire time claimed he was a professional. My no chip manicure is peeling off after 4 days for the second time around, before when Julie would do it it my color would stay for 3 weeks with Julie needing to literally scrape it off. I am not impressed in fact im upset, I paid twice and very bad quality of service. I am not going back after 3 years of coming to this place it will not be the same without Julie and the rest of the ladies. oh did i mention that i just did my nails 4 days ago, however my manicure looks like its at least 3 weeks old. :( not happy. Unevenly painted and this is with me asking to do it as close to my cuticle as possible.

Rose does an awesome job everytime I go. Ive referred her to all my friends and family. My mother was in desperate need of a pedicure and Rose took her time to make her feet beautiful again. I can be a little OCD about my full set, but I havent had any complaints yet. Prices are also reasonable.

I got my nails done by Thomas in a Monday afternoon. He was very friendly and always checking with me to make sure I like my nail shape and color. He took his time to ensure I was happy. The place was very clean and took all COVID precautions. I will definitely be going back.

I initially loved everything! I got a no chip gel manicure, and my mom got a fill in on her acrylic set. We were in and out, took only a little over an hour. However, my “no chip” gel manicure is literally peeling off my fingers. It’s chipping and peeling, and it hasn’t even been two weeks. It started peeling one week after i got it done!! I loved the spot, but I don’t know if i can go back for another gel polish...

Linda is the best. I struggle with ingrown toenails and Linda gets them out with ease. Everywhere else Ive gone, they can never take care of the problem. I wont stop coming here anytime soon.

The salon is clean and they responded well to ensuring customer safety with COVID. The staff was friendly. I didn’t see a price list before my service and was surprised at my bill amount for a full set and pedicure. Overall satisfied and I will go back.

I can honestly say this will be my go to nail salon from now on! I’ve never ever been more satisfied with the way my nails turned out. They are shaped so nicely and could not be better. I just wish I could have gotten the name of the nail technician.

First time at this place and the last. I payed $50 for getting cuts. I initially expected amazing customer service after reading all these comments but NOOO. First of all the woman eho was doing my nails kept saying the amount that I had to pay. I asked her for another detail on my nail, me already knowing that it will be more money and she asked if I was sure that I wanted the detail because it was going to be more money. I told her thats ok and she asked again like if I was sure. If I go to a nail salon it is to spend money not play or to be cheap. There is no need to ask more than once! if I said it is okay since the beginning. Yes she could said it will be more but not ask twice if I want to count my money or put limit for that I will go to the bank. I didnt even get a massage, As soon as I left some of my cuticles started burning and when I looked at my finger I got cuts. I mean if I pay money it is to get a good job done not cuts, curve nail and bad customer services.

I want to compliment Tom at the salon. He’s so good at what he does and cares for your feet and hands. He’s gave me tips and advice on my ingrown toenails and takes his time to get them out. I’m a nurse so he makes sure my feet are exfoliated and trimmed and gives good massage. I recommend Tom. Thank you!

Amazing, i had my hamds massaged, and first time ever i didmt habe to wait till my mails.dry caise as i had them done they did dried out,and also, the lady wiped my nails.with something,so as i left my mails smelled beautiful, not lile nail paint,

So the 1st time I went there was for my wedding nails... which this old lady[she had red locks] did them how she wanted bcuz she didnt know how to do design. Nd the next time I had a no chip pedi and no ship fullest. Now idk what the lady did but I feel like an ingrown toenail..on my big toe it hurts so much I cant even touch it and burns.. dont waste ur money here I probably have fungus...

I love this salon! Have been coming here for almost a year. Super clean! Michelle really takes her time doing my nails, never have to check them, always perfect. I was however very unsatisfied last time when Linda, super sweet, charming lady did my nails. She didn’t take all the no chip off, clear nail polish was uneven, bumpy and my no chip chipped off after 2 days!!! But still my go to salon.

I love it here! My girl is so good at what she does and I’m very picky.. I never have to check my nails with her. The pedicure room is so peaceful with the waterfall behind the chairs and dim lights. Just a 5 star salon!

I came here about 2 weeks ago and got the Dip which i have been getting for almost a year elsewhere. They usually last 3-4 weeks. After getting them done here they started chipping a week and a half later. I came back to give them a second chance and they told me i couldnt get the design i usually get with the dip. They didnt even want to try. I spent $80 at my first visit! The pedicure was great but the dip was trash. The lady chipped my nail and pached it. I am very disappointed in the service. Definitely never coming back.

