I got a regular manicured done this morning and I am wowed at the results. My nails look perfect! I’ve been getting my nails done this way for years and what most impressed me was the cuticle cleanup. While I always expect great painting work, I never know what to expect in terms of cuticle clean up. And let me tell you, they cleaned it up just like they do in Brazil. Perfection painted all the way to the very start of the nail bed (no gap).

I got one of the best nail services ever! Nails turned out (got the no chip) just how I wanted and it was fast! Prices are reasonable for being in the River North area, definitely coming back!

Got right in! Affordable and well done! If youre looking for a spa like pedicure then I can see why some complained but I was perfectly happy.

Never have i got such a bad pedicure. After two days the gel polish started to fall of on three of my fingers. And the moment I got in to the salon, they said that I only had to wait 15 minutes, but i waited about 50 minutes.

I called ahead when I was a few blocks away. Was able to quickly get a gel manicure and (regular) pedicure in about 1 hour. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Price was very reasonable. Convenient from work.

I love this place. I go here because I work near and I can get in and out quickly. I get a no chip manicure when I go. Ive been assisted by a couple different ladies, but I have started calling to make appointments with Julie because for some reason, her no chip manicure lasts me longer. (Im kind of rough on nails.) I think its $40 for the no chip manicure, which I think is highly priced for some nail polish, but I think thats the going rate downtown. Plus, if you come often, you can get a stamp loyalty card and you get a free manicure (or equivalent price deduction) after 10 visits.

I get when people complain about quality color application. But never in my life have I gotten such a painful gel manicure. The girl made me bleed three times, first time just with a nail file, then with the drill. Honestly couldn’t wait to get out. I can tolerate and give chance to many salons, but not the ones you risk being injured and/or infected. Please be careful ladies going there!

By far the Best nail services in the country. I travel the count y for work and have yet to receive service any where that beats 2q Chicago! Toi provides excellent nail services with a smile. My nails look and feel 100% natural when it’s done here.

The polish came out nice, but i am not a fan of just getting polish put on my nails. Is it just me or had the service at some of these nail shops going down. So she never did my cuticles, so my nails looks lopsided. I arrived at the nail shop on a Saturday about 1:45, there were 8 workers. 4 of them were sleeping in chairs, some were eating and some were on there phones. The lady that did my nails seemed a bit annoyed when I asked if she can help me pick out polish that was close to what I had. Then while she was doing my nails, she was talking to another girl who worked there. They were speaking so loud, in there Language. It was at time was too much, but i needed my nails done. The polish dont get me wrong came out nice. But i want to be pampered when I get my nails done. I paid 55, just to get them polished. I can do that at home and save money.

My nails did not even last a week the color started to discolor and they looked really gross from the tips. I called to get them redone but they refused. I will never go here again. Do not recommend!

Charged $40 for a no-chip polish change. I went with my sister and the tech didn’t want to service her. They make up prices as they go and they don’t want to service certain customers. If I could give zero stars I would. I will never be back.

Friendly staff, super quick service (I walked in on a Saturday and they got me right in), and a great no chip that is on par with other salon prices! Ill definitely go back!

The first time I got my pedicure from here they cut my pinky toe and it bled so badly I had to place a bandaid when I got home. What made it even worse was the woman used the pumice (purple and white scrub) when she cut my toe and did not sanitize it. It honestly should have been thrown away because that material can not be sterilized. They also didn’t take any precautions to sterile the pedicure area where my toe bled. I know this because I witnessed someone use the same chair while I was getting my manicure.After this incident, I was promised a free pedicure when I come for my next service. I wanted to write them off, but I thought I’d give a chance. I went to 2Q two weeks later for a pedicure and manicure. Upon arrival, I was ignored about my pedicure appointment and then told I had to wait for the manager to receive a free service. I called the following day to make the appointment and the manager refused to do my feet for free. She claimed that I took too long, but that is not the case at all. I didn’t know there was a time limit? Either way I came within two weeks.My toe is now bruised and will be healing the entire summer due to the negligence of the nail technician.I really didn’t want to write this review but the way they handled the situation was so unprofessional, it must be told.Ultimately I was given 20% off my nail services. I will not be returning.

Pretty decent job with my sea salt pedi. Not the tidiest paint job and my tech completely ignored me while i was drying after I paid and tipped more than 20%.Not the typical customer service you expect but it got the job done.

Got a no chip mani and reg pedi for my wedding. I went back after 2weeks to change the color on my no chip manicure, they told me they have to charge $5 to take the no chip off. I told them they were the ones that did the no chip but they didnt care. Thats a TERRIBLE SERVICE and no consistency on their pricing because they didnt charge it before. If you are charging a repeat customer on a simple service like that (which was done by them), you just lost a forever customer. BYE

Ive been going here for at least 10 years, so I obviously like it. Great prices, quick service and my manicures will last for a week before my nails grow out.

This is the fastest Ive ever had a full set and pedicure. Theyre pricey but worth it if youre short on time and lack patience like I do.

Nice people and fast

Super quick and good price, cute nails, Vietnamese owned. Got these cute pastel french tip acrylic + gel + art done for 65$ in under 30 minutes. Only thing is I wish she trimmed my cuticles a bit. I feel bad I didn’t tip but I’m a broken HS student lol.
