He gave me a range of apartments to look into and then he helped me reach out to a ton of buildings for virtual tours. He was really helpful with descirbing the different buildings to me and the pros/cons since I could not see them in person. I am very happy with my decision!

Lindsay at The Logan made it so simple to find and lease the perfect place for me. In one visit, she showed me every apartment that fit my profile, and all of the great amenities. Plus, shes backed up by an incredible, super responsive team. I typically contact them by email and get a reply back in under an hour. Many time in minutes. The application and lease process was so simple and easy. Everything was done on DocuSign, so I never had to put pen to paper. If living at The Logan is anywhere near as great as what I experienced so far, I am going to be a very happy camper there.

My husband, pup and I relocated from San Francisco to Chicago earlier in May. We were in an Airbnb for 3 weeks and had emailed about 5 realtors through various online websites like Zillow, trulia etc. Sean Holland was the first one to respond and set up a phone call. If you need help buying a Chicago condo, Sam is your guy! He was so incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. We were 23-year-old first-time homebuyers so we came in with a ton of questions, but Sam went above and beyond to answer every single one of them and even more that we didn’t even know to ask. Sam knows the sales market like the back of his hand. If it weren’t for him, I don’t think we would’ve gotten our new home. Not only is Sam super knowledgeable about the Chicago market, he is also available at all times of the day and has the best team of lenders, attorneys, etc. to work with as well. We thought it was going to be so tough to find a home coming out of COVID when the housing market is insane, but Sam knows how to make it happen. After giving us great options he was able to lead us to viewings that were very difficult to get given the limited availability for the more exclusive buildings.
