So many good things to say that its hard to know where to begin. I loved the layout, the kitchen, the loft feel, the gym, and the pet-friendliness, including the dog-run which opened shortly before I moved. The staff was always extremely positive and responsive. Outside the building, you are close to a lot of restaurants and the Target is a huge convenience. Finally ... the views are absolutely stunning when you are on the higher floors.
We love love love living here. We are only moving because of COVID otherwise we would be here long term. We lived here for a year and a half and have nothing but positive things to say. It’s quiet, clean, the amenities are amazing. Michele is the absolute best- so helpful, kind, and really cares about the residents here and making it feel like home. She works really hard and we are going to miss her. It is also very dog friendly and our puppy Teddy has loved getting to know the other dogs and playing in the dog run. We are going to miss living here so much!!
This building is a great location. Its right above a Target, and is located less than a block away from the Belmont Red Line Stop. In addition to location, the management is fantastic. Theyre loving and treat you as family. I highly recommend this building!
I love these apartments! My husband and I moved to Chicago at the end of February and we signed a lease on the spot with Michelle! She and her staff are incredible! Very welcoming, maintenance request are handled very quickly, moving in was easy with the loading dock, the community is very quiet, and the amenities were just upgraded. These apartments are located in the heart of East Lakeview, steps from the lake, great restaurants, Wrigley Field, and Boystown. You will love living here!
This place is the best, location, value, amenities, and MOST OF ALL, Michelle the manager/leasing professional. From touring this place pre-covid we could tell we wanted to live there because of her. We cancelled the rest of our appointments and signed same day. We had to relocate or we would still be living there. The front desk guys and Tony, the maintenance man were all very good. We waited and wanted for nothing. Michelle is by far the best part and I told her she is like a House-Mom as she knew and cared so much for everyone!
Highly recommend you talk to Michele in the leasing office. She’s been so helpful with everything and I really feel like I found a home here. The new amenity renovations are almost done and I can’t wait!
The place is nearby to almost everything you need. From groceries you can pick up at Target which is only a few feet away, to entertainment by watching a baseball game live at the Wrigley Field or a basketball game game at the United Center. They have everything nearby at your convenience. A variety of restaurants to choose from within the neighborhood. The amenities for this building is pretty good. You dont need to worry about sampling a lot of food from nearby restaurants as the building has a workout gym inside, to keep you in shape.
I appreciate the front desk staff at Lakeview 3200 so much :)They are always so kind and welcoming when I come home each day. I could not be more grateful for the positive energy that they bring to our home. They remember our names, remember our guests, and go out of their way to make sure we feel loved at Lakeview 3200. In particular, I am so grateful for Krysten and Brianna. They are absolutely amazing!
I moved to 3200 in May and have LOVED living here! The building is only a few years old so everything is very new, clean, and works ;) There are huge windows all over so a lot of natural light with a cool, modern design, concrete ceilings, and exposed pipes. The area has great restaurants/entertainment, is right next to a train station, and the building itself is above a target which is incredibly convenient. My favorite part of 3200 has been the community aspect and activities in the building - just last night, the management team had a painting class with wine and cheese in the community room. The management team is new as of a few months ago and has been wonderful, especially Aimee! They are easy to communicate with and dedicated to running the building well. My other favorite parts are the Peloton bikes in the gym, coffee in the community room, and bagel Fridays :)
I would give 10 stars if I can. Super loved this place, near to anything, kindest staff and adorable interiors. I had a memorable stay and would definitely go back again!
Terrific! Closest you can live in luxury to the Belmont stop. Best location in the city for a 20-something. Super nice apartment, love the loft feel and the kitchen.
The best thing about Lakeview 3200 would be the grills available on the sun deck, and also not forgetting the Target on the ground floor, making shopping way easier. Overall I had a great experience staying there.
Incredible location. Close enough to the train to walk, but not so close you can hear it. Target rocks. Wouldn’t have moved if I didn’t get a job in DC
We’ve been living at 3200 Lakeview for about 5 months now, and we love it! First, the location is perfect for us, right near the red, brown, and purple line Belmont stop. The neighborhood is safe, and there are a bunch of restaurants and bars right in our neighborhood. It’s a quick walk to Wrigley as well! As for the apartment, there is a ton of space and natural light for a reasonable price. The gym has 2 Peloton bikes, and there is a nice community space. There was a recent change in management, and it seems to be a seemless transition. They are now listening to our suggestions as residents and calling us to talk about our thoughts. I would highly recommend it!
No storage- no parking- increased rent by 17% in one year- pretty sure they ran out of money when building this place because half the third floor is unfinished for a year... don’t pay to live here because you can get more for less elsewhere.
Highly recommend. Michele in the leasing office was super helpful.
Id get fat from all the restaurants if it weren’t for the gym in my building
Great building.