This place was great with my daughters (7,9,11) they took the time to make them feel special. The kids loved their nails. We’re truly appreciate the service.

I absolutely love this place. Very affordable, I got acrylics and it was only $25 + tip, and also it did not take long at all. For a short about of time and very affordable price, I am so pleased. I am so happy with the quality of my nails, and the man who did them was very kind and did so good. Will be going back!

After going to several places throughout the years this is the only place that is gentle and hadnt hurt me. They dont rush like other places when removing no chip (which can hurt you and your nails if it is done that way). This is now the only place I go.

I took my cousin to get our nails done. She got acrylics and I got a manicure. Everyone was very friendly. Seems they have a lot of regulars which is always a good sign. We werent harassed to get more expensive services like always seems to happen at other places. The nail techs werent gossiping with each other. They were all focused 100% on their clients. The girl who did my manicure was very gentle, other places always make my cuticles bleed. Both of our nails turned out great and I cant wait to go back and try a spa pedicure.

I thought it was super cool they had time to take me approximately fifteen minuets before closing for a quick clean up of my eyebrows. But I wasn’t expecting it to be that quick! The lady literally slapped on the wax and ripped and snipped my brows in under two minuets... very sloppy and didn’t even offer me to look at them when finished! Simply stated, okay done you can go up front. Well I checked them out then went back up front just to get out of the shop as soon as possible before I blow up on somebody! They look horrible, one is thicker than the other, and my skin is red and bleeding in tiny spots. She’s lucky she even got a $2.00 tip! I honestly wanted to give my 2 cents.Agh!!! Welllllllll my own fault for cheating on my brow lady.

Tony was a rock star! I was recommended to him by a friend. He did my acrylics and no chip and I am almost 3 weeks in with little outgrowth and no nails popping off! Love this place.

This was my first time going to this salon. I have tried many nail salons in the area and have not found one i really like. I might jave found it! This place was clean, the people were very friendly, prices are reasonable. They did a great job on my no chip manicure and regular pedicure. I will be going back for sure!

Nice relaxing place but can get pretty busy. Definitely recommend making an appointment before coming in. Tons of color options including gel and powder.

If I can give this place 10 stars I would. Van was beyond amazing. I was a walk in and was greated warmly. I felt like I came to a spa with the massage van gave me on my legs and feet during my pedicure. Hes the guy to go too! Highly recommended!!

The place is very nice but when you get in the salon and its your first time they give you a minute to choose ur color(s) and when they take you to do your nails they dont really talk with you they talk to the other workers in their language. But the Nails I got the first time was gel acrylic and the first day it chipped in the corner and then slowly 10 days later I went mushroom picking and they were chipped and tiny bits were scratched off. They should tell the person when do take the Nails away from the drying machine. But otherwise nice salon but they need to take their time☺️To be positive they actually do a good job with ur Nails and everything is wonderful

I am usually very happy when I leave here but today the women that was my technician didnt get all of my no chip off before painting my nails. Then, I got home only to realize that my nails look terrible! The clear polish wasnt painted over my entire nail. Very disappointed to have my time and money wasted.

~BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE~DIRTY PEDICURE PLASTIC COVER~GREESY DRYING TABLE~CONFRONTATIONAL STAFF: IF THEY FEEL INCONVENIENCED- I took my daughter with me to get mani pedis together and the customer service was very poor.-there was a piece of something that looked like possible a nail from a previous customer but when I pointed it out the nail tech said it was a peice of a flower and just scooped it up with his nail. That was strange seeing as though I didn’t get any flowers in my pedi. Therefore, it was still in the plastic bag from previous use.-Also, they became upset when I messed up one thumb polish and asked them to fix it. They spoke in their own language complaining loudly and another customer laughed with them. Essentially, they were making a dramatic big deal and I was embarrassed after paying their business over $60 for the mani pedi for both myself my child. All of this took place in front of my child. The nail tech just dabbed alcohol and blew her breath on my nail instead of just properly fixing the regular nail polish. Then, she gave me a dirty look and rolled her eyes and said, “it fix”. On my way out one of the other techs asked her to stay in the other room. ( was she coming back in to do something or continue her dramatism over me asking for one nail polish correction? When I I was still in the chair?!)-Add to that, the nail drying table was greesy maybe from previous use I assume! Yuck!

