My experience to this place was very good! The quality of the manicure I received was one of the best I ever had. The technician was also very kind and polite. It was cheaper than other spas near the location as well with much better atmosphere. For me, quality of the service is a must but the interior of the place is very important, too.I am just visiting Chicago but I really wish I could come here all the time. I will definately come back here whenever I visit Chicago.
Very nice and clean space; elegantly decorated. Friendly staff. Competitive prices ($30 pedicure; $35 pedi-mani special on Mon & Tues). Bathroom is also nice and clean with real towels for hand drying. Massage chairs for pedicures. Comfy (brief) feet massage with the pedicures, and a quick shoulder massage while nail is drying.
I do my nails myself because Im a crazy perfectionist, but I wanted to give it a try and go to a nail salon. I noticed this one months ago and was attracted to it by how nice and clean it looked when passing by. When I visited it today, I wasnt disappointed. Loved my mani/pedi, these ladies are great, very careful, super attentive to details, and I dont want to waste my time anymore doing my nails at home. The service was great, I enjoyed a fun conversation with Nurdzamal (Niki), my feet/hand/shoulder rub, how they help you put your shoes and coat on and add a layer of oil on your toes in case any nail polish rubs off. Ill be back!
Good mani/pedi deal on certain days ($35 for both I think). Great experience overall; enjoyed the massage chairs and nails/toes looked great at the end.
Ive never written a review before but this one is a must!I was getting my pedi & no chip with my mother & she like everyone else has a worker taking their time & giving them massages. When I was given to a different worker for my no chip. she was moving super fast on the process . Fast enough that when she started to add the top coat it smeared and she looked at me & said why is it not dry & im clueless so I told her I had no idea then she asked well did you check your timer when you changed hands which is technically not my job . She then noticed that the machine wasnt working so she was having a frustrated look .. she rushed to finish and all she did on the massage part was add lotion & she rudely flicked my hand away from her & told me to hand her my other hand . Then she said ok your done & I was waiting for them to give me the seal coat & baggy for my feet since I had sneakers. My mother kindly asked the front desk with two workers . They both ignored her. Overall it was the first time I ever had a bad salon experience, it was my first & last time going
