I have very short, messy nails that aren’t easy to deal with. Nimka took her time to make sure they turned out really well!

They did my gel nails for my wedding and really crushed them - two weeks later they still look incredible!

Ive come here twice now for a No Chip Mani. I was taken aback the first time because I hadnt had my nails done in 8 years! They were lovely (the blue color). One chipped after a week but the rest were fine through the end of 2 weeks. I went back during my lunch hour but was told they were booked so had to book online for another lunch hour that week. The 2nd time I had them done I didnt love the color though Ive now become satisfied with it. Im hoping these last longer having 3 coats instead of 2.

So I started going there about 2 months ago based the 5 star reviews and that they are lgbtq friendly. My first couple of no chips were perfect. The. By the third my nails started chipping after about 6 days. The last time I went in and told them she basically said it was my fault. Now mind you I’ve taken my friend there and recommended this place to many people as I have gotten a lot of compliments on my nails. So my friend called to book 3 no chip manicures for Saturday day at 12:30. We wanted to bring our other friend. They arrived before me and were told we didn’t have an appointment. They said we could come back at 4:30. No apology for their mistake and they didn’t offer to fit any of us in. And our friend drove all the way from Elgin. Needless to say I will never return nor will I ever recommend that place to anyone again. I was willing to overlook the chipping because of the customer service but they’ve shown me they could t care less about me and my money. There are far to many nail salons in the city to have to deal with horrible customer service. It’s unfortunate because I literally told everyone about them. Oh well

The attention to detail is incredible. I have always felt like no chip doesnt last but the care put into the work here shows.Bakuna is a sweetheart and I appreciate her willingness to make sure I get what I hoped for.

What a gem: the staff is great, the place is very clean, and the services are great. My nails last a few weeks and are always very well done. They do a great job respecting the norms and regulations set for COVID-19. A great place!

This is my new regular nail salon. The atmosphere was clean and modern, it didnt smell like strong chemicals in the way that some other salons do. All of the nail techs wore masks and they had a clear guard in between us while my nail tech did my nails. They really take the safety of their employees and customers to heart.I can not rave enough about Casey, my nail tech. He is so incredibly friendly and we had some of the most interesting conversation. If youre someone who likes to travel, book your mani with him because youll have a great time chatting. He is so nice!!As for my manicure its beautiful. He was gentle on my cuticles, the shape is perfect, and when the first coat of my color was applied Casey even noticed how sheer it was and helped me decide if it was the color I really wanted. He was right, I ended up switching colors.All in all I loved it so much and Im already looking forward to going back.

My first no chip manicure since COVID started in March and it was such a great experience! Made an appointment and was seated as soon as I arrived, they had plenty of precautions in place like sanitizer at every station and plexiglass between nail techs and customers, and it’s been nearly two weeks and my nails still look amazing. Highly recommend!

My nail tech was super sweet and did such a good job. It felt really clean and they had the standard precautions for covid. I didn’t see any staff without their mask or wearing it incorrectly. They cleaned up between clients and had hand sanitizer available. Would recommend / go back!

I have come here numerous times for numerous gel and regular manis and a pedi. The staff is always very friendly and thorough with their work. They have a good selection of polish colors and I always leave happy with my manicure.

I recently visited and had the best customer service a girl could ask for in such short notice. Not only did Alt provide a beautiful ambient and great service he goes above and beyond what is required. I will definitely be returning.

I’ve been here twice now, and each time I’ve unfortunately been disappointed. Although I experienced excellent customer service each time that I came to the salon, I was disappointed as I received a gel pedicure both times, and both gel pedicures didn’t last long at all. The first gel pedicure chipped a significant amount on several toes after just a few days, and the second gel pedicure peeled off after just a few days on several toes.

My fave nail salon in Chicago. Quality work with reasonable prices. Well maintained salon with a good selection of opi polish.

