I asked for my middle nail to look like the last picture. After the owner got mad at me for the nail tech not being able to speak English. She told me stop talking to him do to him asking her what I was saying every-time he messed up a nail. Then tried to charge me 14 dollar for the two nails I ended up leaving with nails looking like the first two pictures and out of 130 dollar I had feet to which 35 you do the math n they always changing prices on you as well. Iβm NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN not to mention this is not the first time this rude people has taken my money everytime it you can come back BUT WHO EANT TO KEEP COMING BACK TO THE NAIL SHOP. NEVER WILL THEY GIVE YOU A DISCOUNT OR REFUND YOUR MONEY. THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS PERIOD. The quality sucks. I want my money back. Iβve added the pictures of my nails when thy were taken off my nail are soooo damaged π©
This was a very nice experience. I came mid-day, I did not wait long for service. My nail tech was Kathy and she did a beautiful job, she enjoys her work very fun and feisty lady. I will say it was a little more expensive $120 for a full set (marble design & jewels) however the service was well worth it and my nails are absolutely perfect! Coming back for sure β€
My nails are different lengths especially the ring finger on the left hand and it is very noticeable when nails are next to each other. They look nice from a distance until you look at both hands and it is very noticeable. My left side are way shorter than the nails on the right. The older lady did them and this was my first time going here. Everyone was nice but I wonβt be back. Paid $46 Iβm a little upset because I wanted to treat myself.
Mrs.Lynn was the sweetest doing my nails and very professional my first time doing dipping powder and she got me right even tho they were suppose to close early she did my nails she is awesome the place was clean and very positive she spoke to me and my cousin soon as we entered she didnt disappoint me and she gained a new customer see u soon Mrs Lynnβ€οΈ
This place is filthy! The towels have acrylic pasted on and there are at least 20 dead plant planters hanging from the ceiling. With dead plants come gnats. Disgusting. The baseboards and walls are brown with visible stains. The customer service is terrible, when I asked the tech for alcohol to wipe my skin before she dipped my finger she visibly caught an attitude & waved her hand in my face. That was it! The worst. Just terrible. Keep in mind all of this was done while I was very visible pregnant. They also allow folks in without a mask, no 6 feet distancing and no requirement to wash hands before being servicedβall of this as COVID cases rise in the city.
Kelly is the greatest tech ever. She even takes care of ingrown nails. I love and request her everytime.. Lynn the owner is very aware of her customers. She is very nice and welcoming to us all
Asked to have a pedicure on one of my feet due to an injury to the other. Lady who usually assists people in the front says it will be $30. For ONE foot! Do not go here. Their work isnβt as great as other businesses nearby! Opt for somewhere else.Lynn - look me up in the database. I, as well as my relatives have been to Generation Nails. We would only visit your business if weβre REAL desperate. Not again! Your service is terrible.
Me and my mother visited this place and was not pleased. My pedicure was good and done by one of the technicians. Then the owner decided to do my manicure. Now they did soak the dip polish off my nails and then I asked for a manicure. The owner did my manicure which was 25 dollars with no care at all she literally cut my nails with out any shaping or anything. Then I had to ask her to put oil on my hand and massage my hands which is apart of a manicure. Get this I was charged the same price as my mother who got the soak off and dip powder done by one of the technicians as well as a pedicure. I was over charged and will not come back again!!! Also the technician who did my mothers nail was pulling and tugging on her hands and wasnt gentle at all. We will not be back!!!
