Ive been going to Lee nails for over 8 years now and have had almost all of their technicians with little complaints. In the last year, Ive focused on booking with Mia. My dip manicures last for weeks thanks to her attention to detail. She goes the extra mile with pedicures to be as thorough as possible. The location is very clean and the staff turnover rate has been low for the last 8 years - which is always a good sign. I look forward to my appointments and dont mind driving the distance as I always leave satisfied. I avoid other nail salons because I know Mia/Lee have been the best in their quality consistency. Highly recommend booking here. Weekends are busy so be sure to book ahead. Cash tips!

Very rude and unprofessional staff. Had appointment with Mia, I came on time, only for her to come to me very rude and tell me she has other appointment and cannot take me and walks away… really that’s all you have to say without apology and recommending someone else!I been going to this place for years, not sure if I will ever go back. I always new the staff is very rude and they talk about costumers on their language. Not to mention lately that the nails chip a few days after I do them.Don’t waist your money and time at this place, not worth it!

I want to say that I have been going to Lee Nails for more than 9 years and I always see Rosie. Rosie is amazing and super clean and never disappoints even when a nail style might be challenging. She is so incredible that I feel so comfortable booking appointments for my dad with her who is diabetic and requires extra care and cleanliness. As far as my mom, when I go see Rosie I book an appointment for her with Julie who is also amazing and greatly calm. My mom love Julie and the time and care gives! Thank you Lee Nails for having such wonderful ladies there! :)

Have been a regular for quiet some time and honestly over time each experience just gets worse and worse. This last time was my final straw especially during covid. I went in for a nail fix it took 40mins just for someone to fix one nail. 6 girls without appointments came in after me and got served full sets. I understand they dont make money off nail fixes but I had two and I was more than happy to tip.Anyways to why its unprofessional and unsanitary, once I finally got seated I waited yet another 20mins to get fixed as shes fixing my nail shes rushing through it starts filing the side of my nail so hard it burnt and cut the whole side of my nail! I was bleeding so much all she told me was to wash my hands I come back that same file she was using the woman to the side of her took it and started using it on the customer next to me. Absolutely disgusting. Once the job was done she just ran off without saying anything. Although I got my nail fixed all the other nails cracked and chipped not much longer than a week with their dip set. No customer deserves this kind of service and treatment.

I’ve been going here on and off for years. There have been a few times where I wasn’t happy but this disappointment came sooner than I needed. This started happening only a week after my nails got done. This is a no chip and though pretty my nails feel like they will break at any moment. Maybe it’s the brand nail polish (opi)

Clean and friendly nail salon. I love Vicky she is very professional and does a fantastic job. Support this local business. They follow covid guidelines and have a very safe environment.

They do not enforce covid restrictions. Technician go massless in the back room all the time with the door open and customers can take off their masks or wear below their noses and they will still work in them. I’ve been going to this place for years and was happy with my technician however they put my health and everyone else’s health in jeopardy. I know technician have gotten covid however salon never closes but technician do take time off. This place is not safe and that is a shame They care more about walk in’s that they do about their regular customers

I took my daughter and her friend for a manicure at this place today. I was very disappointed. They don’t clean after each customer. You have to wear a mask, but no sanitation. Nasty!! I don’t think any of the employees care, they were all unfriendly with no customer service skills. I will NEVER go back to Lee Nails on Edgebrook.

I only get my toes done about 2x a year for vacation. I took my daughter here on Sunday - made an appointment well in advance. I was taken right away but it was so rushed. Since it is a rare thing for me I look forward to being pampered. Staff very unfriendly when we walked in. They started on us at 10:05 and we were both done by 10:25 at the drying table. I paid for a spa treatment and got speedy treatment instead. The polish job looked good but besides that very disappointed.I also asked about fixes calluses I had and had to remind her before she polished. Never even looked until I mentioned it. Massage was very rushed wouldn’t even call it that. I watched a lady that was there when we got there and she was still getting worked on when we left. That’s how it should be unless you ask to be rushed. Otherwise the price should be different. Will not be returning.

