Just got a simple deep red matte no chip! Quality work, done fast. I used a coupon on their website which made my no chip $30! My only complaint is that I called ahead of time & made an appointment but when I got there 2 other people had the same appointment time and there was only 2 workers so I had to wait a lot longer to get mine done then what I expected.

Lee does a great job on my nails every time! I have been going to her for over a year now. All of the ladies do a great job and are very kind. They are very professional and friendly. Best service I ever received since I have been getting my nails done for about 15 years.

Literally the WORST experience I’ve ever had. Had no chip on and asked them to take it off before getting another no chip manicure. Instead of letting them soak in acetone, he kept filing my nails until they looked like THIS and then tried to PAINT THEM. I had to ask him to stop (because honestly, how is this real life???) and said that I didn’t feel comfortable putting no chip on such thin, cracked, and chipped nails. The best part? THEY CHARGED ME $11 FOR THIS. This place shouldn’t be in business. Do NOT waste your time.

Wasn’t too sure about this place because some of the reviews weren’t that great, but was pleasantly surprised. The woman who did my manicure and pedicure (didn’t get her name, but she’s from Vietnam) was incredibly thorough. I’ve gone to quite a few salons in Chicago before, but these are certainly the nicest they’ve ever looked! The gel was applied very evenly and neatly. This will be my new go to place!

Called and made an appointment because the website form doesnt work. Went here for a back wax. Price was very reasonable and they work fast. As a particularly furry creature, I found the experience professional, discreet, and efficient. It was ethereal, like emerging from a shadowy cocoon. In my new skin, I feel the air for the first time, and its purifying.

I always go here for waxes. They do excellent and efficient work with the correct use of the various waxes for different textures and locations.

These ladies do great work! More color choices than Ive ever seen. My no chip manicure always lasts 14 days, and could definitely go longer if not for the new growth.

Diana is my favorite & my only esthetician hands down. She use the gold standard of waxes, the blue hard wax for women of color and women with sensitive skin. Diana is extremely professional and knowledgeable when it comes to Brazilian waxes, the best!

They took us as walk ins for two no chip manicures. They helped us right away, had plenty of options, and did a great job. The technician I had was very sweet, too.

Fast friendly and good service! On my lunch hour Im able to get a no chip, including removing the old polish and still have a few minutes to spare to stop at Potbelly and grab a sandwich! Id encourage you to know what color you want before you get there, because they have quite a few to choose from.

The staff is so gentle and make everything you need possible. They give the best nail service and great prices for the service they offer. They take care of you at great lengths and always make sure that you leave amazed. There is nothing better then leaving with a perfect nail job. And theres no better place that offers that excellent service.

I absolutely recommend this place. Waxing was clean, sharp, tidy and took 10 minutes. Nails very tidy and nice too. Will definitely come back

I came here with a coworker to get a regular mani/pedi and yes, they were fast, but they did a rushed job (we came after work, so it wasnt during a busy time). Their pedi also left something to be desired as they didnt really address the parts that needed to be addressed (heels and balls of feet). I will say, the place was clean and the chairs were comfortable, the service was okay too.

Ive been going here for years. Diana is a gem and great at what she does. Ive always received terrific service. This is my go-to place for waxing.

They can do nails just fine, but customer service is not priority. When you walk in, no one speaks to you, so there is immediate confusion in regards to whom will do what and where you should sit or wait. Additionally, they do not take customers in order of arrival, so you may or may not be selected to have their services in a timely manner.

The shop is always neat and clean and they always do a professional job.

The first time when I got Brazilian wax experience that I felt least pain. Diane is awesome. She is fast and made sure I feel comfortable. Highly recommended!

You ever learn a valuable lesson from an otherwise mundane act? Well, going to Dianes spa taught me that you get what you pay for... the worst manicure ever. Uneven filing, hang nails and the sloppiest paint job... ever. That chic rushed through the job to take care of another mad customer. Im pointing out her incredibly horrible paint job and she was actually pissed! I asked for an orange stick to take care of it myself and she didnt know what an orange stick was. I couldnt make that up if I tried.

We had a group of 3 women all getting mani/pedis and we all loved it! The women who did our nails were very personable, engaging in conversations with us, laughing with us and did a great job on both the manis and the pedis! We will for sure be visiting again next time we are in town!

TERRIBLE You can see by the wording of most of these reviews that they are the words of workers at this nail spa. They do not know proper English, The employees at this nail spa do not take their time to do your nails properly. The lighting there is so poor. If you enter this establishment and look closely you can see the pedi chairs covered in dust. The floors in the pedi area are filthy. The manicurist dropped my coat on the floor. When I got outside in better lighting I could see dust all over my coat. The manicurist did such a poor job on my nails (probably due to the poor lighting) and not wanting to take the time to do the job properly, I wont go back there. She rushed through my mani-pedi services. What should have been a fun and relaxing experience ended up being a nightmare. I urge all you ladies out there with common sense not to visit this spa. Dark, dirty, and dingy. I dont even give this place 1 star.

HORRIBLE. They did not understand at all what i wanted so they just did what they wanted and then when i pointed out what they did wrong, she laughed said she put on the tip backwards and said sorry. I asked if she was going to fix it or give me my money back anything she laughed again said it was okay. uhhhh..... no! not okay.