I visited this shop BEFORE I read the reviews; big mistake. Had I read the reviews, I would have known better than to waste my time and money. I patronized this business expecting to receive a pedicure and had the following experience:1. Pushy owner who tried to force me to choose colors from the no chip selection2. Nice enough technician, but not skilled in filing and shaping; she left many ragged edges and misshapen toenails3. Questionable cleanliness in a cluttered environment teeming with gnats swarming all over4. Lack of regard for my complaint and lack of respect (you people)When I entered the shop, I was greeted by who I now realize was the owner who insisted that they would bring me the no chip colors. Well, since I dont like the loud and extra bright shades offered in the no chip selection especially not for the fall, I informed the tech that I would choose from the few bottles that were on a dusty shelf on the wall. The tech was nice, but did a poor job of filing and shaping my toenails. I had to continuously request that she use new tools and that she spray other items, all this as gnats swarmed around her head and in front of my face. I spent 12-15 minutes allowing the polish to dry, however, even after the tech swabbed my toes with oil and provided the little plastic bags to protect my feet, as I re-examined my toes that evening I couldnt believe how badly the polish looked THE DAY OF services. As the next day was Thanksgiving, I returned AS SOON as they opened Friday morning and requested to speak with the owner to request a refund. To be fair, she did offer to correct the issue, however, it was her ATTITUDE toward my complaint and the complaints of others that made me refuse the offer and again request a refund. I informed her that I recently read the reviews posted online regarding the poor service and she waved them away as if they meant nothing to her business. The owner was condescending, dismissive, and, in my honest opinion, racis...biased. She began by saying you people always want to try to get your money back. She then told me that I should have gotten the no chip polish because the other kind doesnt last. WRONG. When serviced by a skilled tech using QUALITY products I have received pedicures with regular polish that have lasted AT LEAST a month. I suggested that she examine the reviews, and, for the good of her business, make the necessary changes, once again, she was dismissive and behaved as if she was above considering the concerns of the PEOPLE WHO KEEP HER IN BUSINESS.To the owner: You may respond with the same tired comments that continue to paint your customers as the problem rather than accept the responsibility of providing a better quality product, and more training for your nail techs, but it would behoove you to consider the fact that the people who come through your door have choices and your response to concerns/complaints make the difference between a onetime patron and a repeat customer. Treating ALL groups of people with respect and dignity is a REQUIREMENT when operating a public business. DISSATISFIED/DISRESPECTED CUSTOMERS = NO MORE BUSINESS FOR YOU.
Lynn has awesome customer service. I LOVE my nails and my toes.
Everytime I visit generation nails I get great customer service. Wonderful services such as eyebrows, lashes and pedicures.
This place is gross... I asked for a simple no chip...surely it should last longer than two days before peeling. The nail techs have no clue. I went back in the next morning because my toe polish was messed up she took my receipt and said I have to pay for a new set. You will never see me again. This place sucks. These stuffy nasty shops are being replaced by bigger, more spacious and luxurious shops. You will not be missed.
My foot was cut during my pedicure. The shop was crowded probably because they use to provide very good service, however she was rushing to get to the next client. My acrylic nails normally last 2weeks however Iβve had 3nails come off & one nail break. It was a male tech who did my nails and a female who did my feet. Iβm not sure of the skill level of the male tech but the female tech is suppose to be one of the top nail techs within generation nails.
Dave did an awesome job on my nails and feetβ¦I recommend him thank you!!!
Great customer service a very relaxing atmosphere ....it was my first time and i will go back
I agree with everyone who reviewed this nail salon as a one star. I wanted to quickly get some eyelash extensions. Since I believe in wearing a mask my eyes and lashes are the areas to dress up. I never received eyelash extensions before which I informed the technician. After she told me there was no samples I can review to know which size, anyway I put so much trust in her experience. After telling her I wanted them to be thin layer and spread out she made them thick. Also, obviously she put too much glue.Iβve been trying to take them off for three days now following the proper procedures. Iβm losing my natural eyelashes. After the first 24 hours I could see the thickness of the glue on the eyelashes. This was a horrible first experience and now I have to try to grow my eyelashes back.Another complaint would be that they not respecting social distancing and wearing a mask at all times, which is very essential for me. I think itβs disrespectful for a professional not to wear a mask the whole entire time. And the owner who rang me up did not wear a mask at all. Itβs my fault because my daughter told me not to go to this salon because of her experience with a manicure a year ago. I wonβt go back, she wonβt go back, and maybe you shouldnβt go or go back.
Love, love, loveβ€οΈ I have been coming to this shop for over 15 years. They are very professional, courteous and friendly. Lynn and her staff are very nice people. If you have a problem, they are very eager to fix it. I
Very pleasant atmosphere. A lot of workers so no long wait time. Ive never had to sit and wait. The technicians are very professional.
The staff were really nice, however my nail tech Kathy was a bit rude, as if doing my nails was an issue for her. βHuffing and puffingβ like really, how uncomfortable. Also, the polish on my nails could have been neater, however I still tipped β¦ your welcome.
I love Lynn, she makes you feel welcome time you enter. If no one is available she let you know that someone will be with you soon.
Comfortable, relaxing, and homey atmosphere. They have a family relationship with their clients. I really enjoy getting my nails n ties done there.
Stopped in because my original shop was not available & I needed my nails done. The nail tech I had was rude as well as super overpriced. I was charged $120, for a pedicure & a gel no chip fill in. My gel no chip nails began lifting one week after leaving the shop not to mention my thumb nail polish is definitely chipped. The tech I had complained my natural nails were to long, if your a nail tech doesnt matter long or short you should be able to work on them. Will not be servicing this shop ever again.
