I have only gotten pedicures here, and they have always been amazing. I have gotten Teresa as my tech a few times and she’s been great!

Excellent experience. I wish I got the nail technicians name but she was great. Great service and her personality was outstanding. Definitely will go back to get her name so she can be bragged about properly.

I like the layout of this place. Its relatively large, theh play good music (R&B) and its relatively quiet. I HATE going to nail salons that are loud, people talking a lot, etc. I go to sit in those fantastic massage chairs and relax.

I love this salon. Great atmosphere. They have good customer service skills. I love Ronald. He is great with nails and great conversations. Jenny and Michelle are good with feet. They appreciate their customers.

Just moved to South Charlotte and needed new nail salon. They have been fantastic and i would highly recommend. Very friendly and you can tell they take pride in their work. Incredibly detailed manicure and they don’t rush with Gel so sets well and doesn’t pull up at cuticles like other ones I’ve had. Got my last gel mani over 2 weeks ago and it still looked great when I can to get it redone. They also do lashes and eye brows including tinting.

Awesome place. I enjoyed the pedicure and the people are also entertaining. Tri and Kim are GREAT! They were much appreciated and even had patience with me as I had a toddler in my lap. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

My first experience: I went for my birthday fill-in and pedicure. The salon is aesthetically beautiful!  The staff was really nice. My pedicure is very pretty but later that evening while walking in my boots (3 inches), the balls of my feet were on fire! Ive never had that happen before. I think the person that did my fill-in was new. I asked for rhinestones as a design on the ring fingernails and I got glitter. I kept it, but i hate it!!  Also, a few days later my cuticles have been a little sensitive and irritated. I dont know if I will try this place again. The place that I went to prior to this just sent me a 10% off for my birthday. I think thats a nice gesture. They are a little farther away but I may just stick with them.

They are awesome at what they do and operate to truly high standards of care in service and cleanliness at all times.

I got cats eye and one confetti nail and theyre absolutely gorgeous. The tech took his time and was meticulous about every detail. Never had my nails look so perfect.

Love this place..nice and clean and friendly atmosphere.

Normally I come here and the service is okay however the last few times I visited the wait and communication has been awful. I will not be returning I waited over an hour this time with my feet in cold water and no one serviced me nor checked on me to see if I was fine. Many people who came after me were getting serviced before me. I refuse to spend my money where I am treated poorly.

Whatever you do.. DO NOT ALLOW MICHELLE close to your eyebrows!! She destroyed one of my eyebrows on the day of my sister birthday dinner. Then had the nerve to be rude. She does a rush job on your nails so they are hit or miss with quality.. I would NOT recommend this shop..

Beautiful nails salon, she did great job on my nails and my pedicure.

I was recommended to this place by a coworker. I drive 1 hour to sit for 1.5 hours. Went to to the restroom for 5 min and they took someone that came 30 min after me. The female techs were rude nasty and when the tech that did my nails finished she just complained about how long shes been waiting for a break. I can understand that but thats for management or nc board of labor to deal with. Then she smudged my nail and blamed me. Instead of fixing it she walked off and said you just dont want me to go to lunch. The older gentleman fixed my nail and he was the only friendly one. If im spending my hard earned money ylthe last thing i want to be treated like is an inconvenience. I definitely will not go back. The employees need a break schedule and an attitude adjustment.

The salon itself is SO nice, great chairs and great massage. The pedicure my boyfriend and I had was so nice and relaxing. Manicures were so perfect and detailed - I have a broken hand and he was patient and gentle enough to do mine completely pain free! Great customer service, friendly, welcoming and they spend time having good conversation with you!!! We found our new spot!!!

I have been with this place for almost 2 yrs and I have to say goodbye. It doesnt matter whether I paid $35 for a full set or $65 IT NEVER LAST! At least 3 nails break at the shaft regardless of what Im doing. This company products can not withstand everyday house cleaning! I recently paid the most Ive ever paid for nails and they literally lasted a week!!!! I never have this issue anywhere else. The staff is great which is why I stayed for so long.

I stumbled upon this salon on my way somewhere else and decided to give it a try. I recognized some of the employees from doing my nails in the past. They all have ten or more years of experience. Michelle did my pedicure and it was great! The service was outstanding and I didn’t have to wait at all. They had drinks and so many new colors to choose from. The prices were great too. Highly recommend!

The entire staff is AMAZING, Angie did a fantastic job. Very inviting atmosphere, clean and well ventilated. Angie had done my manicure/pedicure before, I choose to wait for her again; time well spent. Prices are very competitive to other salons, service is better!

