Save your time and money. Go elsewhere. I came 3 hours before closing, got a full set. The guy made me feel bad for not wanting long coffin nails, so I stopped asking him to cut them shorter. The woman, Im assuming the owner, demanded that I get no chip polish, said it will last longer and look better.When the nails started growing out and beginning to separate, it was beyond painful to take off. I soaked them and everything, but nothing. When I ended up removing them, there were literal dips in my nails from where the bottom of the acrylic nails were. The photo shows my nails where theyre ALMOST grown out. The nails came off in March.

I got a full set, pedicure and fill in with in 2 weeks. Let me start with the full set and pedicure, hands down the worst. When he did the pedicure it was clear that he was rushing, we werent there close to closing it was at 5pm on a Friday. I should have asked for someone else, but I was trying to be nice. Then he moved on to doing my nails and he started out taking his time then he rushed. My nails were so thick. When I asked about it he pretended not to hear me. Then while I was sitting in the chair he got up to do something and the chair hit my toe nail and needed to be redone. I asked him can he take the nail polish off and redo it. He just slapped more nail polish on top and made it very uneven. At that point was done with the whole experience paid and left. 2 weeks go by and I need a fill in. I decided I would give them one more chances, since I have been there before and never had that bad of an experience. This time I had someone different. She was nice, but she didnt listen to what I wanted. I told her a square shape, but I asked her to round the corners. Well that didnt happen. I have seen file cabinets with softer edges than my nails. Because she was cutting them down I told her they werent even. She said they were. I held my thumbs together and showed her they werent. She said she would file them. She didnt my nails are still uneven. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because she was nice, but I wont be going back

Okay, I don’t post many reviews but I had to for this one. I got charged $100 for mani and pedi, which is alright because the time it took... the women were kind but, due to the fact that they’re charging that much and my manicure came out looking the way they did, is embarrassing...

If it wasn’t a storm that day I would’ve never visited this nail shop. Going back to the summer 2020, I know because of COVID businesses were trying to follow the guidelines. But when I came to visit this location during the summer, I asked one of the staff if I could use to restroom, she quickly replied “no” before asking me if I was going to get my nails done. I was completely shocked because I would always come to this location to get my nails done and would have never thought they would do me like that. After walking out I urinated down my legs and was completely embarrassed. I recorded everything and didn’t post it on social media, is what I should’ve done. Now, a week ago it was a snow storm. My sister and I drove to luxury nails next to chipotle in the brickyard mall, who’s customer service amazing and the techs there are extremely talented. They were completely at their capacity. So we decided to go to Sunkiss nails. Despite knowing what they did to me over the summer. Coming in there was a strange look on the same lady face who refused me from using the restroom. She greeted us and said “sit someone will be with you”. So quickly we went to the booth and I happened to have a male tech who was extremely rude. He did not acknowledge that we were there but instead he started doing my nails.( Just to put it out there I was desperate because we were already in the mall and the weather was really bad and I needed my nails done for Valentine’s Day) so he started to do my nails and I’m already feeling so type a way because here it is this man has a terrible attitude and is roughly doing my nails. Moral of the story he messed my nails up so badly. Please be careful supporting this business. Get your nails done here at your own risk.

On a day like 4th of July where they can be closed, they were graciously open. Usually recommending appointments especially in these pandemic times, they were able to accommodate us. I am glad to have a friendly neighborhood business like this. Place is very clean and fancy, as well as reasonably priced. Another salon failed us, and you came through!!!! Will be back regularly.

HORRIBLE!it took 3 people for a soak off and a manicure. one the of employees was filing down the color off my acrylic nails with the machine and she was burning my finger nails. I had to pull my hand away, she then let me soak off my nails and I was sitting there for about an hour and a half (the acetone was staring to get really hot on my hands) another employee then took over started on my manicure. once she cleaned my nails another person came and took over and applied the polish. the manicure was horrible. definitely not going back!

