I dont write a lot of reviews, but wanted to give Dan and the entire team at Bella Jewelry a shout out on the amazing engagement ring they made! They went above and beyond on making sure they made exactly what I had pictured in my head and turning it into a reality! Couldnt be happier with finish product and cant wait to use them again!

Came into get a custom gold dog tag in remembrance of my two siblings. Was delayed twice just for the dog tag to be made in silver instead of gold. Got another chain appraised that I purchased from them and the value was ridiculously low compared to what was paid. I wouldn’t recommend this business to my worst enemy at this point. However the customer service wasn’t bad they offered to fix the chain which I’m sure anyone would have declined at that point. The jeweler didn’t even come out to apologize. I had to call back and ask why I wasn’t being treated like I was spending 1400 dollars. Which then he finally offered and apology for which he had no explanation as to how it happened. Especially given the fact that everything on the original order was submitted correctly. If you want your items done correctly the first time I’d search elsewhere.

Bought a 400 hundred dollar necklace for 900 dollars, I came back a week later once I got it appraised else we’re. I told them it was only a 400 hundred dollar chain, the owner was very rude and I just wouldn’t trust this jewelry store at all. Very shady business, I could have understood paying 600 maybe 650, I understand people have to make living but come on.

I bought a necklace while in Morocco earlier this year which was not very sturdy and broke several times. I took it to a high-end jeweler in Batavia and paid to have it fixed 3 times in only 2-months and to no avail- it broke again so stopped taking it there. I had it sitting in a plastic baggy not knowing where to take it when my friend recommended Bella Jewelers, so I tried it.The people that work there are really nice! The first time they tried fixing it, I will admit that it broke. So I took it back and these guys really got creative and their artistic energy began flowing!!! I picked it up over the weekend and they did a great job and don’t foresee it breaking anytime soon. Also, they charged ½ the price that place in Batavia charge and actually FIXED it! I will highly recommend this place to everyone, especially for jewelry repairs. They are “Jewelry Geniuses”.

I walked in one evening with the desire of purchasing gold fangs and spoke to the jewler very polite man gave me the price and estimate of how long it would take for the process of the making of my jewelry. When I finished paying for them he pulled out the molding kit and it took about 15 to finish the procedure of my mold. About 2 weeks later I got a call to pick them up. Walked in tried them on and they were perfect. Loved my fangs get many compliments I really recommend them very business friendly.

Don’t buy from these guys. If you don’t no much on gold prices they will rip you off. The charm I bought here was a little over priced but over all decent. But the chain I bought from them was $600 I took it to a major jeweler they tested it and they said it wasn’t real it was heavily gold plated. These people are really shady and do bad buisness. They lost a good customer

I just had to fix a messed up nostril piercing that you did using a piercing gun (which is not only illegal in Illinois but also very unprofessional and dangerous). ***UPDATE*** upon them seeing my review they decided to leave a completely falsified review on my business google page as some kind of childish retaliation. My review is factual based on an experience I had.
