I am so happy and thankful that Michael has come on board he has fixed so much in such a short amount of time . Things before him were such a mess thank you for hiring him he is such a hard worker.

I lived there for about a year. The apartment had the best view you can ask for.The problem with this apartment is the air conditioner/heating situation.You can’t set it up by yourself, you can’t change it. In a 90 degree weather it was set up in heat mode and in the winter in cold mode. Such a waste.

They are fraud!I applied for an apartment in that place. There are 2 different fees you need to pay to be able to apply, $50 non refundable application fee and $300 refundable processing fee. Before i make the payment, I called one of the manager ( Kristian) and asked if the 300 money will be refunded if I did not get approved or If i change my mind she said “ Oh of course you will”!I decided not to go with the apartment and not to sign the contract because it was too expensive for me with all the hidden charges that they will tell you after!!!I emailed them and asked if I could get the refund? They said NO!!! I tried to contact the property manager and talk to her, she did not even listen to me to explain the situation. She said that $300 was the communication fees! Lol Are you serious? Communication fee? Are you charging me for your daily job procedures? She then hang up on me!!! she is the property manager and acting this unprofessional?!This people are taking advantage of people especially now when they know people are not able to go and see the units in person because of the pandemic.Never trust this company and never pay that processing/ documentation/ communication fee ( made up fee to screw people up) before signing the!

Never have received timely service or response anytime about anything. Not exaggerating. When Miguel (the property manager) was showing me the apartment, he said he was only a text away, marketing at its best. If you have issues with your apartment, good luck getting it resolved. Oh, and also the AC/heat will be ALWAYS ON and you pay for it no matter if you wish to use it or not. Also, accidentally I dropped my phone in my neighbors balcony on a weekend and it took several hours of pleading and $100 cash to get them here to get it for me. Just an example of their professionalism and responsiveness. AND 1 time, a maintenance guy just opened the door to my apartment while I was inside without any reason or apologies and just walked away when he heard my voice.

Do you adore when maintenance passive aggressively “fixes” things to the point where it seems like a toddler with a Little Tikes tool kit came into your apartment?Do you love disrespectful management?Do you relish in being lied to by management?Do you get excited by riding elevators that are 6 months (or more) past their temporary, conditional safety certification and make you bounce up and down like you are at the end of a bungie cord?Do you have an infatuation with waiting 3 weeks for maintenance to event enter your apartment for an urgent repair and then another 1-2 to fix the issue?Do you yearn for half of the washing machines/dyers being broken 80% of the time?Do you have a passion for management that uses your money to attract new tenants with fancy banners and lobby chairs instead of helping you/fixing current problems?If you answered yes to the above, Horizon is for YOU!!!You’ll notice all positive reviews are from over a year ago. There is a reason for that. I give it 2 stars because they are awful, BUT I never had an issue with roaches or bed bugs so they get 1 extra star for that.

The place was nice enough when we first moved in, but that was 2 years ago.Since then, there has been 4 different building managers that have all quit, leaving the building with NO ONE in charge and no one to speak to when you need something taken care of.Elevators are ALWAYS broken.College kids are partying and smoking so much that its nearly uninhabitable to live there if youre out of college with a job.The doormen were amazing and helpful, but of course they fired them. Then they gave us a security guard, that mysteriously doesnt work here anymore.The whole place was overrun with cockroaches for a week because the children living here think its a dorm.Worst apartment building Ive EVER lived in. Please do yourself a favor and dont even bother to look at these properties.

The manager is nice and the apartments are decent.
