I email them at 7:30pm requesting to see a unit they listed on Craigslist. Emily responds quickly suggesting I see it at 1pm the following day. The following morning, when I confirm the time, they tell me the unit rented the previous evening, and that because I didnt respond faster, they assumed I wasnt going to confirm. No mention whatsoever of the fact that they were showing the apartment that evening (I live about 5 houses away from it so could have been there in 2 minutes) or that it was being looked at all, or of the fact that it was rented, and that I shouldnt count on the time the agent suggested. I try to call to figure out what happened - Emily (presumably unknowingly) hangs up on me. I try to call again, and go to voicemail. I try to call the office - nobody picks up. Who knows.Apparently, people have had good experiences with them about which they have posted on Yelp, so if youre looking for positive reviews, you could check there out. As for me, Im still reeling in bewilderment at the whatever just happened.All seems strange to me.
