Terrible service. Was told they dont take appointments, fine Ill check in online. Asked how early was told via telephone about 30 minutes. Decided Id check in online about 45 minutes prior. Website was down, called and was told to come in. So I came in and staff was rude and told me they couldnt do anything. Thanks but I will go to supercuts.

Regular barber had to close unexpectedly for week. Friend had important event to attend so couldn’t wait until tomorrow for cut. Chose to try this place, never again. Asked for skin fade with a three on top (knowing they’d probably due 2-1 on top). The lady was nice, and friendly only good part of this visit, BUT....did not listen to what we both said he needed for a cut. She asked what he wanted and he told her, she replied okay so three all over, no skin fade and leave the top a 3. She then said five on top, and I said his hair isn’t close to a five at all. And that she luckily agreed with. I repeated what he said... he got an uneven 1 and 1 1/2 all over his head, it was uneven cut and it had crooked lines. Yes, he paid only due to she did do a service and I think she tried but had NO IDEA what she was doing. But NOT worth the money. I had to then change my schedule to fix it which I was trying to avoid. Nice staff and clean which I liked, but they need practice or to say no if they don’t understand how to do something. But last time we come back sadly.

Got a great haircut and beard trim that turned out exactly as I envisioned. The beard trim is the thing that has me most amped, because most non-barbers either wont do it at all, or butcher the job. Barbers, on the other hand, do great beard work, but often butcher the haircut. Its nice to find a spot that did both well.

Best experience in a long time! Kylie was awesome! Went in not knowing what direction to go in with my hair and left with a new style and a couple possible products. Thanks again keep up the good work.

I was in need of a change from my long-time usual place and although I was admittedly hesitant, I couldnt be more pleased! I have now been in on a couple of occasions and have had Rebecca each time. I am quite particular about my facial hair and she exceeded my expectations. She did an awesome job with my hair and even better with my beard; in addition to being nothing but courteous and an absolute pleasure to speak with. I will certainly be back regularly as well as recommending to friends and family, thank you Becca!

Im not into sports at all, but if I was Id love it more. Beyond that, I go here because of high quality haircuts and attention to detail. Also they offer services other chain haircut places dont offer and its rare to find a chain that can do a proper fade, if at all and Sports Clips does a great job. Online reservations are a plus too.

Like the ability to check in and know our wait time. Haircuts are pretty consistent from one person to another as they keep notes from one visit to another.

They try and most stylist do a good job, but some look to be a little less experienced than others and a few less than perfect haircuts later I found Jules who does a great job.

Went in for a simple haircut. I was extremely specific to only do the sides and the top and I repeated myself about 8 times do not touch my facial hair. She says dont worry your in good hands. This Rebecca girl had the nerve to go against what I had told her and begins to chop off length and mess up the outline of my facial hair. I am extremely upset and am never coming back. Nice going rebecca hope youre in good hands now.
