I was very impressed with the level of detail they took with my nails. They were very nice and friendly. I will return. They took their time to go over each nail and ensured I was pleased with my service along the way. I would recommend them. Only issue is that they dont take credit cards, cash only or Zelle.

They don’t accept credit cards. Huge inconvenience. They accept cash and zelle or Venmo. I didn’t like that. They don’t have the enamel hardening spray to dry regular nail polish faster. Other than that it’s a very clean early opening nail salon. Decent service.

I’ve been a customer for more than 10 years. On average I go once a month. I’ve been pleased every single visit. I actually have moved away from Charlotte but I travel back to see friends and have a mani pedi while I’m there.

Never going back. The lady made me bleed on 6/10 nails and I had to take 3 ibuprofen afterwards bc my nails were so swollen & sore.

I walked in as a new customer and they stated they only take cash. I said that’s fine and that I wanted to get SNS. They later asked if I had an appointment after I said it was my first time. I said no and they shared they could not take me. It seemed odd to be booked and unavailable on a Tuesday afternoon! No impressed and I won’t be back!

Cheap and great service.

Only gave it one star because it was about ten nail techs in there and nobody does eyebrow wax, but of course it is offered as a service.

Walked in without calling and was told it would be a long wait since I didnt call. A costumer called and came in after us and got service before us. Very rude.
