Went in today to get the Dream Pedicure with my mom, lee and sue both took their time and were very nice during the whole process! Would definitely recommend coming here

The nail technician I had took her time and was very meticulous. I had trouble choosing a color and she helped me and chose the exact perfect one that I wanted. She made no mistakes and if she did, she corrected them immediately. I didnt have to ask her to change anything. Very impressed.

My (April) birthday pedi gone wrong! She thought my bone was a callous and sliced it right off. It wouldnt stop bleeding. Pics are about an hour after it happened. I was there almost 2 hours. I finally told them I had to go so she wrapped it with cotton and scotch tape - no bandaids - and I left. The woman who did it called me back in to pay and said $38. That was the first sign of me being mad! I guess it was the manager who said i didnt have to pay. Buhbye.

Im a Pace bus driver for SCR Medical Transportation. I was on my lunch break & Google the near nail salon shop. My first impression was how elegant and clean. The made me feel comfortable and the service was completed within my30 minute lunch break,👏 BRAVO! If your new to this place I suggest you don’t even try it. Go back to your tech. This place is over priced. They will tell you one thing and charge you more. They did that to me for a mani and pedi with matt color was $72 I never paid so much for a simple color on my nails. I didn’t even get acrylic done. When I call back this lady is gonna say they did a dip! LIES! The lady did not listen to anything I asked for I constantly had to repeat myself. I had a bad experience. To top it off this lady refused to refund my money, said I was rude when I kept repeating the things that were done to me. Then she told me not to call and hung up.

I just payed $62 for a pedicure LOL I was supposed to be getting a mani and pedi French tip, the nail tech did my toes perfect, but my NAILS were horrible. They were so fat and it seemed like she had no idea what a French tip was. My nails literally looked like those dual colored pills. I’m never a problem client but I refused to walk out of there like that. I don’t even leave reviews but wow. I really wanted to ask for another tech but I was getting so frustrated I just asked her to remove them. They still proceeded to charge me $62 I will never go here again.I NEVER SAID I DIDNT WANT THOSE COLORS. YOUR NAIL TECH DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO DO A FRENCH TIP PERIOD. I instead took myself to Tee Nails down the street and they did a wonderful job! Maybe you can show this photo to your nail tech and she’ll do a better job on the next person! THIS IS WHAT A FRENCH TIP SHOULD LOOK LIKE.

72 dollars for a pedicure and for a manicure cambo was so overpriced. The service felt rushed, and the nail tech was too rough with my girlfriends toes. Not sure how this place has over 700 reviews with a good rating. Please do not come here as it is no where to look at prices, and its not to be mean or anything, but it was really difficult to communicate with the people running the place since they did not speak clear English so there was a lot of confusion.

I drive a distance but for the quality service and great customer service it’s worth it. Stephanie is great at what she does. I don’t trust many people but her business is clean, she’s gentle, and she’s really taken care of my nails over the years. Everyone at the shop is nice and do good work.

I am actually very disappointed with my experience. I came in with my mother as a bonding experience to get pedicures and we were told to sit and wait. We were never offered a menu to choose which type of pedicure we wanted and then were shuttled into chairs to start the process. My pedicure was started immediately while my mother sat waiting, untouched. Her water actually became cold while waiting. My pedicure was completely finished and they still hadn’t touched her or even assured someone would be there soon. It came to the point that my mother chose not to have her pedicure as it would have us waiting another 30+ minutes. I understand you were slightly busy, but if people come in together- they should be serviced together.

Asked my tech to get a French manicure 2 times she said she could not do it???!. How is that even possible every time I go to any other salon I get it done no problem... you should be able to do a French nail...she wasnt very pleasant and didnt say much when I was asking her about it so I ended up having red nails and the color was not even vibrant like I wanted it turned out dark red which sucks. This place is rated best three stars! also to mention this is my second time here I wanted to give them a second chance and that second chance was as bad as the first one. Not coming back.

A small little hole in the wall nail salon, I came there because I used to live in the area and was nearby. The first time I went - I had Rose and she did a great job for my nails in anticipation of an engagement, and good thing I got them! The second time I requested her to get my nails done for a wedding I was attending. If youre looking for tips, or acrylics, shes your girl! Shes also great at adding a little sparkle to it to make them really pop!

Friday was my first time visiting this salon I called in on Thursday to make an appointment and the lady who answered stated they did not take appointments it was walk in only so I get there and, mind you I know Fridays are very busy in salons and I wasnt bothered by the wait but a lady came in after i had been sitting in the pedicure chair for over a half hour saying she had an appointment for 4 pm.....How if I was told they only take walk-ins? smh then I finally had a lady came over who was rude and I could barely hear her which I told her several times the lady who did my nails did the exact opposite of what I asked for and had an attitude when I told her I wanted them filed a skinnier on top thicker on the bottom for my coffin nails...I would never return to this place again...I do not know how they have 4.8 stars...

My brother, mom, and myself called at 2pm on a Tuesday and asked if they had anything available same day between 3pm-5pm, they were able to take us all at 3:30 pm. 3 mani/pedis and no waiting. Tina, Rose, and Sue were amazing and funny. Reasonably priced and super clean. Definitely my new go-to nail spot in the neighborhood.

My first experience went okay however I returned a second time and it didn’t go as planned. I called in advance to ask about availability or request an appointment, I was told I could just walk in…. I show up and all the staff stares at me and no one greets, no one says anything until I’m standing at the front desk for a minute staring wondering who to talkTo (because no one was at the desk) & I was told “ wait is too long come tomorrow” after I said I wanted to get a mani pedi. I don’t expect a lot from them but at least transparency and honesty when I called in advance. The lack of customer service is also irritating because no one should have to stand At the front desk like an idiot while everyone stares just to be turned down. So many staff members and none of them had courtesy or manners. I won’t return to this place.

