This is an excellent dentistry that I wholeheartedly recommend. They gave me a second opinion for various crowns and dental work and provided the best service and quality. You can trust the work of Dr Maitry Patel and her staff. I generally don’t fill out recommendations but this one was well deserved and I am very happy with her dental work.

Given that I have now had two office visits and a cavity filled by Dr. Patel, I think I now have a fully formed opinion. Wonderful staff, very friendly and really went in depth to explain my dental health and how to improve it. They made sure to verbally discuss pricing and provide a statement for me to sign prior to treatment, going over what insurance would and would not cover. During my cavity filling, Dr made sure I was numb and would ask me every few minutes if I was doing okay and to raise my left hand if I felt pain. (no pain felt at all) Procedure was quick and well done. Filling is smooth and feels like my normal tooth. Brittany and Joy are very nice and helpful. Also the dental assistant who I can’t remember her name. Oh, and they have reasonable prices. I asked for a quote for my coworker, and she quoted me half the cost of the other quote my coworker received from an overpriced Westchase dentist for her deep clean. I will be referring people to this practice.

I have to admit, Dr. Patel and her staff we absolutely amazing. The exterior of the location doesnt do it justice, as its out dated and a bit uninviting. But dont let that fool you, the Doctor and her staff take pride in comforting you and making sure you experience is hardly painful and you leave with a smile. After years of avoiding dentist, as most of us do, this has changed my views. This again was an experience I could deal with and will welcome again. Please note, I am an honest reviewer and highly recommend this location. 5 stars for sure...

Huge shout out to hygienist Joy. She is fantastic. It seems she loves her profession which reflects in her work. She is very detail, explains each step, make you at ease and finish everything in no time to perfection. I had my cleaning yesterday and absolutely satisfied with overall experience. One of the best dentist offices in Tampa Bay. Originally went there to for emergency pain and not only could they squeeze me in before a holiday and take care of my pain immediately - they have the nicest and most patient staff ever. The BEST dental experience I have ever had! I had a lot of tooth pain and they scheduled me immediately. Professional, friendly, personable- it was the first time I had ever laughed while at the dentist. I like the concern of the staff. It has been almost two years since I visited the office. It was good to see some familiar faces. They staff made me feel as if I was coming every three months. Love it.

Staff was great. Kat and Dr Combs took care of me. I needed an immediate crown and my insurance turned me on to them I just had anterior neck surgery and have a huge totally restrictive neck brace. Between the 3 of us working together we got my temporary crown done. They worked as a team with me and I left a happy camper and not in pain. Thanks. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

This dental office is the worst. I went there in May of 2019. I was told I needed a special cleaning for gingivitis. They said my insurance did not cover it. I called my insurance and they advised they do cover it. They spoke with my insurance after I called them to complain and supposedly had it straightened out. I had the service completed as well as follow up services. Now over a year later Iget a bill for $150. I called the office and was told they would make it a zero balance. A few weeks later I got another bill f

The staff here is amazing. I’ve been here twice, and the second time it was like I was a regular. I normally dislike the dentist, but Maritza made me feel super comfortable. Britney and Beatriz both did my cleaning and we’re both great. Even the receptionist (I can’t recall her name), was super helpful and sweet. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

My insurance makes me pick my dentist so it was important for me to go to a facility that can do most of the work in-house. I was in need of extensive dental work and after a lot of research, I chose Advance Dental. I began my experience with ADC several appointments ago so my review will be updated once my treatment plan is completed. The staff at ADC are nothing short of amazing. Leann and Maritza are the best. Maritza has a great intuition which is important when theres a dozen things in your mouth and cant talk. I get the sense that that place would fall apart without those two. Dr. Wade Combs is great. Hes patient and answers any questions I have. At first I was extremely worried about the pain, especially for my extractions and they dont do/have sedation, but Dr. Combs was so good and gentle that it didnt hurt. Beatrice, the periodontist, is very nice and is great at explaining things when it comes to gums. I wish i had not put off my fears of the dentist for so long. The work itself (my fillings, crowns and bridges) look great. Now Im addicted to doing more and cant wait till its all completed. I will update my review once everything is done but I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING TO ADVANCE DENTAL CARE.