They take their time and are super nice!
Clean, friendly staff, always do a great job on my feet. The wait can be a lil lengthy if you dont get in earlier but they get you in and out
Always a good experience, dipping manicure, pedicure & eyebrow arch. Lynn is always so nice and pleasant..I have a few favorite techs as well ππ And FYI. I travel from the Bronzeville to EvergreenPark so it must be worth the trip..π
LADY KEPT SEATING PEOPLE, BUT NO TECHS WERE AVAILABLE. ID WAITED A LITTLE OVER AN HOUR AND I EVENTUALLY LEFT
Fast and friendly service and their pedicures are amazing.
Great place, good customer service, and efficient staff.
Usual does a great job! But a little pricey compared to other shops
Very professional and great suggestion for nail treatments!
Generational Nails is definitely the place to go. Youre greeted with excellence and treated with professionalism and kindness. I have been to many over the years and this establishment will be my forever.
Friendly but very pricey and the technician took a long time on my pedicure hour and half and broke my toenail and didnt say anything! Had to go to another shop for repair!
-1 stars from me, I got a fill in for $45 including replaced nails gave them $60 got $5 back in change did not notice until I left which means I was cheated out of $10 which I took as a loss because I was in a rush and my thumb nail On my right hand is to thick and fat so based off of that I will not continue business with them. Not satisfied at all.
The environment was nice with all the plants and music, but they didnt sanitize none of their tools. And thats not good. How hard is it to place your tools in a tub of alcohol??????? No bueno.
This place is great. Belle did my pedicure and she did a phenomenal job! Belle was also so friendly. I am definitely coming back. Generation Nails offers a wonderful foot spa experience with different types of pedicures to choose from ranging from $25- $50. Another positive thing that I like is that they utilize disposable liners for their foot spas as well as disposable utensils for your pedicure. The atmosphere is calming with beautiful plant decor. The owner, Lynn, also has a great personality. If you want a great pedicure check out Belle at Generation Nails.
Very service oriented!!
My Godmother warned me not to come here but I took a chance and went anyway. Yesterday 2 customers were very upset and asking for refunds. They were both insisting that they were being ripped off. The younger lady was told to be quiet then rushed out of the store. She sent her boyfriend back to ask for a refund to no avail. Lynn is overly persistent in getting you to pay for the more expensive treatments. I thought I was getting my eyebrows threaded but ending up paying $25 just to hear her say thank you for trusting me with your beauty treatment. She said its a new technique that came out Wednesday. I paid because Im not confrontational and I was very pleased with Tommys work on my nails and feet. I will never go back though. Without us the customers, there is no business. We must come together to stop patronizing these types of establishments . Lynn is in our community, mistreating our resident and extremely greedy. The surcharges for using a credit card are absolutely ridiculous also.
We sat and waited almost a half hour to get service
Beyond the worst nail salon I have ever experience in my life. The lazy and rude Nail Techs. My first and last time ever going. One of the tech was in a rush to get off the clock and basically told me to get up for the booth when my nails was no where dry and didnt even clean the polish off the side of my nails when she was done. When she left I noticed one of my nails had a lump. I went the front to let the front deck know she left before making sure everything was ok. Then the guy who I talked to send me to another lady to fix it. But for her to take more polish and add it to the over lump polish. I walked out and know for sure I will never be back!!!!
Lynn is always sooooo nice!
Owner Had me waiting while three other people came in and took them before me. And once she decided to do my nails she constantly got up to cash people out even though she had an assistant. I Asked to have my eyebrows clean up instead they were thinned out which I told her I did not want. I would never go back. Clearly she needs to hire more people. Then had the audacity to tell me to come back when Im in a better mood. And to add insult to injury theres an additional fee when using your debit card. And its not just one fee the fee is based on how much you spend. So the more you spend the more youll pay to use your card that sucks
If youβre not getting the service they want you to get just know youβre leaving unsatisfied and they are going to find ways to charge you extra for SOMETHING, ANYTHING. They do a very sloppy job on the customers if youβre not spending all your money in there. I gave them 2 too many chances. Donβt waste your time.
I wasnt happy with my last visit
Nice people. Covid restrictions in place.
