She sent me a list of apartments within my requirements (location, price, amenities) and sent me floor plans and pricing with concessions, contacted the buildings the next day and set up tours for the units I really liked back to back. After we reviewed them all, she set up virtual tours the same day! One of those tours ended up being the place I chose to pick as my new apartment. When I started this process, I never expected to find my dream apartment in less then 24 hours. But then again when you have an agent like Laura, anything is possible!
