Great service as always. Recommend calling in advance and make appointment, you dont feel rush with an appointment or like you are waiting all day. All the staff is friendly and nail techs are great. My daughter had her nails done too,, very cute.My preferred choice is Steven. He does an outstanding job every time.

First, the manager’s attitude sucks. She’s an unpleasant person. Sent me out with 2 broken nails after I asked them to repair. They told me” Next time”. All it would have take was some glue or acrylic. I did not get a manicure. I broke one nail an hour after I left. Will never go back again. When you ask for a service and are willing to pay for it, the service should be provided. Rushed me out because many customers came in. It’s all about money n not customer care.

Even though their English is as good as mine, they routinely break into a foreign dialect to obviously talk about the customers. It was noticeable.My ENTIRE manicure was done with a drimmel sander. Nothing sterile. Used from another station. No cuticle clippers, no nail pushers - nothing but sand paper. And boy does it show. Fifty six dollars for dip nails where each one is pitted, uneven, and cuticles are RUINED and BLOODY. I was treating myself out of town on a trip but was a disaster this place turned out to be.Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

For my first visit I was greeted immediately (unlike a nearby nail place who didn’t acknowledge me at all, even after standing at their counter for 5 mins) and at Envy I hardly had any wait time even though I was a walk in. The nail spa was clean, quiet and the tech did a great job on my pedicure! It was a little pricer than I’d anticipated but overall it was worth it for my first pedi in almost two years! I’d happily revisit this business!!

I enjoy my experience with Jillian every time I visit. I walk away with a new attitude after receiving my eyebrow waxing. She listens to what I want, then executes.

Hands down Jillian is the best on eyebrows. I used to do thread and my eyebrows are extremely thick and she makes them behave.

Absolutely AWFUL!!! The most incredibly unprofessional establishment I have EVER been to. Not only are their prices stupid expensive but they do a terrible job! I think it is pretty pathetic when i can do my own nails and they look much better than someone who is supposed to be a licensed professional. When I went the other day not only were my nails not straight but the technician (Her name was Lin I believe) flied the skin off the sides of my fingers and made them BLEED!! When i said uhm I am bleeding she wiped the blood off (not gently) and tried to act as if it did not happen. I was still charged full price even after being injured! I walked out literally crying because my fingers were burning in so much pain. Later my fiance and I went back to speak with the manager/owner about the situation and he LAUGHED TO OUR FACE!!! He did not apologize, all he said is that he would fix it, but last time I checked you cannot just magically heal someones cut fingers. When I asked to see the license of the technician he said I do not have to show you that. I find it highly likely that he refused to show us the license because she probably does not have one. There is so much more I could say about how awful they were but I think people should get the idea. I WOULD NOT EVER SUGGEST ANYONE GO HERE! I posted pictures below of two fingers that had gotten cut and just how bad the nails looked in general and this was right when I walked to my car.

My gel pedi wasnt very good and she missed painting parts of my toe nails... they look awful. Wont be going back.

I was going here, however, after a day of having my manicure and pedicure done I noticed my nails were beginning to look old and both were gel! The work that was done on one of my toes had peeled completely off after a week, and I knew I couldn’t revisit this place again!

WASTE OF MONEY AND BAD SERVICE.The salon itself is very pretty. The staff is rude and they treat you more as an inconvenience. Run by younger people who don’t care about customer service. I came today to get a pedicure for my birthday.. I asked for champagne because they have a place on your paper when you sign in to request your drink. The lady talked to someone and then said no we have none. I asked for wine and she said we have none. They sat me at the pedicure chair and I saw huge bottles of champagne and wine. They weren’t expensive bottles at all, the champagne was Cooks. They were all unopened. I asked why they have those but told me they have none. I figured it was because they were very slow and only one other person was in there and they didn’t want to open new wine or champagne, maybe they just didn’t have any chilled. I would have been fine with that. Instead, she said we don’t use those. I let it go.Towards the very end of my pedicure a man came up to me and said he heard I wanted a drink, I said yes but it’s okay, no thank you. And he referenced the bottles I initially asked about and said they have some. It’s so rude to blatantly lie when they’re in my face. The pedicure was 20 minutes max. She was very quick to ask me to pay though. I will not be returning at all, oh, and I need to go home and scrub my feet because they’re still not soft like they normally are - compared to every single place I’ve ever been.

I called around 5:30 and the lady said yes. Their color selection far exceeds others nail salon. Technicians were painstakingly and patient on my nails. Couldn’t be happier, my hands so cute. And has a good price! Would recommend this business to anyone in the area :).

I always get good service and my nails last me a long time. Whenever I go in there isnt much of a wait. They have a good selection of colors and the decorations are nice.