So Ill never go back. I spent 57.00 for a pedicure with paraffin and a regular manicure. So where do I start . when I walked through the door the owner yanked me telling me I wanted dip power I didnt. At first I wanted an overlay but decided against it cause of the pushy treatment I was getting. While getting my pedi he took a hard brush and started aggressively brushing me to the point where my legs were very exposed and burned beyond normal when he applied the wax. My feet and ankles were swollen and I told him I was a diabetic and that he shouldnt scrap my skin. He was scrapping like my skin color was going to come off or something. Then he was doing my nails and he was putting the hand oil on my arm repeating that I was to dark. I refused no chip polish. I went Sunday 7/15/2018 and everyday more polish comes off, since Monday. NEVER GOING BACK. UPDATE: 7/21/2018 This picture was taken Monday after I went Sunday. No matter how much you say regular polish dont last it should not start to come off THE NEXT DAY. If the quality is so bad why do you use it? Its 7/21/2018 and it looks like my 6 year God child painted my nails. Its ridiculous. DONT GO THERE THEY ARE OVER PRICED AND RUDE.
They are crooks none of the prices they give you match the prices on the board because prices are subject to change without notice. I donβt mind paying extra for quality service but I canβt tell I got a pedicure yesterday. Go somewhere else big disappointment
My mom suffered a severe stroke 10/25/18.My mom loves her nails polished and feet tickled. I struggled to find a nail spa that could accommodate her considering her left side has severe weakness from the stroke and she is unable to walk!Lynn and everyone else at this salon has welcomed and treated my mom like the queen she is. Servicing her many times from her wheelchair. Now they put her in the chair to do her pedicure and nails. Her disability goes unnoticed here and for that I am overly grateful!Thank you all for caring and providing excellent service.
I was welcomed to the salon by the very personable owner Lynn. She showed me how to sign in and choose my services (electronically),looked at my nails which I admit were in terrible shape and recommended the Dip. We all know its not so much what is said to you but how it makes you feel. I felt valued as a customer as she reassured me that Ann would take good care of me. I ended up trying the Dipped nail process. It was amazing! Quick application & drying (fan), No smell, No UV lamp and beautiful results. The red color I chose did not chip or peel like gel is prone to do. When I returned to the salon 3 weeks later the color was still shiny & pretty. New nail growth was strong and my nails had not looked so good in years. Removal was a snap just like Lynn had promised 3 weeks earlier! After a 10 mins soak Tommy wiped the polish off; no electric or manual scraping needed! This is NOT the gel nail system! I left the salon with longer stronger gorgeous nails! I recommend the true Dip nail process if you want beautiful, strong nails! Try Generation nails SalonWarning the Dip process is NOT the same as the gel system. Do not be misled.Peace and blessings
I love my eyebrows
I was in yesterday and received excellent service, they do their best to make the customers happy. My nails are naturally thin so they are very careful not to thin them out. The tools are sterile so I dont have to worry about nail fungus with is a big plus!
NO COMPLAINTS!!!! They are a lil bit more expensive than other shops.. JUST A LIL BIT MORE. But itβs definitely worth it. They are the most sanitized nail shop me and my friends have ever been to. They are also very professional. I was greeted the moment I walked into the door. They always have a digital rewards program! My money was well spent and Iβll be returning as well as spreading the word about this shop.
Great workmanship, clean and amazing service! I came on my birthday and received a full set, pedicure and eyebrow. The pedicure was one of the best I ever had! John was very thorough and took his time. The paraffin wax was life changing and a new staple in my winter routine. Po did a great job on my full set, although next time I wouldnβt get white no-chip (top coat made it hard to keep clean after a few days). Iβll be trying out the dip powder next. The owner was extremely nice and made me feel welcomed and comfortable (not that βtake it or leave itβ attitude at most nail shops) which I really value. Most importantly, everything is STERYL. The pedicure bowls have liners, the equipment is properly sanitized and the tools are disposable. Thank you for that!
I love Generation Nails. I had the most horrible manicure known to mankind done by another so called nail salon I mean it was just terrible. I called Generation Nail and explained my problem and asked if they could fix it. I was told they absolutely could and not only did they fix it, it actually is the best manicure Ive ever gotten. The nail technician Sunny slayed my nails. Im sold. Generation Nails is my favorite and Im now a loyal customer. The salon is so nice and the staff and owner are the best. I have told all my friends about them and they are definitely going there from now on.
Prices are high & it is tight in the shop, but the customer service is good & they do a nice job with services provided.