I went to this place on Mother’s Day with my daughter to treat us. They asked what I wanted done, so as they started I asked for the price. No response, then kept asking if I wanted 1 nail a different color, I replied no. Then when my daughters nails were getting done she tried convincing her to change one also. Again she said no. I wasn’t happy because they rushed and wasn’t happy with my nails. Too thick and very bumpy not even. In the end we were there 3 hours and when we were done she said $200. I replied what and she tried explaining for what but I couldn’t understand her. Basically told her I’m not paying for all white nails for that price when I don’t have a design. In the end I have her $100 but will never go there again. She started started saying I’ll take them off if you can’t pay. Very embarrassing but that’s crazy. Lucky I paid at all. Next time I will check the reviews

I went to go get an acrylic nail set. My 1st time there,they were very amazing. Very kind and took care of me right away. I had a walk-in appointment. Very precise with the nails, gave me exactly what I wanted..I wish I got the name of the guy who took care of me, he was great. 10/10, highly recommend.

Nails were wide at the tips. Some round some square. Polish uneven. Not smooth at base. Nair was getting caught under the nail at the base within 3days.

They cut my finger while using a nail file, the nails looked round when it asked for squared. My acrylic was and still is too thick to get off my real nails. I tried everything to get these nails off and they stuck so hard it making my real nails break and causing my nail beds to bleed. DO NOT COME HERE!!

I called to make an appointment three days before and we arrive the day of on time just for them to drag and take us in at 7:40 not to mention we came in and made it clear what we wanted just for them to continue and try to change our minds on what to get we gave in and they kept doing it, and they didn’t even end up giving us the right color. Would not come back

I want my money back. $45 for the pedicure & $10 dollars for the tip. My girlfriend and I went in for the deluxe pedicures. Her foot got cut because the gentlemen who did hers was to rough. I’m really disappointed in the pedicure she got. Her feet are so cracked and dry it hurts to walk. They’re even worse than when she went in there.

Walked in and a lady said credit card machine was down only cash or zelle. Then asked me what service I wanted I told her full set she said $45 and took my debit card and tried charging it. The machine said error because their system is down and she said no I can’t do your full set because your card has no money . I was beyond mad because clearly there’s a sign that says your system is down and she still went ahead and tried it and then blamed my card for no money. Then another customer came in and she rudely said sit down we wait until the system comes back . I left because that is no way to treat a paying customer. Never will I go back here.

The salon was empty but the nail tech was slow. Slow is sometimes good because they take their time but she wasn’t good. My nails look like chiclets gum and she even cut me. I was bleeding. I kept telling her she was missing the edges and I’m not lying when I say she added about five layers of polish to each nails, that’s why my nails look so thick. I won’t be back, for the price I paid and for my nail to look so uneven is a waste of money. I’d rather go to nail salon near Central and Belmont. Look at the edges of my nails, how thick they look and the cut on the bottom picture, third nail...the blood kept pooling into the ridge of my nail. I told the nail tech she made me bleed and she did apologize. This whole experience was subpar. I told the nail tech what I wanted and it was like she just did her own thing. Won’t be back.

Too expensive for nails to chip in a week They upsell you like crazy the minute you walk in. No rush when you waiting to spend your money but u cant even finish drying your nails b4 they start saying you cant stay long because of covid. Doubt ill be back!!! Nice layout & decor.

Honestly sometimes it’s a hit or miss on whoever does your acrylics but my experience is based off a worker I didn’t get her name she did my nails on a Monday and they came out very beautiful I loved them

All I can say is I will NEVER go back here. This was the worst experience. Over priced. Lie about acrylic and gel being different but they use the same powder for both! A rip-off. And they charge 5 DOLLAH MO for everything, even the nail shape! Wow. Never again.

This place is the worst salon any women can go toThe lady was ripping my natural nails off made me bleed and on top of that they were telling me it was late and that’s why they were in a rush, I asked for my money back and the cashier was taking her time in giving it to me, wanted me to sign a paper with my name on it! I tried being comprehensive with the lady and tried giving her another opportunity in doing my nails and this women just went to go get her stuff and said she was leaving she wasn’t going to sit and do anyone’s nails and walked out her job ! They don’t even deserve one star !!!!!!