Horrible!!! Horrible!!!! Horrible experience!!!! I took my wife to this nail salon and one of the managers made a mistake on my wifes index nail and refused to fix it because she wanted to close and was in a rush to leave. As my wife was explaining what she wanted done the manager came and slammed her hand on the counter and stated you need to leave. My wife being 7 months pregnant paid and left the salon without the continued service and the manager chased her out and started yelling profanity names at my wife. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. We are regulars there and the manager did this to us, i cant imagine walk in or new appointment clientele.

Meh. 1st time here. I called first to see if they were busy. The woman said No. When I got there, they were packed. I sat in the pedicure chair for 27 minutes. If I knew that, I wouldve went somewhere else. But I was already soaking and I did NOT wanna get up. Tom took care of me. In my opinion, he didnt push my cuticles down hard enough. He asked if I wanted them short. I said, not to short. My left foot is extremely shorter than than the right. And the massage? Well, my 10 year old rubs harder than he did. Im a server and I want pressure. Lots of pressure. There was NONE. The massage chair was better. He put a lukewarm tiny wash cloth over both of my feet for like 2 minutes. When he put the flip flops on me I was literally in shock that that was it. Super disappointed. Then he painted my nails and didnt ever go over the edge of my nail. After he applied the top coat he had to go back over it and now it looks thicker on the top. Im not sure if it was his 1st time doing a pedicure or what but it was NOT worth $30!!!! And to top all this off, they had The View on😑 If I wouldve known I had to listen politics while all this was going on. I wouldve brought my headphones. Lol. I dont wanna here about Trump and tweeting while Im trying to relaxBut Anita do my eyebrows. She did great job! That was worth $8.When I went to pay, it was awkward. Because I asked for change for a $20. Anita gave it to me and then assumed the change ($20) was all for them, for a tip. Made me look like I was cheap when I told her in front of everyone in the salon. And No one even asked how everything was? Every other place Ive been to asks.So I will probably not be back.☆☆☆ In response to the owner~I was next to the HIP when I called. Literally 2 seconds away. The ladies that were there did not just get there. And the 4 other women getting pedicures when I got there, I didnt hear any of them ask for their techs to massage harder???

A friend of mine referred me to Les as this is her go to place. After my experience I can confidently say this will NEVER be my go to place. The owner needs a serious attitude and customer service re-assessment.July 30th was my first visit. I selected an OPI infinity shine polish (a $10 up charge) and I appreciated being advised up front about the additional fee.During my pedi and mani my cuticles were cut down to the point of bleeding. They are completely peeling now. Painful! The next day my cuticles were peeling, looked as though I had never gotten them cleaned and my nail polish started chipping. I went this morning to get them re-done. My 2nd visit was the nail on the coffin for this place.I walked in at 9am and was greeted by Jenny. I shared with Jenny I was in 3 days prior and my polish was already chipping after paying extra for the polish. She asked who took care of me and when I identified him she had me sit in his chair and shared that he would take care of me. Painless. The gentleman asked which nails needed touch up and I shared they all did. I thought he would re-do them. No, he added a coat of color and layer of top coat. I might as well have just done no chip! I went under the dryer and my nails looked like crap! He went to service someones pedicure so I asked Jenny (who had gotten on her cell with her headphones) and when she responded to me I was fuming!First, who answers a customer with what when they signal for your attention!?! I started sharing that my nails looked bad - she cut me off and said come here. You tell your customer to come to you? Youre two chairs over cutting paper towels into strips, having a ball on your cell while your employees are working and you cant go to the customer? I walk over, she looks at my nails and her only solution is to RUDELY say well, go tell him to fix them twice. WTH!?!?! The customer is supposed to go to the nail technician, interrupt them during their current appointment? He must have heard how loudly and rudely she was addressing me because he came scurrying toward me. She gave him a look of death. Poor guy! I mean I was upset because of the nails but having witnesses this atrocious demeanor on behalf of his boss I felt very bad for this guy. I wouldnt have had to go an be a nuisance to her if my nails were done properly in the first place. Things happen so I had to go a second time. Dont treat people like crap for crap jobs.I will NEVER visit this place again. This review shouldnt even get one star!

Ive been a regular customer of this place for a long time and I am satisfied with their service.Especially when it comes to pedicure and treatments .Theyve always done a good job with me and the pricing is reasonable.