I have visited this nail salon two times within the last 6months. I had no issues with scheduling an appointment. My nail technician was ready and available when I walked through the door. They were professional, polite and engaged in conversation with customers. I had zero issues with my nails on both occasions. On my 1st visit☝🏽I received the services of a full set with gel polish. On my 2nd visit, I received the services of “overlay”. On both occasions, None of my nails “popped off”’nor did my “gel polish chip”.The only thing I did not appreciate was during my second visit, I was charged an additional $3.00 because I was told I had to buy their filing & buffer kit because they want each customer to have their own kit due to COVID-19. You must bring this kit or something similar to theirs when you come to your appointment. I also was NOT verbally advised of this “additional $3.00 charge” before or during the time of scheduling for my 2nd Appt nor was this procedure imposed upon customers to “purchase their filing / buffing kit” required when they originally reopened due to the pandemic. My technician had already begun the services so I told her I would pay the additional $3.00, on top of the charge for my nail services plus my tip.Another concern I have about Premium Nails & Spa is that you can ONLY LEAVE A TIP with your technician via CASH or send it directly to your technician via CASH APP. You cannot leave a tip on your receipt 🧾 for your overall total. I don’t mind leaving a CASH tip or having an additional $3.00 charge imposed upon me as a customer but I wish I were informed of this procedure “while or during” the time “of when I called” and made my appointment or perhaps inform customers of additional charges before services begin?. Hence the 4-star rating.

This nail salon is amazing! Very clean and sanitary. Michelle and the manager Amanda are wonderful, all the staff members are very polite and helpful Emma, Nina, are also staff members that I have known for a long time.The are a full service nail salon that offers all services I go their especially for eyelashes, tinting, eyebrows and threading. Affordable prices and great products. Check them out you will not be disappointed!!

The BEST pedicure Ive had in a very long time, my feet are so soft. They made sure the polish looked flawless. Amanda was simply AMAZING with my nails.

My wife goes here regularly and is always pleased, they help her with an in grown toe nail as well for which she ia eternally grateful. She took me along for a pedicure and i honestly wish they would have spent more time removing my callouses, i would have been happy to pay extra. I just came home with very smooth callouses. Aside from that, the facility is top notch and the staff is very friendly!

Beautiful inside but the service needs improvement. My 13 year old daughter and I went in to try it out they insisted that we sit completely across the room from each other. Then I asked for gel polish on my toes that matched what I had chosen for my hands and it was completely off color. I always get SNS with gel polish over the finished powder. I assumed this was standard procedure as I had never had anything different done. After she finished my nails I asked if she was going to use gel polish and she stated no that wasn’t how she does it. Then told me if I wanted it like that to let her know next time. Also she left the ends of my nails so sharp they cut my face as I was brushing the hair out of my eyesThe price I paid with the 20% off grand opening special was well over the caliber of service that I received. There won’t be a next time for her to do my nails CORRECTLY and as I expected them to be done. The young lady Jenny that did my daughters nails was an amazing tech. Too bad they aren’t all like her.

My nails broke after 3 days, she also cut 2 of my fingers. I went back to fix my broken nails and they did a TERRIBLE job at fixing them. they gave me an attitude for wanting my nails fixed. Too expensive for the poor job they did.

First time in As I’m new to the area and the manager Ronald greeted me with a smile and kind hello. Michelle did a great job and had me put in less than an hour not missing the mark on quality. she had mentioned they had only been open a little over a week. Mindy, Jenny, Linda and Cindy were very nice and kept the other customers smiling with their laughter! I Will be back since it’s only 5 mins from my home.. Michelle is the best she said she had 20 yrs of experience ... all of the staff was super nice and it was sparkling clean in the salon! So I went and got my nails done and Mindy was awesome she did excellent. The lady who did my tinting on my eyebrows was horrible I have scabs under my brows and they are uneven. Horrible experience

Worst Service Ever, so as a guy who gets pedicures weekly I have never felt so ignored in my life. I watched three females enter the shop and all three were acknowledge immediately, I waited for 30 minutes before anyone said anything to me. Do Better!!!!!!

I was told at the front desk SNS manicure would be $35. When I sat down to do my nails the lady told me $40. I proceeding to get my nails done thinking whats an extra $5 going to do. All I know when I was done, I was not going back! She cut me with an electric buffer and the work she did was basic. I had to tell her to cut two hang nails off as they were visibly visible. She did not do a proper manicure and left all my cuticles.

Today service was awesome Thank u soooooooo much Michelle and Jenny your service was awesome. The place was very nice and clean great service. My husband and I were very pleased!

I thought I give it try since it grand opening special but I was dearly wrong. I got the older lady name Michelle and I wasn’t happy because she cut me multiple place during my pedicure. I’m heading to the doctor, hope it’s not infected .