Very happy with our service. 4 of us, 2 adults and 2 children received pedicures. The nail tech were so nice and paid attention to detail. Very beautiful decor, asked if we wanted wine or a beverage. Chairs are beautiful and comfortable. Their utensils were in a sterile bag, the foot tubs were covered with a bag, super clean and professional. Will definitely be coming back.

Good Salon but different. This was my first visit to Envy and it was a weekday so I was one of two customers in the salon. I selected a deluxe pedicure and they did a great job. However, when they say it comes with a 6 minute massage they really mean it because they have a timer that goes off when they are done. Not a problem but just something I havent seen before. The only thing I didnt like was they do not allow you to put tips on you credit card. They only accept cash tips and I dont carry cash so they direct you to the bank next door and ask you to use their ATM and then come back and tip. It was not where I bank so I had to pay a ATM fee to get the cash. I could have not tipped but I didnt feel right about it since they did do a good job. Probably wont return since there are so many other options in the area.

The new ownership here is phenomenal! Very relaxing atmosphere and they’re very generous with the wine! Highly recommend the hot stone massage with your pedicure.

I had micro blading done and was very pleased with how they turned out. It only took about 30 minutes and was not painful at all. I would highly recommend having this done if you are unsatisfied with the way your eyebrows look. This procedure fills in your brows and looks very natural.

Even though the place was bustling, I was given a friendly greeting right away. Staff didnt rush my nails and made sure they didnt miss anything. Prices are VERY competitive and reasonable. It was so nice to be pampered by women that seemed to be loving life.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The service is awful.. they do not listen to instructions and they are highly over priced. I got my nails done once and I wanted gel. The girl doing them used regular polish and still tried to you the uv light machine!! She clearly didnt know the difference. They cannot shape well or do designs of any kind. I gave them another try because my normal nail place was busy just a simple repair however they couldnt get the length right or the shape which was just square plus the nail broke again the next day. The only nice thing about this place is the decor. Spend your money elsewhere!

Went to Envy today to get my nails done, my previous technician Tammy no longer works here(loved her) but more recently I worked with Tony! He was great. I tried SNS for the first time today and I loved it. Will def be back. Request Tony for your next visit! In love with my nails!

My daughter and I decided to go to this nail salon and give it a try since it is close to our house and very convenient. We called and they were opened on a Sunday, which was great. After we arrived, we were greeted and asked what service we would like to have done. My daughter asked for a fill in and she wanted to pay for me to have a pedicure. I declined the pedicure since I prefer to see the work before I invest my money. After she wrote her name down in the book, we sat down and waited. One customer comes in and sits down. They immediately take that customer. Okay, thats fine, no problem. Another customer comes in and sits down, nail technician gets up and tells her to come sit at her table. My daughter and I look at each other and are puzzled....Werent we here before the other two? The person who greeted us did not say a word. He did not come back and say:, maam we will be with you shortly or they made an appointment or please be patient. Nothing. Did I mention we are African American? Everyone inside were Caucasian which is not a big deal at all. However, being overlooked or disregarded is unacceptable. Customer Service always win. Acknowledgement wins loyal customers. Its something to always have to fight with people to be fair (one human being to another). As an African American lady I get the snub on occasion. If you call someone out on it, youre looked upon as the angry black woman bringing race into it. But when there is a difference in treatment and its clear that you are being ignored what do you do? Do you say to yourself, here is another place where I just put up with it or should I express my feelings? Well, here are my feelings being stated on this review. Your service leaves much to be desired and you should treat every customer the same. I make a lot of money, many of us do and we can and will spend it somewhere else.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I was a faithful client here and really tried to give it a chance after they changed management. But to have money stolen from me and then I get accused of being the liar is beyond absurd. And the money isn’t even the issue it’s the principle. Beautiful salon but the new management SUCKS.

I loved that they were open on Sunday! However, my first and only visit was disappointing. Just needed a simple manicure. The technician (a male - I did not get his name) was completely disinterested. He was distracted by other people walking in the door, particularly if they were young and cute. The massage of my forearms and hands literally lasted 15 seconds each arm. There was no attention paid to detail with my nails. I will not be going back. It is sad, because it is a nicely decorated salon, but the people running it are young and have a cavalier attitude from what I experienced.