Ive been getting manicures for about 10 years now. And I have come to love this place the last few years. The customer service is great they often walk around providing water to customers. The level of customer service goes above and beyond. In todays world there are a lot of businesses that do the same thing the only way they will forward to headers by better customer service and this place is definitely on top of that!

I was overcharged...only needed 6 nails repaired (sculptured gel nails)...had been there twice before to a particular technician but my girl wasnt available to fix. Nails had fallen off after a week so shouldnt have even charged me. This lady decided she would charge me for a full set!! Have been there for a pedicure once too, and it was the worst I ever had! I live in Edgebrook but I will never go here again. Id rather drive somewhere else then go here. I think most of the technicians have an attitude and they are always rushed to get rid of you. Most of them never smile and never talk. Environment is horrible!! Avoid if you can!!

Ive been searching for a great nail salon and I am glad I gave Lee Nails a try. Nini was my nail tech and she was AMAZING. Super friendly and very sweet. The facility is very sanitary and the front desk staff is friendly. Be sure to bring cash for tip. Highly recommend this nail salon.

This place needs updated pictures and reviews. Its remodeled and looks great. The old poor reviews do not do it justice. The place is great. The staff is great. Ive seen 4-5 different nail technicians and they all consistently do a good job.

I really wanted to like this place because I worked nearby & it was super convenient. However, if you’re not a housewife with a ring big enough to make them think they’ll get a good tip or a regular customer that has been going for years, do not come here. They will rush you & it will feel awkward. They acted like I was inconveniencing them & did not do a good job. They left cuts in my cuticles every other time I went in. I tipped well & tried them about 5 times & it’s a no from me. Good luck.

Ive gone there several times just out of convenience. All of the employees talk on their phones while painting your nails. They dont talk to you, and if you say something they dont like, they trash talk you in their language. The last time I went, the woman argued with me because she didnt want to give me another coating of Nail polish. The other times theyve cut my nail beds where theyve bled and put on the gel nails where theyre too big for my nails.

I was excited to try this nail salon because my former salon wasnt convenient for me to travel to anymore and I came here about 4 times to give a very objective review.I like how modern and clean the salon is, and they also have a good color selection.I dislike however, the service, as well as the quality of the nail polishing and manicuring. I usually get a no-chip mani/pedi, and each time of the 4 times I have been here, the tips of my nails have peeled because they polish a layer of polish on the tips of my nails in between layers and it makes the tips look bubbly and they peel because theres too much polish. I got my nails polished there two weeks ago and had to come back for a polish change the next week (Which I never have to do) because the polish was peeling, and the girl gave me a hard time about only wanting the polish changed, and then did a horrible job of re-polishing them. I felt more like I was inconveniencing her, even though I was paying for the service.I was really excited for this shop to be my favorite new nail salon, but the ladies here are not very friendly and my nails always look sloppy and do not last. I really hate that I have to give a bad review, but when you spend $60 bucks every two weeks on a mani pedi and tip, I think its okay to expect a better quality job.After 4 visits, I feel like my review is unbiased, and I would recommend if you go here to be clear about how you want them to polish your nails. Otherwise, it might be worth it to try a different shop that will appreciate your business a bit more.

I love the new shop, disposable pedicure bowls, comfortable chair. I have Kylie do both regular and no chip manicures, she is fabulous, talks to me not her coworkers. Does a great job, friendly gal highly recommend Kylie. Have been doing here for 3 years, never had a complaint.

Did a awesome job the first time. Went back second time. Pedicure didnt last one week. Rhinestones came off first week. Will give it another try.

I have been going here for the past seven years. Owner is very nice. My favorite tech is Amy. I am very sad to hear she is leaving. Not sure what I will do. She really does a great job. Other techs are okay but, not as good as Amy and Juile.

Ask for Vicky :) been going to her for almost 3 years now and won’t see anyone else. She’s the best!

Lee Nails on Devon and Central is a joke.....l walked in looking to utilize their service and instead of getting a normal greeting, such as good morning or good afternoon, I was greeted with a nasty tone of sarcasm. I was asked ...... do you need something ? Do I need something? Is that how you recognize a customer that enters your place of business? I turned around and walked out and went to Edgebrook nails down the street never again will I even consider patronizing this dump. They need to learn some serious manners.

