I am very disappointed with how my nails came out. I asked for a design with rhinestones the first time she didn’t do it how I asked her too so I asked her to redo the rhinestones she seemed very hesitant about it and when she redid the rhinestones I loved how my left hand turned out but when I went to sit to let them dry i noticed that on my right hand she put different size rhinestones so i asked her to just start from scratch on my right ring finger because it was just very messy and looked very unprofessional and I could tell she was really annoyed about it and this was yesterday September 12, 2019 and today September 13, 2019 four rhinestones have already fallen off. This is most definitely my last time going there and I will not recommend this place to anyone else.

Affordable prices, great conversations, and most importantly quick service . As a first timer I suggest you getting there early if you dont have time to wait for the simple fact they only do walk-in services. Everyone knows its hard to find trust in a new eyebrow lady but trust me your in good hands. They offer everything from nails, nails jewels, basic waxing, and even eyelash extensions. Definitely coming back.Left me feeling too cute lol and I usually always go with black or burgundy. Great to get out of my comfort zone.

I have been going here since I was 18. I absolutely love there work! I have tried a few other nail salon throughout the city but nothing compares to the wonderful job they do at HN! Love this place!!

Not the best picture but my nails were perfectI have been going here since 2011, my brought me here and since the first time this is my #1 nail salon, I have tried other salons, and have always came out disappointment. This never happened here, tee and Nina always take care of my nails, and if I dont like something they dont have an issue fixing it to my expectations. The customer service is good also. I dont know about many of the rest of technicians except for tee, Nina and Kathy(she does my moms nails and my mom wont let anybody else do them except for Kathy) but they always try to do exactly what you ask, even better. I always bring my son, and boy hes a handful, they bring him a chair and let him sit with me, are very patient if I need to step out with him, or hand him something. I brought my sons godmother here yesterday, tee did her nails, and she almost cried of joy when he finished. She declared this her new and only nail salon. ☺☺

There is an employee there (the female that sits two chairs from the window) that always has an extremely evident attitude- not only towards me, but towards many others as well. When I approached Mimi (the manager) about her employee, Mimi laughed in my face and sided with her employee. I could not believe the lack of professionalism. There is absolutely no customer service here. After going to this nail salon for so many years, I expected more respect from the employees and especially from the manager. I will not be returning.

This place is fantastic, prices are great, friendly staff. I had Mimi due to recommendation. She is fantastic, there was a line out the door waiting for Mimi and T. No wonder! That are fantastic and such a friendly environment, will definitely be coming back to Mimi.

I recently came here on May 31st, 2017 to get my nails done for Prom. I wasn’t sure what color to get with my dress but one pf the workers here, T, gave me choices and I have to say he did a GREAT JOB which is why I came once again to get a filling done and again I needed help choosing a color since this whole week will be busy for me. Once again he did an OUTSTANDING JOB!! I will most definitely come again with T, to get my moms nail done for her birthday in July!

Good service, but after getting a pedicure my toes got infected and red. Its very painful and I cannot walk. Everyone was nice, though. But wasnt worth the pain.

Just came in for the first time today and everyone was so nice! :-) Nails look great and good prices compared to other places in the area, ex: the Harlem Irving plaza and rainbow nails. My new go to place!

T does the best work, he has great detail and does exactly what I want. He is knowledgeable of new products. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I REALLLLLY LOVED HOW THEY DID MY NAILS . IT WAS THE OLDER GUY WHO WORKS THERE. I DID AN ACRYLIC NO CHIP. LOVED THEM . BUT WITHIN 2 DAYS MY THUMB NAILS BROKE, WHICH THEY FIXED AT NO CHARGE . THEN 2 WEEKS LATER MY MIDDLE FINGER NAIL BROKE . ITS BEEN 3 WEEKS AND 2 OF MY NAILS R READY TO BREAK . I THINK THEY PUT THE ACRYLIC TOO THIN ? I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK UNFORTUNATELY .

I have been coming to this nail salon for 10+ years. Everyone is friendly, funny & there isnt a dull moment in there. Ive tried plenty of other places & always come back to where i started. i can go 2- 2 1/2 weeks before i need a fill in where a nail is ready to break. No one does my nails to the exact wants other then Mimi or T.

Great affordable prices and the staff is always helpful. Good for days when you want to get a quick manicure or for when you just want to pamper yourself.

I been coming to this nail salon over the past 2 years and back then they were so sweet! Idk what has gotten into them, but I know they remember me since I go there all the time. They all became so rude! I really dont have a person I usually go to, since I really go to anybody. Each an every person that has done my nails are very rude. I feel so uncomfortable! Everytime I try and tell them something about my nails in a polite way, they get so bothered by it and start talking in the language they usually talk in. It makes me feel uncomfortable because I really dont get what theyre trying to say. I only speak English and Spanish. If thats the case, that theyre always going to be rude, Ill find another nail salon.

After two days my nails started chipping without mistreating them. I went back, waited 70 minutes, they started working on a couple that came after me . Mimi told I needed to wait for the lady who did my nails. It only took 15 minutes to fix them so I dont understand why couldnt another girl fix them and they couldnt probably save a bad review .

If i could rate it 0 stars i would.Paid almost $90 for a pedi, a no chip pedi and a fill in no chip.She said it would last 21 days... yea they chipped the next day. Never again should have gone to sunday nails instead...

First time went there :-Pedí was good / no bad / like it-Lashes was good, after the next day I had bad reaction, my eyes started to inflammated really bad. I have to bought the remove individual lashes and removed immediately.never again Im going to wear lashes under eye lips / bad idea /first time and last time going to do that /- mynails / was filled it / was bad /the old Chinese she dont know what shes doing / she made 5 different shapes in my nails / look bad / and asked too much money for a refill $17I get out from there unhappy 😔I spend $60 and regret it / next time I visit Chicago / definitely no going there / just went there Bc my friend took me / telling they do a good job /
