Now, youd think at least two things would be certain when moving into a unit.1. You have a place to put your garbage so it can be taken to the proper dumping grounds where garbage goes tondie2. That youd be able to receive mailSo far, neither of these things have proven true. What sucks is I love the apartment and the neighborhood but this company seems to be one of those that buys up and then runs out, leaving people who arent in a terrible hurry to get things done in charge which, as we known from the trickle down effect, leaves very irritated, posses off tenants who wonder why their paying for services they arent receiving?
RUN AWAY!We had maintenance issues the day we moved in and they were never resolved after 7 months of living in one of their apartments on N. Milwaukee. They dont answer phones, respond to maintenance requests, or really much of anything besides collect rent payments. The apartments look nice during the walkthrough, but there are better places in the city at a better price with better management companies. Were relieved that we were able to break our lease due to Chicago Residential Tenant Ordinance violations on their part. Learn from our mistake!
People rent from somewhere else they have poor customer service, I got approved for apartment here when it was time for me to move in the apartment was not ready they kept giving me the run around and the people at the office did not care. I had wait a Whole another month. Please People go somewhere else to rent.
I have called this place a few times regarding available units I have seen for rent but no one ever calls me back. I just called 2 weeks ago and still have not heard anything.
Absolute one of the worse company’s I have ever rented from maintenance people don’t even exist terrible service all around horrible experience
Poor customer service!!! We were approved 1/26/18, signed lease on 2/14/18, and expected to move into unit on 3/1/18. On 2/28/18 i came in to pay March rent and found out unit was not ready and they had work to do and unit would be ready on 1st. The 1st came and unit still not ready. I agreed to allowing them until the 2nd to finish the unit. The 2nd came and the unit is still not ready for occupancy. Property manager stopped answering and was told by maintenance manager in office to pick up keys on Saturday between 9am and 5pm and still not for certain. At this point I am furious and very displeased with this company and quite nervous to remain in a lease that hasnt technically started.
The absolute worst company. No one ever calls back. It’s a big run around non stop.