I had got my nails done for my birthday and I was amazed by the professional staff here. I love the shellac manicure and my technician had a huge selection of nail polishes to choose from! Great prices for the service they offer. If you get a chance, check them out.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I made an appointment for the next day at 10AM (the time that they have posted online and on the front door as their opening time) and they didnt show up until 10:32. I had to leave my pedicure early since they were so delayed in starting and when I came back later that day to JUST HAVE THE POLISH PAINTED (I already had the pedicure earlier) they made me wait 43 minutes and proceeded to seat other walk ins ahead of me. All they had to do was literally paint my toes, which would have taken all of 2, maybe 3 minutes, but they said that the lady who did my pedicure was with someone else (and apparently none of the other staff technicians could paint my toes after they finished with a client). LITERALLY THE WORST PLACE.

I went to have my sns nails removed. It’s like the nail techs didn’t have a clue as how to remove the product. Most places wrap ur fingers in foil with acetone in a cotton swab... they had me soak both of my hands in acetone which let all the old sns stuff dry up on my hands. While my hands were soaking she also put her drill bits in the acetone. My nails look horrible! This is by far the worst nail salon I have ever been to. It’s too overpriced I was was there over 2 hours and was not offered a drink or anything. It’s been 2 days and my toenail polish is chipped and I’m ashamed to show my nails! Steer clear of this place!

Ive only been there 1 time will not go back. Very unprofessional and poor customer service. Mani took about 15 minutes....polish started chipping after a few days. As far as my pedicure, I felt like they washed my feet and polished my toes. Nothing special.

Staff is inappropriate. On two separate occasions I had awful experiences. One young girl was talking about drugs and then the other time the male was making comments about my looks and making me uncomfortable. He then charged me double what he originally had said and took $20 cash tip when I asked for change and walked out and no one knew where he went. My full set cost $80 not including the $20 cash that was taken. Which is insane. I called back to speak to a manager and he said I would be refunded. I was never refunded but because of the inappropriate staff I didnt feel comfortable walking back inside to further demand my refund.

Depends on who you get. Emma is great and has great customer service. She does the best customer service. If you have dry skin, extra calluse remover will cost $5 extra which is really nothing extra they do compared to standard pedicures at other salons in the area. And I could be a hallucinating, but everytime I come am in the right section for pedicure with black women only and white women are always in the left section.... could be coincidental, but its like EVERY time. Been there 6 times.

Ummm....I thought I’d take a chance since the reviews were mixed. I walked in and said hello to the young man at the desk, to which he stared blankly at me. Then he muttered under his breath so I could barely hear him and informed me there were too many people already, the wait would be over an hour. Didn’t say hello, didn’t ask how he could help me, nothing. Customer service, much? Guess that was a waste of my time to give them a chance. I don’t recommend you waste your time either!

Im not sure where the negative comments about this place being ran by young kids comes from. Yes, there are younger people who work here but there are also older ones as well. As far as service, I think they do a fantastic job. I live nearby and have gone to the other 8 nails salons within a 1/2 mile radius and none have done my nails as good. They have alotted amounts of time so they dont rush on your services. My pedicure was soooo relaxing and he massaged me for so long. I also received a gel manicure and it lasted for almost 3 weeks!! Really? I would give this place a chance and the prices are comparable to the other salons in this area.

This placed is over priced and the service was horrible. My manicurist had a foul mouth and quoted vulgarities related to the female anatomy. I was appalled. Will never go back there again! This place is run by young kids who lack the good sense of customer service.

Never coming back and neither should you. Got the basic pedi which I always get which is usually great. Got a young guy this time. Job was extremely rushed, he scrubbed my foot for about 14 sec each, did not get a rightful massage, he just rubbed lotion. Was the least thorough, unattentive to detail pedi I ever got. Then I notified 2 different employees about my experience, neither one of them apologized or offered to do it RIGHT! Extremely unprofessional !

I am here at Envy Nail as I type this and I am VERY unhappy with my service. This used to be my regular salon and I switched to Lacquer Nails at Sola Salon because I was tired of the unpersonalized service that comes with larger salons. I am here today because my salon is closed on Sundays and I really need my nails done today. I had an appointment at 12:30. I walked in at 12:34 and was asked to pock my color. I sat in the pedi chair for 35 minutes (until my water turned cold) while I watched the person with whom I had an appointment work on another customer. I did not get started with my service until 1:20!!!!! No one apologized, or bothered to explain why my technician was already busy when she should have been available when I walked in!!!! My tech, Julie, is really good, but I DEPLORE POOR SERVICE. I most likely will NEVER be back here again!!!!

I been comming here for a while they do a decent job nothing special, they dont really do designs and the only decent teq is Danny they dnt listen to direction good either kinda like they will do them the way they want ! I really wish we could have more American nail shops o make appointment and stop it wit 55 mins and all they say is sorry this is not good costumer service at all !

15 dollars for toe polish only do not come here

I came here about to weeks ago for a gel polish change. The service was just okay, but after a week, the corner of one of my nails started to lift. I will probably not return.
