Beautiful place with reasonably priced lofts security gym

This place is second to none in the area when it comes to luxury living. The property management is on site and has office hours daily, the front desk security staff are excellent and keeping out the riff raff and making sure our packages get scanned in and stored in a secure place. I couldnt be happier here. Its extremely safe, and very comfortable. The rooftop deck is under construction but should be open in a few months as I understand it.Dont pass up the opportunity to live here!!! You wont regret it!!!

I absolutely love and adore this place. $300 for a move in /out fee is VERY standard in most buildings. Its so you have the elevator dedicated to yourself for your entire move. It also helps offset costs associated with people damaging walls as they move. The wheelchair lift works just fine in the front of the building, and the rooftop deck is about to be constructed (being a landmark building brings unique challenges when it comes to permitting for construction), the door fob system works perfectly fine- and the system was recently upgraded, including securing the basement residential access doors. Ive never had an issue with management whatsoever. Im fact, they are beyond hospitable.Nadege Rochellemagne, based on your other one star reviews of extremely cheap local restaurants, your standards seem to be remarkably high, and your statements are false. Its a shame you feel that you need to tarnish the reputation of such a great place to live.

They charge you a $300 fee to move in and out, just to reserve a non service elevator and to use a finicky slow moving loading platform. They also have not fixed the handicap accessible outdoor elevator for years and constantly have issues with the unnecessary key fob ports. They also promote a rooftop garden that does not exist. Could be nice under better management.

Great building to OWN in, if you are renting you should be particular about the landlord you work with, it will truly make or break your experience.

Purchased a condo here 4 years ago, Greatest decision Ive ever made. Literally minutes from the Blue line, 2 different METRA lines, and the highway (I-90/94). Heated underground parking, Doorman, Workout room, & rooftop deck. Dog (pet) friendly, very casual relaxed atmosphere. Security does a great job with with keeping the premises safe despite the exponentially gentrifying neighborhood surrounding the property. Definitely the place to be in Avondale (North Logan Square).