All staff from receptionist to Dental assistant to Dr. PATEL were very friendly & professional.Would highly reccomend. I had an extraction as had not been very good about going to Dentist over last 4 years. I am going to start back with regular appointments as I was treated great.

I been a customer with advance dental care for almost two years. At the beginning everything was fine (dental and customer service). However, in the past 6 months I start to receive bills for services that I ready received and paid (Jan. 2019). Here are the issues that I have with this office:Issue no. 1: this office write a difference address and phone number on their claim so the insurance reject their claims.Issue no. 2: my insurance is Humana (Humana Schedule B (4084)). This insurance already post the service cost, so I get a service with a code then I pay what the insurance stated in their plan. In this case, the office should not send any claims.Is it possible that the person responsible for the submitting claims at your office can contact Humana customer service and solve this issue. FYI, Humana already contacted this office serveral time and still the people who work there cant understand how this insurance work.Issue no. 3: the insurance called them serveral times and explain it to them and still I get bills.Issue no. 4: When I called them before the pandamic, the person who deal with insurance start to talk to me as if I am dumb and I do not understand how insurance work, which is rude since that person does not know to submit a claim.Issue no. 5: I called almost 30 times today and I wasnt been able to talk to anyone. I either get no answer, busy line or voice mail which is strange. Also, sometimes they open the line without talking to me!!!!!.Look, you already wasted my time and energy writing this review, so please solve my issue, becuase it is your mistake not mine. It is important to know how insurance work in your business.

My teeth have their own set of issues and they have been patient with my questions, helpful with scheduling, and understanding when I have been unsure or upset. I had a dental cleaning done by Beatriz and she was wonderful! I appreciated that she did the entire cleaning rather than part out some of the job to junior staff which has been my prior experience. She took time to explain how I should modify my brushing and flossing techniques based on the brush type and floss I use to get even better results. Looking forward to my upcoming visits at this office. The staff was very friendly and engaging and I felt happy about my choice of dental provider.

It’s been five long years since I’ve been to a dentist. My teeth and gums were not a fan of this trend, obviously. My last dentist in Arizona made me feel absolutely terrible about the condition of my teeth. I brush and floss daily. I just have really weak enamel and that mixed with no dental coverage leads to catastrophic issues.So anyways I booked my appointment based on the google reviews and the fact that they’re super close to my house. I still don’t have dental insurance, smh but I have a care credit card with a 12 month no interest promo so on I went. My biggest concern was humiliation. My second largest concern was that they were going to tell me I couldn’t keep my teeth. A little over dramatic on my part.THE STAFF WAS AMAZING! Every single person was fantastic. They worked me in for a same day cleaning and it wasn’t horrible. It was a deep cleaning. My hygienist was so lovely but stern about me keeping up with my appointments and flossing correctly etc. She answered every one of my questions and didn’t dismiss any of my concerns. I’ll be back for several more procedures over the next few months, and I’m looking forward to being proud of my smile. 💕🥰

First off, my name is Angelica Mendoza Whitney. I am so happy with the. Decision of coming to this place rather than Florid Dental or any other dental office for that matter. Dentist Combs and Noel Proctor has the lightest hands where I actually fell asleep during my procedure. Twice. They made sure I had everything I needed and more. They kept me up to date and informed as to what was going on. I had a horrible experience in the past which lead me to avoiding dentists altogether. But now it’s a necessity so I had no choice. I live right down the street from them so I decided to give them a try, and boy was I glad I did! I give this place 5 stars and even more if possible. They treat you like how a person should be treated. Full respect. Which sadly this society lacks nowadays. I wish them the best of luck and hopefully their business will stay around forever. I have been receiving dental care at Advanced Dental Care (ADC-Citrus Park) for over six years. ADC has the best hygienists ever, always gentle and thorough. What does Hurricane Irma and Advanced Dental Care of Citrus Park have in common? They were both involved with the extreme tooth pain Ive been having for the past few days. My regular dentist office is still close - 3 days after the hurricane. But when I was in pain and needed help, Advanced Dental came to my rescue. I called them at 3pm Tuesday (2 days after the hurricane) and asked if they could possibly see. They asked if I could be there by 4! Awesome. They were caring and supportive. The dentist was open to discuss what he found. We also had a nice conversation about advancements in dentistry. I still have to get to my regular dentist (I now have an appt for Thursday afternoon). If I lived in Tampa, Id consider switching to Advanced.

