They were so rude. I asked for a basic mani- pedi and was treated like I was an inconvenience the entire time. They constantly acted as if they didnt understand what I was saying when I asked nothing outside of basic nail questions.I requested that they soak off my previous no-chip instead of electric sanding as I was switching to a regular manicure and wanted to preserve my nails. I may as well have asked for ice from hell.On top of that she did a horrible job. The polish didnt look shiny and professional. Looked like a dollar store polish job done by my little cousin. Ill never go back.

Unorganized with service. Customer service is horrible. They see a lot of people come in and immediately see dollar signs😒 but dont have the experience in customer service. To many people are in the facility at one time and getting impatient. Needs a lot of work.

I just stopped here during their operating hours and as I walk in I notice that they are servicing one woman (a white woman) at a pedicure chair. No one greets me so I say hi and I tell them the services that I would like (a no-chip pedicure and a fill-in). One of the employees rushes over to me and opens the front door, motioning for me to leave and says “We will not service you”. I’ve literally never been here before but I can only assume that because I’m black in this predominantly white community, they are discriminating. Not happy about this encounter.

Theyre very nice there and they also do not make their customers wait they try to get you in a chair as soon as you walk in speak to everybody that walks through door great customer service

ZERO STARS!!The brief service I encountered was inextricably horrid.I arrived at 7:15 for a pedicure and manicure.They appeared aghast at the request and stated that they could not accommodate both as they were close to closing... mind you NO ONE was in the salon receiving services.How long does a no chip require??How long does a pedicure take??Add to this, zero patrons in the facility..Flummoxed? I am.Against my own gut instinct, I chose to get my nails done as I would be flying out the following morning, and they sorely needed to be serviced.I received the selection of nail colors and began quickly looking through them. I also phoned my husband, as he had dropped me off, to let him know my visit would be abbreviated and when to pick me up.During this brief interlude, the testy tech began impatiently reaching for my hand to begin. Please note, the time of receipt of the nail colors while I concurrently phoned my husband was just a minute!I told her to give me a second to choose my nail color.This graceless, ill-mannered person had the audacity to admonish me for being on the phone.The audacious rudeness.She could clearly hear me giving my husband information and note, employing civility and common sense, that it was not, in fact, a social call.People.Stop patronizing places that dish out horrendous service.I went 20 minutes down the road to the salon I normally go to. They close at 8, too. Guess who got a mani/pedi??Me.The apex of true customer service.I should have paid much closer attention to the 1 star ratings. In this age of competitiveness, we know not all 5 star reviews are authentic.......And when there are myriad 1 star and then myriad 5 star ratings... something is awry.I also have been alive long enough to know when there are veiled hints of racism permeating the air.ZERO STARS for the nastiness exhibited at Celines.

I got a no chip fill in, and it lasted a MONTH! Obviously my nails grew out a bit, but the nails and polish are still perfect. The owner is amazing! Make sure to call ahead.

This is the only place I will get my nails and eyebrows done. The staff here is fabulous and very accommodating. Ive been coming here for a number of years and Ive never been given a reason to go anywhere else.

There very fast but efficient. Pricing is fair. I had a mani/pedi. I didnt get a welcoming vibe but the ladies werent rude either. I guess if you want to keep building your clientele smiles and a genuine hello might help.

The 1st time i came here the lady did an awesome job on my nails. She took her time to make sure they looked and felt good. The mani lasted 2 weeks!!! Would have lasted longer if i didnt choose to do a polish change, but when i came back for that second no-chip, it was a different story. The owner or manager did my nails the 2nd time around and they were horrible when i left!! The edges of my nails were uneven, rough and sharp. The next day when i washed my hair, my hair kept catching in the sides of my nails. The file job was just the opposite of what i had done by the other lady. The next day after that, i had that same nail break at the edge it kept catching on. Then had another nail chip, then another, then another broke due to the way my nails were filed. I almost dont want to go back, but if i can ALWAYS have the same lady that did my nails the first time around, Id continue to go here....to see ONLY her! She was that good! As for the rest of them, (well, 2 of them really) bad attitudes, no patience, no customer service skills & the heavier one is just swarming with bad vibes. Id say, go to this place if your willing to deal with the bad energy..but, see the darker skinned girl or any other girl that is not the owner/manager.

First time coming and I show up an hour before closing just for a polish change and they tell me they are closed already. So of course I called them out because I called before coming to make sure they were going to be open. Then she tells me oh well we prefer appointments. I wish someone couldve said that before I wasted my time and energy coming out. Wont be returning

Came here with my boy.. First they greeted us at the door like we were stick up men. Aside from the fact that wed been here a few times already.2nd...once inside, we feel rushed. And then to top it off, the lady handling my boy leaves him mid service, to go on the other side to start work on some ladys hands who came in well after us. WHO DOES THAT.Needless to say, we WONT be back for that kind of service.

Great selection of quality polish brands and colors. Customer service can be spotty, particularly if youre a walk-in or AA. If appointments are the preference, Celine should incorporate that into her business model.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! The FAT ONE AT THE FRONT DESK WAS RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL!! I will be contacting the better business bureau. My husband is also a lawyer so I will see what I can do about this ridiculous establishment!!

Ive been here several times and its always been cool, but today all things have changed, I walked up to the door and thry looked at me like I was coming to rob the joint, and gave me the barely cracked open door like can I help you, thats not a good look, and then leave me to go help some one not of African American decent like I dont have things to do, you have just lost ME as a customer.