Clean, friendly nail technicians, large color selection. Lots of natural light and a pleasant environment. I was once late to my appointment for a regular manicure and had to be out of there in 25 mins, the nail teCH went at SUPER SPEED while being super careful and precise and it was AWESOME. Finished within my time frame and it looked great.

This place has so many powder dip options and they do a great job! My powder nails have lasted a month each time. Just went back for my third visit!

Ive come here several times to get no chips and pedicures and have recommended it to a lot of friends.But I just went in about 30 minutes before closing and asked if they had time for a gel (Im not wearing any polish so I figured it could be quick since theres no drying time). The nail tech I asked looked at me, looked at the customer whose nails he was doing, looked back at me, condescendingly laughed at me and said were about to close... and laughed at me again.If he had been any ounce nicer, I wouldnt be posting this and I would be going back. But theyve definitely lost a customer and I will be actively telling friends to try somewhere else.

They were super nice., but cut my toe nails too short to the point where they hurt. Not reccomend, which makes me sad because this is my 3rd place Ive tried in the area. Current on the beach for an event, and Im HELLA uncomfortable!

I love this place. I had a nail emergency. LOL But 2 nails broke and they were able to repair them immediately. I had a wedding that night and it had to be done. The girl who took care of me did a great job. I will continue to use them as my go to salon. I also got a really good eyebrow wax as well.

Just had the best gel mani by Jenny and pedicure by Ivy. This place is very clean, plays great music, takes pride in their work and the decor is so chic! Love this nail boutique, what a gem!

I love this place! They provide amazing service, everyone is very friendly, and you cant go wrong with a place that is BYOB. My friend and I at least once or twice a month drive out of our way to come here. I recommend this place to everyone. If you are looking for a high end spa, this is not it, but you are treated that way. Check this place out. If you are disappointed, I will be surprised.

My tech was awesome. The color selection was great. I really enjoyed the pampering I received. One weird thing was that they wouldnt let me tip on my card, but accepted Venmo. It was really weird, and quite awkward. I will make another appointment with this location though. The Venmo thing wasnt a deal breaker.

I went there today. I was a walk in. The lady that spoke to me i told her I need my nails removed and the a manicure and pedicure. Right when it came to closing time she decides to tell me she cant do it. Then get manager comes and says I should of called first! Apparently they dont know what they can and cant do unless you call ahead even if they accept walk ins. I will never go there again. This was awful!

This is literally my favorite nail salon in the city. The manager is incredible and my favorite manicurist is Zula. Every time I come in, they remember my name and take their time to make the experience relaxing and stress free. My friends and I plan our appointments months in advance to look forward to it. In a city where there is a nail salon on every corner, Sapphire sets themselves apart in every way!

This is by far my favorite nail salon in the neighborhood. The regular manicure can last more than a week sometimes! They use a magical top coat.

Visited Safaire today for the first time and had an amazing experience. I scheduled an appointment online and had no idea who was gonna help me and I lucked out with BG. She was so nice and attentive. The manicure consisted of the basics plus a hand massage and a shoulder massage as well. I was offered a beverage and was entertained by their great choice in music/videos. The salon is a little out of ways for me but I am the type of person that prefers enviorment and service over distance so I will defiantly be making this my new place.

I just relocated to the area and googled for a close salon...they came up first with great reviews. I see why! It is a gorgeous, very clean space and all the staff are friendly and helpful.The pedicure was masterful with my tech doing something wonderful with a hot towel on my calfs and feet! This will be MY place from now on and I will not hesitate to tell my friends.OH! and they feature 4 brands of polish...all showcased nicely and all in line by color...so no searching all over the salon for your perfect color. This place has every little thing organized.There was no time to have a manicurre too, but after seeing the neck and shoulder massage they gave other patrons I can not wait!And whats not to love about a salon that posts BYOB on the door and a sign in the entrance that says WE CAN DO IT...and they do!

I think the pedicure could be more relaxing, the products are excellent quality, but I did not feel the add value, the differential.