Today my daughter was worked in as consideration for her toothache, the staffs were so pleasant to see her right away. I met the new dentist with his assistant were super nice! For over 10 years, I am very satisfied with their service every time I walk in. I strongly recommended for everyone with their families to this dental office. Thank You.

There was a misunderstanding where I thought I was getting a cleaning but I was scheduled for an exam only. I took off some time from work to make this appointment so I was upset that I wasn’t going to get the cleaning that I needed. Without me asking, Leann and Beatriz volunteered to stay an hour after closing to accommodate me. They didn’t rush me either. Beatriz really took her time and explained everything to me. They even made sure my son who had to come with me was comfortable. I really can’t say enough about how truly kind these ladies were to me. This was a great experience. The office is very clean, TVs in the room, and everyone is very nice. They made me feel at ease and relaxed during the whole process, which was tall order considering I had a terrible experience at Coast Dental on N Florida Ave a few days earlier.They went above and beyond to squeeze my free cleaning on the last business day before a holiday week, and everything went seamless with my insurance. They do not up-sell on services you dont need.

I had a filling pop out while out of town, the next morning when I returned to town they squeezed me in to the schedule first thing and had it fixed in under 30 minutes. Perfect the first time! As far as dental care & good dentists go, I would totally recommend this place!! My mom and I both go here. My mom is older (75) and does not brush as well as she used to. There was another dental place that wanted to charge us over $10k for repairs to my moms dental work plus they wanted to do stuff to my mouth that was not necessary! I came to Advanced Dental care and the dentist explained that as long as Mom has regular cleanings it is possible to remove the plaque & stay ahead of most major issues. The cost: less than $175! (vs. $10K!!) How can you beat that? PLUS, all i needed was a cleaning!! We were out the door and satisfied customers. By the way their X-Ray equipment gives very good images (I compared them to another facility) and they have the best scheduling, reminder, and appt organization I have ever seen for a dental or medical facility.

As someone who has had a fair share of dental work in the past, this is by far the most unprofessional dental practice I have ever experienced. When I had a problem with a front tooth, they provided a crown that obviously didn’t fit correctly and was too thick. I now have a lisp and will have to have It replaced. They refused to accept responsibility for their failure and acted as if I should just deal with it. They also failed to diagnose an abscessed tooth. The only reason I’m giving this storefront office one star is because the front desk staff were always pleasant.

Ive been going here for years and Im not surprised with the 5 star reviews. I have always talked up Advanced and Dr. Safirstein. Just went in today and Dr. Safirstein has retired and been replaced by Dr. Combs. DO NOT fear the change, hes a top notch Dentist and really knows what hes doing. Very personable and pleasant to talk to and precise with his movements when hes digging around your mouth. I got two fillings today and he made it very comfortable.The staff around him has been the same for a while and they are always great. Never once have I had an issue with ADC. Beatriz is my hygienist and she always does a great cleaning. Shes careful but at the same time you can tell shes really getting in there and cleaning your teeth right!

Awesome care and attention to details! The staff are genuinely caring..Brittany was awesome to work with...all anxieties associated with going to the dentist were none existant! Would absolutely recommend this office!!

I havent been in 2 years. Began to seriously not liking the dental office. Then i met Joy literally. She is awesome and professional!!! Dr. Combs is no non sense and professional. Im a fan of going to thid dentist again!!!!

Great friendly staff easy to set up an appointment. I had Maria and she was wonderful very nice she took good care of me :)

What an absolute Joke! Just spent 1.5 hours there. No sight of dentist! Some bs about x ray machine malfunction although it seemed to work for everyone else. My time is every bit as valuable to me as a dentist or doctors time is to them. I wont waste any more of mine on an office that double or triple books appointments. Again, WHAT A JOKE!

Friendly staff, awesome dentist that listens to you and cares. I dont mind coming to the dentist now as before I wanted to stay away from the dentist. I wont go anywhere else besides this office..A+A+