Very rude staff. Old nail polish used on my nails. It took 2 hours to somewhat dry and even then they werent even fully dry. We bought a gift card from them a while ago and they didnt even honor it. Highly do not recommend!! Go elsewhere for a cheaper price and a calming massage. They rushed with me!! I asked for a matte top coat and the lady started to put on a regular top coat. I had to tell her more than once that I wanted a matte top coat and she had an attitude towards me.

I have been going to this salon for years. I came in tonight to get a gel fill. The woman doing my nails recommended that I get a new set, so I agreed. She did not soak my nails and proceeded to take my gel nails off by peeling them with an acrylic tip. She ripped my real thumb nail off in the process, and it bled a lot. I left with bare nails, and one bloody nail. I wouldn’t recommend coming here.

First time to Lee nails. Gave 1 star ONLY TO POST REVIEW! The technician only spent 10 minuents the massage chair did not wven finish cycle. No lotion, no massage, no heat wrap, no scrub! $28 for soak in luke- warm water once over with pumice stone, clip nail, one coat of nail polish. No top coat, no drying...heck she did not even answer my questions nor speak to me! End she stated You tip me cash now walked away. Went to pay manager she said $28 dollar walked away. I was there less than 15mins and 5 of those WAITING TO PAY! NEVER AGAIN!

VERY GOOD! Been here several times for a gel and a pedicure and they are not the most friendly but they are professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend them.

Very clean and sanitary but also very pricy I got a pedicure and gel full set done and it cost me $81. I wouldnt mind if my nails actually looked good. I voiced my concern several times while She was doing them but her and her co worker kept telling me its normal to look like that round nails supposed to look like that I wish I could post a picture

This place is HORRIBLE. Only reason I stopped by was because my regular nail shop was closed on Memorial Day. Nini or whatever her name is. is VERY RUDE! Asked her about prices and she said since I was getting GEL nails it was regular $35 Plus Gel color another $15 plus bc I wanted long nails it was $5. Mind you when she asked how long I wanted my nails she didnt advise it was going to be extra. And when I told her that she gain an attitude and cut my finger while doing my nails! I grew upset and told her to be careful so she proceeded with the other hand. Then when she came back to the hand where she cut me and made me bleed she cut me AGAIN! I asked her what her problem was?! was she in a hurry?! I requested someone else but due to them closing in an hour, the staff remaining were busy with other customers. I told her I didnt want her touching my hands again and offered to only pay half she denied and argued if I didnt pay the $55 she had to cut my nails. I wasnt going to walk out paying that amount with only half done so I let her finish. SHE DIDNT EVEN APOLOGIZE! Thats what I get for being unfaithful to me regular nail shop I guess. But do urself a favor and save ur money and hands by not going to this place.

This place is the WORST nail salon by far. I’m not even joking ALL the nail techs are so rude. I got a no chip on Monday, which they wanted to charge me $5 more to just remove old polish I had on before !! And Thursday now only 4 days later of having no chip, 4 of my nails started to chip. This place is a total RIP OFF and don’t go here if you don’t want to walk out robbed and upset, two thumbs wayyyy down !

This place is continuously getting worse. The last two times is what did it for me. I took my mother and they didnt remove the dried skin on her feet and they seem not to care to clean the toe nails either. It was a disappointment but I figured it was a bad day. Well, I was going to Orlando and waited til the last minute to get a mani/pedi so it can last the 4 days Id be gone. I went to this place on Thursday and the next day, as I was going to the airport, the nail polish was chipping. I was infuriated! I spent $90 for two mani/pedis for my daughter and I, both were ruined THE NEXT DAY. This place may look beautiful and high end but it ends there; the work they do is horrible.

She did a terrible job! There was polish around my fingers and toes, she totally missed a corner on my pointer finger. Just sloppy and not cheap!!! $38 for a mani pedi that looks like &%#* ILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!
