This group of individuals are phenomenal. I was scrambling for an apartment with my flight only 5 days away and Steve found me a perfect place within one day and we started the leasing process immediately. He happily answered all of my questions. After arriving, the apartment was even better than I expected, fully furnished with everything I could possibly need. The couch and bed are extremely comfortable and the place feels like a home. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for a luxurious place to stay for a reasonable price.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time with Pinnacle Furnished Suites! Our apartment was in perfect condition and very clean. We especially liked the decor. Building staff was very friendly, and the unit was fully equipped with everything we needed! It made our time in Chicago that much more enjoyable and eased any concerns traveling amidst the pandemic.

Positive experience working with Steve S. He was quick to respond in a thorough manner. I could tell he valued our time and needs. The photos of the units showed the entire space, so we werent left with a ton of questions on what to expect. Recommend Pinnacle and will return if temporary rentals are needed again!

Absolutely terrible experiences with them as neighbors. Their manager, Nick, has ignored my text messages regarding noise levels when half the people living on our floor are SICK of their tenants!
