I am a recent resident of Park Heights by the Lake Apartments and I must say that I am impressed so far. Myself and my mother were both in search for a nice apartment in the city that was reasonably priced and safe. When we saw the apartments here, we both felt this would be a great place to live. While it is more pricey than we intended to pay, we are very pleased with our choice.Taylor the leasing agent was very professional and supportive. We had a short time to move and Taylor worked with us to make sure that we had all documents in and receive a decision in a timely manner. She was polite and patient and answered all of our questions.On the day of our move, the movers were late. Taylor worked to accommodate us with our move in time to make the move in seamless. Reggie, the security, was also helpful and welcoming to us on our move in day.So far the building is quiet and well up kept. We are looking forward to our stay here!

Beautiful lake view, close to downtown with nice residents and management

I just moved here from out of town and wanted to find a comfortable place to call home. First of all, the place looks simply amazing. The renovations were well done and it really does create a homely atmosphere from when you enter the building. Reception personnel is very friendly, and the leasing agent, in my case it was Arahi, was very cordial and responsive to all of my questions. He made sure to find the right place for me to ensure I was happy about my new home. The views from my apartment are wonderful, and I am 100% satisfied with where I am. I highly recommend Park Heights by the Lake for anyone looking for a modern style apartment with great views of the surrounding area.

Been living here for about 3 months now. Whenever my friends come to visit I love seeing their first reaction. There are always surprised at how beautiful the building is and they are just in the lobby. When they walk in my apartment they are even more stunned. Its a great quiet place to live. Its hard to pull of modern and fresh in a historic building, but they pull it off to perfection. Make sure to ask about the shower (yes indeed). Leasing agents, front desk, maintenance.. all very friendly and willing to always help. Secure parking and control-access into the building are my favorite two features. Time to leave you now and head upstairs and enjoy the view from the rooftop.

Living in Park Heights has been amazing so far. Its a historical building with modern features and appliances. My home is my sanctuary and my apartment is so comfortable. I love being at home and my guests are in constant awe of the upkeep and integrity of the buildingFrom the gym...to the in unit laundry and the stain less steel appliances, you wouldnt want to live anywhere else. The staff is also so sweet. The level of professionalism is to be expected in most luxury buildings. But Park Heights has exceeded my expectations.Arahi, Elisha and Jimmy are faces Im always happy to see on a daily basis. It feels more like a family here. Arahi is always so helpful in is answering any questions or concerns I may have. Elisha is also great to work with. I hope we continue to see more resident events planned by her. Jimmy is a re-assuring face and always willing to help you with anything. Again, it feels like a family here and all of my concerns are readily addressed. I hope to see more events and more resident appreciation days in the near future!

I just recently moved to Chicago and have lived at this apartment for about a month now and I love it here! It is quiet, clean, and the apartments are very nice and modern. I love the fact that I have a view of the park. The leasing agents Elisha and Arahi are awesome and the doorman Jimmy is the best. Couldnt have asked for a better apartment to live at.
