I would never suggest to anyone!!! This was the worse place I have ever been to! I go a lot of places and this was by far the most slowest, messiest, most expensive, rudest, inexperienced people I have ever came encounter with! They painted my 7 year old daughters nails and toes and charged me 45 dollars and it was simple!!! I got my toes a pedicure and they charged 80 for just my toes and $95 for my full set and I had two brake that same day. And my 17 year old got a full set and charged her $70 and got her eye brows waxed and charged 15. I am from out of town and told them that I had to park in a garage but they still took their time and we were in the for over an hour before they worked on us. It took us almost 3 hours to leave! I will NEVER EVER GO BACK OR RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!!! I PAID OVER $300 AND $55 FOR PARKING. MY NAILS DIDNT EVEN LAST BUT ONLY FOR 5 DAYS!!!!!

*update: three nails chipped within a week* They were rough on my cuticles (both hands and feet) but not rough enough when scrubbing for my pedicure. I attached some pictures to show the final product. Many of my nails were rough and scratchy on the edges, they got hooked on fabric right away. The women that worked on my nails did some fast service so no complaints there. If you’re in a hurry and need to look good only from far away, here’s your place. As for me, I’m going elsewhere.

Very bad experience. Nothing is even. Lot of bubbles and looks ugly. Located in the heart of downtown expected a better service. Do not recommend.

I had a valid Groupon for a first time visit for a manicure and pedicure. They have decided to no longer accept, even though valid. She initially claimed it was Groupons fault that cannot redeem, but then finally shared that her manager decided to no longer accept. She indicated Groupon would refund - yet that was not possible. Want to leave this review since I want all Groupon people to know they wont accept.

I used to get my nails done every 2 weeks for context. Now I go less frequently however I hav always been impressed by this place. Ive been 3 times now and they have done a good job each time. The first time was incredibly slow, however, my times after that were better

Worst nail salon ever. I was in Chicago for business and came here because it was close to my hotel. When I first came in the girl in front was doing her own nails and sent someone else to do mine. After waiting 15 minutes for him, he started. The salon was empty. When I informed the man doing my nails I didn’t like the shape, he told me to wait until he finished filing them. Once done, I told him I still didn’t like it and he continued to do them. Worse service

I was a first time customer today and I had a terrible experience. Sydney the nail tech was yelling at me to pay while she was slapping my hands. As she demanded me to pay before she adds color, then Sydney proceeds to suggest I get my eyebrows done. I will never go back because of the discrimination I faced. I work in the Aon center and I wanted to go downstairs to get my nails done. I was not expecting the treatment I got! Too bad I cant do a no star rating...

Fast, Clean, Friendly -I book a lot of manicure/pedicures and this place is fast, always friendly, and the staff does an awesome job!They do dip, gel, regular, acrylic, you name it...Cannot get over how efficient the team is and the quality of their work - I have never left with a bad mani/pedi - - Ex: I messed up a nail 2 min after walking out of the shop, came back and and they fixed me up, no wait.Highly recommend if youre in the neighborhood.Weekdays lunch hour can be busy so call ahead for an apt. sometimes walk ins have around a 45 min wait.

Awful experience! As I left the salon, I noticed my no chip was bubbling and nails were filed uneven. Also, the technician was very rough on my nails and cuticles. Do not recommend!!!!!

Paid $73 + tip for a no chip on Friday. By Sunday 6 nails had chipped off. Went in to get them redone and fixed and was told I could change color. After they fix the nails, they tell me it will be another $35 for the service even though they have a 2 week guarantee and this was 3 days from the original service. Awful place and I do not recommend, they were also extremely rude except for the lady doing my nails who had no control over the situation. There is another place not even half a block away if you are looking for something in the area.

I normally do not leave reviews but I felt the need to this particular time. I was referred to nail tech Daisee by a co-worker. I attempted to schedule my next appointment and she started doing someone elses pedicure. So, I politely asked her should I just text you. I immediately texted her when Id like to return. The next day she responded Im sorry, but I will not be accepting you as a client anymore, best of luck. I was shocked and could only think of two things, she was upset I didnt tip her or racist. I normally tip very well but, due to me paying $80 for a pedi and no-chip fill-in, I refused to on my first round of service. I intentionally do this sometimes just to see how will I get treated in the future. Could be a bit of racism so I am definitely staying away. I could easily return and get serviced by someone else but Im hesitant that the other nail techs are like her. Her rudeness is unacceptable! My money spends well just like everyone else. This really needs to be looked into! Poor customer service and her actions depreciates the value of this salon. I do not recommend this place.

They charge you $17 for nail spa, spa over their, its just cleaning of your cuticles and hand with warm water thats it, if you want nail paint, you have to pay extra for it.Lady who was giving me service was very rude, she did not even say hi forget about making a conversation, whole time when she was cleaning my hand she was talking to other lady in their own language, at one point at felt like she will scold me or shout at me if i ask her anything. It was a very depressing experience, waste of money.They are racist for sure :(

Super amazing place very nice people so warm welcoming, treated me like if I was at home. Women treated me like royalty and they have real great music will recommend it to anyone that comes to chicago

Just had the second worst no-chip manicure Ive had. Lumpy uneven application and I had to smooth out 3 ragged front edges when I got home. I know this wont last the 2 weeks. Should not have tipped.

Could have been better. I received a Groupon as a gift to this place for a standard manicure and pedicure and I felt like I was treated less than because I had the Groupon and wasnt paying cash. The nail tech was extremely rough on my hands and on my feet after I repeatedly asked her to be gentle.All Im saying is: If you dont like accepting Groupons, dont list on Groupon? Seems like a no brainer. I am a paying customer regardless, I expect great customer service. As for my nails, they turned out alright- I could tell she didnt put much care or time into doing them perfectly. This city is swirling with incredible nail salons that offers great service and do a way better job.

This salon is literally the worst. I had a no chip done and 4 days later all of my nails were chipped. I ran down when they opened to try to get them fixed. There was one super rude woman working. She told me that she couldnt help me because she was doing her nails. She wouldnt give me her name and refused to help me.

OMG I AM APAULLED OH THEY WERE SO RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL AND HAD A LITTLE BIT A RACISM . THEY dont know how to to nails they leave them so thin on some and so thick on others they pop off and break off very fast . and even there GEL polish is cheap / mixed with nail polish remover to make it last it chips within 4 days. OH AND DONT LET THEY FIND OUT YOU ARE PAYING WITH A GROUPON AT 1ST THEY WILL BE SO RUDE AND TREAT YOU LIKE AN ANIMAL WROST NAIL SERVICE EVER ! UGH DONT GO THERE! (YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED)!

Ive been going for six months and loved Teo, he doesnt do acrylics though. When I started getting acrylics I tried a couple of the older women and they did a terrible job. I had to get a new set and the one lady tore them off instead of soaking them. Didnt shape the nail like I wanted, they fanned out instead of vice versa, when I went back the next day to have her fix them she BARELY did anything and didnt speak the entire time. She was blatantly rude when she was the one who did a horrible job. As someone whos gotten their nails done for years and never had this big of an issue, this is just unacceptable. If youre just getting shellac teo is awesome though!

The worst. They rush on your service even when you make appointments and ask them not to rush. My nail beds are very sore. They are also very rude!
