We recently rented and moved in . So far its great- especially the building manager Simona. The whole staff has been super responsive and helpful. Moving in is always stressful but Simona and the staff did everything to make it easy for us.The building is very well kept, clean, quit and everything works. No complains and very happy !!

Do not rent with PPM. I’ve been with them for 5 years and my experience at this building is by far the worst I’ve had. I have got a smoking violation when I don’t smoke I have asthma. Instead of someone knocking on my door and seeing what apartment it was they assumed it was me when I’m one if not the only person of color on the floor. That is illegal to assume something of an apartment when there is no proof whatsoever. There is no AC in the hallways it feels like a jungle in the summer time. The air/heat system is crazy you only get air or heat when they say. When it’s 80 degrees in May don’t expect your AC to be on. The front door staff is a joke they do not want to do their job and let whoever up. When you ask them to get your packages which they only have access to they act like they do not want to get them for you and have an attitude. It’s a joke for what you pay. The elevators also are always out or they take literally over 10 minutes to be there. They also vacuum the halls at 7:30 AM which will wake you up.

Do NOT rent from PPM- they are completely negligent when it comes to the overall safety of their residents. They knowingly allowed a man standing trial on felony charges live here. This man also has a past criminal record as well which include charges such as intimidating a witness, harassment, stalking etc. PPM has been contacted multiple times concerning this man as he actively beats his dog- and PPM has done nothing.This resident is now currently harassing, threatening, and stalking current residents at this PPM building- the police have been called MULTIPLE different times for multiple different occasions and PPM has done nothing, so the police cannot do anything.PPM is overall negligent and cares more about making a quick bucks than the safety and care of their residents.They have also the worst elevators in the world, which has closed on RESIDENTS AND ANIMALS because PPM refuses to fix them. If you get stuck in them- have fun because it happens to someone here at least once a week.Truly a terrible business.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY OR MOVE TO THIS APARTMENT! The staff is so unprofessional and not responsive to urgent matters. The money you pay is so not worth it. Ive lived here for one year, and have had two property managers. Now there is none. Terrible place that does not care for their current tenants or their safety.

Terrible place to live. I would not recommend living here to anyone. The elevators are terrible and usually do not work. The door staff is constantly rude and super unprofessional. You feel guilty asking the door staff to help with anything because they make it seem like you are inconveniencing their life so much. Not to mention, the worst heat/AC situation I could ever imagine living in. The AC does not turn on until mid May - June, so this means you get to spend all of April/May sweating in your own apartment because it is 80 degrees. There are also only 7 or 8 washer/dryers for the entire building, so good luck trying to find a time where there are multiple open, especially on a weekend.

Nice they’ll offer one month free to those whom sign new leases during this challenging time however, will not offer any kind of payment plans for those whose lease ends the month of April 2020 and lost their job during COVID-19. Great job PPM Apartments way to be humane! Not to mention the constant times getting stuck in the elevators (there are only 2) always waiting for one or one is always broken.

I just moved in here with my dog and so far it’s been great. The best location in the city, right by the L, grocery store, and the best bars, gyms, and restaurants. Lorianne at the front desk is the best, she’s always there to greet you and they have treats for the pets as well.

Good value for this place! Responsive staff, and good place for pets. Shout out to Lorraine for being the best!
