Awesome workouts, great instructors. Love the formats of the workouts. Super faced pace, always changing, never boring. Did my 2 week free trial and just signed up for the full membership.

I have been loving F45! The coaches are great and every workout is unique. Very challenging workouts, but adaptable to different fitness levels. And the time flies by. I have been struggling to get the gym and F45 was the change I needed to get back into a workout routine. If you are looking for something new, motivating, and physically challenging, give it a try.

It was a good workout (I went on a free week) but real membership is just way to expensive. I understand theyre a business and trying to make money, but for what a membership would cost over the course of a year, I could pretty much buy my own similar exercise equipment and do the workouts in my basement.Rating will definitely go up if the prices drop; I was exhausted at the end of each workout. But I just cant justify spending that much money on a membership.

Best workout ever! Every single day is different and effective! I am making so many new friends too in my new neighborhood!

I love this F45 location specifically because you are greeted by name from the trainers & cared about! They do anything they can to help you reach your fitness goals, whether that is modifications or showing you different moves because of an injury! They are there to help you & have that interest in mind.Not to mention the 45 minute workout is perfect, not too long & not too short. The intensity is what you want to make it. My favorite thing is that every single workout is a full body workout, which rocks!! Id come to this location & have a blast, you wont ever want to leave!

So excited that F45 has FINALLY made its way to Edina and is being led by none other than Stephanie Seymour! Love that the workouts are quick (45 minutes), efficient (burn 600 - 900 calories) and never repeated - plus the music and trainers are amazing! Cannot wait to head back for my next workout!

Great place for functional fitness.. Training is fun and rigorous.