I went in to do my nails for my birthday party, I went before I went to work and this was the last straw. The same person did my nails three times already and each time she did something wrong I really tried to give her a chance but this is ridiculous, all day something didn’t smell right about my nails almost like a burnt smell and the nail polish already started to peal and she didn’t apply it correctly, she it the person at the first seat on the left from the entrance please do NOT let her do your nails!!!!

Just so people know, ask questions and be very specific for what you want. I brought my daughter for a mani pedi that cost $38 and the lady doing my daughters nail ended up wanting to charge her way more. They try to be slick and slip in more than what you as for. They have very bad communication witch turns into bad customer service.

After visiting this place 3 times I was done with the poor customer service they provide!. I call in to make an appointment for sunday for me and my husband, and they told that just walk-in were accepted. I walked -in Sunday morning at 10am. I was told to sit down and wait. Very Rude! not hi or hello or anything just straight sit down and wait. After 45mins waiting I went to ask about how much longer should we wait and the manager said, and I quote.. we are doing the appointments first, so idk how long. I was shock. like Are you guys joking?? They need to stop playing with peoples time. Not going back ever again. You people deserve 0 stars

The service is good quick and very professional

They do a decent job. However, regardless if you have an appointment or not you walk in when it’s busy you will be waiting at least an hour. They are under staffed and don’t do a very well appointment based system. I’ve waited over an hour with or without an appointment and every time nobody ever acknowledges or even asked if I had one.

This is my go to nail salon...they always leave me happy and satisfied with my nails and pedicure. Excellent service, clean establishment and the sweetest nail technicians.

I always go to Sue for my full set. I genuinely love this place in the staff is so sweet and did I mention HYGIENIC?! They always use new tools or make sure to clean them, I’ve been to some shops where the tools were in a pringles can. No nail shop compares to this one.

Super affordable they have amazing and a variety of products they changed my feet routine all together. I also got a Christmas GIFT! I felt so loved and welcomed.

The workers are so so so nice. My pedicure was amazing and they had tons of color options. The only reason why I cant give a five star is because within a week 4 of my nails popped clean off of my hands and within a little over a week all my other nails but one followed. If my nails had lasted the time they usually do I would have no complaints at all.

Overall was happy with the service and the manicure and pedicure that I received. I do think that they could have done a better job of separating the customers receiving manicures, we were sitting right next to each other definitely NOT six feet apart.

So i went there because my regular nail tech was super booked. I google best nail salon and cici nails came up so i said to my self. Okay im going to give it a try. I ask for coffin nails me and my daughter. However once i left i noticed when i got home my nails were not done coffin. Long story short one nail broke off that same day and my nails are thin meaning not enough gel was placed on. I called and told them my situation and she said well you shouldve checked them before you left. Which is true but you should’ve done it correct the first time. She did not help at all she just said okay what do you want to do. I told her never mind and hung up . My nails look like if i had them for weeks when it just been 2 days . Smh never again going there

They do a really nice job here. They take their time and really work on nails. Super friendly staff and they are doing everything they can to make sure everyone is safe. They check temperatures, have glass dividers up and sanitize each station after use.

I was a first time walk in customer. I was warmly greeted and directed to sign in. Rose was gentle and thorough with my pedicure and eye brow waxing. The space is clean and calm. It was a relaxing experience in the middle of the day. I felt refreshed and capable of completing my work day. Thank you so much!

Walked in to get my nails and toes fixed after just getting them done yesterday not only was the color not the same shade of red but my toes weren’t fully dried after an hour and a half of air drying when I put on my shoes the polish came off. When I arrived the girl said she could fix my toes not my nails I would have to pay again but I had to wait 30min this was when they just opened and they had just one other customer..after waiting 40min two walk-in come in and they were seated immediately so when I asked why they haven’t just fixed my toes before seating them they said no we never say that and the other lady ignored me altogether absolutely rude and a waste of time and money

It was my first time here everyone was really, really nice very gentle and very attentive. There was no wait they took me in right away and there’s been plenty of parking in the front. I will definitely be back. Only suggestion is to offer the different pedicure packages to the customer before they get a pedicure since it was my first time here I had no idea they had different packages. I will definitely be back for those. 🙂

Ive been coming here for a year now and today was it for me. Ann did my pedicure and two of my toe nails were on an angle and she just cut them without asking me how short. I usually see Stephanie, Im faithful to her, I always tip her extremely well. Today I decided to get there at 10am, Stephanie usually gets there at 10:30, but I had things to do so I wanted to be her first client. Well Another woman comes in after me and Stephanie ends up doing her Pedi and nails before mine. Im usually go with the flow, but I didnt get in her chair until 12 noon. I was so livid I started crying. I didnt want to make a scene, but as a regular who was there first and tips well you think I would of gotten serviced first. Im never going back. I got a botched pedicure that I didnt have to pay for, but I just got my acrylic and left. No design, no polish color I was over it. I would even bring my mom and sister, I even referred my coworker. I actually picked this place over Tee nails that I havent been to in years. Im going back to Tee!!

We got seated fast! Walked in around 6:00 and got two regular pedicures, with lots of colors to choose from I got a burnt orange that looks amazing and my mom got a glittery red. Reasonably priced for the service we got and the the service was very friendly. I’ve been to my fair share of nail salons and can say sometimes the technicians look like they dread when people walk in, but here we were greeted with smiles and warm vibes. Will be going again to check out their no chip manicures!