I just want to say that Iβm currently trying to get a job just so I can come in every 2 weeks and get my nails done at this shop. They are so sweet! When I came in I was greeted from the time I came in till the time I left. And most importantly my nails and toes were beautiful. I absolutely love them and their service.β€οΈ
The woman doing my pedicure made my foot bleed in 3 spots. On my Achilles, ankle bone, and big toe. They didnt use hot water in the tub. They had gnats flying around everywhere. It was supposed to be $25 but they kept trying to add things(that should be included in a pedicure) to make it more. My total for both pedicures was supposed to be $50 then i added one thing that was $5 and they charged $60.
Last night I went to this shop around 8pm & Had a Fabulous Hot Stone Pedicure.... The place is clean & I love that everything is thrown away & not reused. As I was leaving around 9:30pm I walked to my car & my polish rub off my Toes... I went back to the shop & the lights were out & the door was locked... Lynn came to the door & I explained ro her what happened... She fixed my toes without a problem, attitude or a charge... We sat & talked & I informed her that it was my Birthday & she told me that she did excellent Eyebrow arching & Lashes... Well I let her do my eyebrows & I was blown away by her technique & I love that there is no exchange of wax on multiple customers.... They Get An A+ in my book for customer service, cleanliness, being friendly & nice.... This was one of the best Pedicures I have ever had & my eyebrows look Amazing... Thank You Lynn.... I will definitely be returning!!!
When I say I am in love with this place. I mean I recommend to anyone looking for a great nail salon without breaking your wallet going. They are super sweet and clean, the dont reuse any tools on the next client just throw away and they are really attentive. Its definitely my new favorite spot.
One time I came in after having a very bad day and had someone do my nails who I didnβt recognize and he didnβt do the best job at the time and I wrote a bad review. How ever me and my mom have been coming to the place for years and I never had a bad experience. I should have remebered everyone is new at some point and I should have just spoken up and been more clear on what I wanted. Lynn is the kindest most costumer service oriented person ever. She remembers names, your favorite colors, specific Preferences, and even has a loyalty program to get reward points towards money off! Iβm sorry Lynn!! Thank you for being the best! I love generation nails!!! π
I went 3 wks ago. I have long nails but they were thin because of the acrylic overlay I keep on them. The owner greeted me and my daughter and suggested the dip instead of an overlay so that I can save my nails from being thinned any further. Well I am not sure how my nails will be as I havent went back yet. (Ill probably go today) but I love the customer service and atmosphere. They have definitely gained a new customer.
My nails are so uneven. They didnβt even use a nail drill, so the application of the product came out messy. They were nicer than most nail technicians that Iβve come across, but it wasnβt worth the horrible a** job they did. And I only got an acrylic coffin nail set. Nice people, but spend your money elsewhere.
Very good service and nice workers but it is super expensive!! I got a gel overlay on my own nails and the total came out to $52 plus your tip!! Even if the experience was nice I wouldnβt over pay for something as simple as a one color overlay
My husband and I have been faithful and satisfied customers/clients for over 15 years. The technicians are very polite, professional and attentive to the needs of their clients. They often recommend certain services that will enhance your treatment without over selling. Love, love, love this shop!
Love Generation Nails! Their dipping manicure is amazing; keeping my nails healthy and lasting longer. Lynn also keeps my challenging eyebrows looking flawless. They even have a rewards system! I have found MY nail spot.
Iβm so upset with how my nails came out! If I was able to do no stars I would!! They are so uneven wide and they left the excess acrylic under my nails. They arenβt shaped at all either! Itβs like I let my 7 year old do them. I wanted them coffin and I got some almond shaped, some square round and a few coffin shaped, and not to mention the ombrΓ© doesnβt even look close to what itβs supposed to look like. I recommend to go somewhere else this place isnβt what it seem and to put the cherry on this whole sundae the price of this disgusting work was $67!!! Iβm ok with paying top dollar for nails but NOT when itβs done horribly!I have pictures to back my story if needed!
I think they suggest products that are more expensive for their benefit not necessarily because its the healthier products.
This is a quiet place that provides good service. They can be a little pushy when it comes to selling additional services though.
Paid $60 for dipped nails from the mall in Iowa City. My intention was to preserve my nails so they can be healthy and grow. One of them cracked and was painful. Yelp sent me to Lynn. Paul and Lynn took care of me. Turns out, the $60 job was done incorrectly and it took an hour to Remedy the damage done. Now, my nails look amazing and Generations is my new salon! Affordable integrity! Wonderful combination.