Don’t come here. Waste of money, it is too expensive to come in and get a pedicure where they cut your toe skin and burn under your foot with a hot stone. I had a manicure and pedicure done today by Jenny and she was amazing! She made my hands and toes look so beautiful.... Jenny is so patient and really an artist. She made sure I was comfortable at all times. Wow! I loved how they turned out and so will my hubby. Just perfect!😍💖

I don’t live in Chicago anymore but every time I’m in town, I always go here to get my nails done. The place looks great now! And the service is always great. Love the managers and all the nail techs. They are great people and they always do a great job on my nails. Everyone is nice and professional here. They really care about they’re loyal customers. I was here for the holidays and came in during closing time, the day before thanksgiving, and they were willing to stay late just to do my nails. Highly recommend this place to anyone.

They were pretty rude as soon as i walked in and come off as money hungry. they kept insisting i get other upgrades/ services.also, my “no chip” acrylic nails chipped as soon as i walked out.even if they didn’t chip, the quality of acrylics is not good at all. way too bulky and they didn’t even bother to clean excess nail polish.

I did the Dip Powder and it turned out great! I’m so picky with people doing my nails and I’m a perfectionist. My nail professional was AWESOME. I asked if I could pay before getting my nails done, because I hate going into my wallet with fresh nails and they were ok with it. Everyone was very professional, respectful and friendly. It was clean inside and had a good ambiance. Highly recommend!

I got seated quickly and my manicure was even quicker. My nail shape was nice but not much of an experience, customer service is OK. Just another local nail salon.

I went to get my nails done with my daughter and the person that did her nails didn’t shape it correctly and applied lots of acrylic making the nails lumpy and burned my nails with the drill

Horrible service. DO NOT COME HERE. I walked in and it seemed pretty nice and clean until they attended me. She wasn’t gentle at all. It took a hour and a half and my nails aren’t even nice. It’s barely the 2nd day I have them on and half of them already broke. The nail polish is all clumpy and messy. She didn’t even do the job right. The acrylic isn’t even at all. While she was doing my nails she was on FaceTime and she would get up and answer all the phone calls. Point is their service is horrible and I will never be coming here again.

The lady at the front desk pays no attention to you when you come in. No hi or hello. The wait times are long even without it being busy. They ask if you want to pay for services you haven’t received yet. There’s not music playing, sounds like your at a funeral. It’s a nice clean place from where you sit in the front.

Really good customer service. They are always really nice. But they are really bad at doing natural nails here. My nails were long and even before I got my nails done, and they came out short and uneven when I got out. My nails started breaking 1 week after getting them done here which is disheartening because it takes so long for them to grow out. However, they do really good fake nails here which is what I needed after they messed up my real nails.

Lily dose an AMAZING AMAZING JOB THERE, my nails look so perfect every time she is so professional and friendly and always she make sure that you leave happy from there ! She is the only one that I trust my nails there

This place is an ok spot the lady was super nice but I wasnt satisfied with her job . My nails are kind of clumpy . She did the shape filed they will usually tell you to wash your hands but no she dusted it off 123 and she continued to paint them theres bubbles and left over the nail filling then the most ofd thing she went in with the machine after she painted my nails whatttt and started filing again she was so rough . Wasnt a good experience at all . First and last time going there .

My wife decided to try this place out when we were in the area shopping and the staff and owners are really nice! My wife was very pleased with her mani/pedi and will be coming back from now on. They even had a super cute dog hanging out inside, what more could you ask for??

Horrable service, have a set Customer number system thats not always used and its at customers expense when its not announced. Has a very racist staff and management team that very apparent and not hidden under a language barrier. If your a man looking for services be aware and prepared to also be discriminated upon your entrance which is sad in todayst day and age.
