I lived in an Andco building for 5 years, they were always great when it came to maintenance, clearing snow etc. The girl (Liz?) at the front desk knows her stuff and can help with just about anything. 10 out of 10 would still be living with Andco if i didnt relocate for work

Andco was not helpful and unresponsive during Covid-19. We had to reach out 3 separate times about extending our lease - the only reason we asked to extend by 30 days was due to relocation due to job closure. The leasing agents would not call us back, and then proceeded to ask us to take a video of our apartment for virtual showings after refusing to help us.

This is the best management company Ive ever dealt with. The maintenance guys are amazing - Ive never had a problem they didnt fix in an hour. They actually care about their tenants, and they keep their properties pristine. For an affordable, safe and secure, and easy to get along with management company, use Andco. There truly is no better company.

Terrible company. Terrible service during COVID-19. My apartment FLOODED WITH SEWAGE due to gross negligence of the building on THREE separate occasions during my 1 year lease and the company did little to nothing about damages to the unit and to my personal property.

Andco is the best property management company that were used in Chicago (and weve used many!) Digital lease signing and online rent pay is great. They are so responsive and have replaced numerous appliances/items in our apartment quickly and easily. Our apartment is gorgeous, and we hope to live here for many years. Thank you!

Theyve been super responsive to any issues weve had in their building, and they are so nice! I feel really lucky to have them as my building management.

Sends people into your apartment very frequently (two, three times in a single month) with very little notice (a day or two).Their building at 650 W. Briar Place is extremely noisy.Maintenance is handled pretty well and quickly enough. However, the same recurring issue keeps happening with the laundry facilities, which were eventually fixed after multiple trips from maintenance.

Great management company! They are very responsive and quick to help with any issues. They are also very transparent with any issues/procedures within the buildings.

Was a great tenant..when time came to move out they were very unprofessional. I wouldnt recommend them

Leased one of their apartments for a year and was extremely happy with the condition of the place, maintenance and their service.

Always shoveled snow, replaced clogged pipes, and replaced kitchen fixtures when needed. Never once had an issue with them as a property manager.