3rd time updating my review. They like to force services on you when you dont want them. They try to execute more up to date styles and design, but the outcome is poor....unfortunately I wont be back
Ist timers! Walked in with my mom, after going to the Same shop for over 20yrs it was time for a change! Cost a lil bit more, but its worth it! Awesome service! Great rewards program! We will return and super fast, no wait for service! You will not be disappointed
Great place, pleasant technicians, clean and steriletools, with plastic lined pedicure bowls. Everything is used once and thrown away. Theresample color choices and optional techniques to suit everyone. I prefer the dip method. If youre a no chip User then youll like this method, too.
ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS PLACE.... THE PEOPLE WERE FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE, I FELT AT HOME AMONG FRIENDS
Came in to get my daughters nails done for her birthday. Manicure is 15 for kids it says. Lady tells me oh we will do dip so nails last longer. Iβm like ok cool. Thank you... butttttt little did I know it would boost the cost from 15 to 40... the lady says I told you how much it would be which she didnβt. Needless to say her shady up sell just cost her a customer. Tell customers that itβs an up charge donβt just Say your gonna do something... Iβm a dad I donβt normally take my daughter to the nail shop so Iβm not familiar with your terms and prices... shady shady shadyUpdate: so the owner wants to blame me for being on the phone!? Classic... next sheβll say I was so wrapped up in a phone call I didnβt have conversation with her about what was happening that day and I didnβt help my daughter pick out the color for her nails... lol... shady shady shady. If you want better nail service go to the shop by Meijiers down the street.
Never answered the phone
I went there for the first time a couple days ago because of the good reviews this place had. Im not gonna say anything about their out dates equipment. But this was the worst experience Ive had in many years. They rush, file all your nails uneven, messy when polishing natural nails, cut up your cuticles then get pissed when you tell them you dont like the work. They have the nerve to have signs up that says BE NICE OR GET OUT if we treat them like they treat us they will be out of business.
Great service made me feel like I was special n all aspects.
This place is great John did a great job on my manicure and pedicure. The owner is so nice and was so welcoming. Definitely going back.
Update: my manicure lasted less than 24 hrs. This is honestly the worst manicure I have ever received. Go across the street for a decent manicure.Dirty with terrible ventilation and everyone gets acrylics here, so good luck breathing. They charge $10 to remove no chip, even if you get a manicure. And the manicure will be subpar.
Technicians are pleasant. Relaxing environment. Prices comparable
My 1st time and reading the reviews Iβm pulling out of the parking lot now. On top of all the trash in the window and the lady is standing while doing nails which indicates to me that she is no good at filing
Went there today and had a great experience! The owner was very nice and personable! Calicin did a great job! Would highly recommend #1 in the neighborhood!
I love the service that we get since Lynns return. The studio is clean pleasant and the service is great! I must say that I tell all of my friends about this studio!Love the Dip!
Kathy-Nail tech
First time coming here. Excellent service. Owner greeted me and showed me how to sign in. Will come back..
Ive been coming here for about a year, today Vicky did a great job!!
I went to this nail salon for the first time yesterday. The place is really relaxing and they take their time. I had a rhinestone fall off and I called and Lynn was really sweet, even made me an appointment for Wednesday to fix it which usually its hard to get places to fix their mistakes. I will be going here for now on.
They do nice work there and its nice and clean in there too.
The owner Lee is a sweetheart. Been going there for over 15 years. First met her at the location inside Evergreen Plaza. Highly recommended.
The no chip burned my nails and friend nails were uneven and the my other friends acrylics were hurting her fingers. They coated my nails with too much polish and it looked cakey. Will not be back.
Best eyebrows and nails hands down! Reasonable prices and superb service.
Been going to Generation nails for 30+years. Lynn is so sweet and nice.β€π
I love this place. Ive a client for about 20 years. Love Lynn and Ana!
It was comfortable, clean and had a friendly atmosphere. The tech for mani-pedi was excellent.
The facility looks worn out. The job they Sid on my nails is poor. They constantly want to think of services to charge more money.
Lynn is very customer friendly! She does an amazing job on my eyebrows. Shes the BEST!!
Small location. Very nice staff. Great service!
The best nail salon AND they have quality products! I was very pleased with my service both times β€
First time going to this place & I cant believe I nvr went there ππ like seriously the atmosphere was perfect & FINALLY out of all the nail shops I been too this one did Exacaly what I wanted ! Thank you SUNNY ! he did my nails . I been receiving so many compliments! Lynn also is very nice !Might I add I went on a Sunday around 430 they closed at 5 but he still took his time & was so amazing & we didnt leave out of the shop till 630 ! Like he went above & beyond ! Thank you β€ππ
Love my pedicure with Ms. Anne
