Not so satisfied with my visit here. The ladies was really nice but they rushed on my nails. I got SNS like I always do and it didn’t come out great! This was my first time here, she was too busy trying to work on three people at one time. My nail shapes are uneven and it’s very blocky looking. I really wished she just took her time and didn’t rush on my nails because she was very nice but I won’t ever be returning here again!!!!

I have been to Luxury Nails several times this year. They are always prompt and seem to appreciate my business. I’m always happy with my pedicure and my manicures. I plan to continue having my nails done at Luxury Nails for the foreseeable future.

I had to soak my nails for over 45 minutes to get SNS and I had in the acetone for so long one of my nails broke off!!! Your supposed to wrap in tin foil but the lady was rushing to do everyone else so she didn’t take the time to do it right. This is my last time coming here! Either hire more people or at least give quality service.

This is my 3 rd time going to Luxury Nails. The 1st time I had a great experience, the 2 nd time was so so and the 3 rd time was awful. In my three experiences I’ve noticed that they cater more to the Caucasian customers. I spend my money the same way they do and should be treated equally as well. Today, was my 3 rd time going there and I wanted SNS. I was told to soak my nails for over 30 mins because they were so busy. If you look at the pictures you can see the end result. My hand had all can of stuff on it and I had to complain for her to take it off. The nail tech blamed the last person that did my nails ( of course she would). Instead of putting in an effort to do my nails so was rushing to get them done because she had a family behind me waiting. I want to make this brief and short. I blame myself for coming back after the second time. I literally had to walk out. Luxury Nails you just lost a customer.

The absolute SAFEST nail salon during the COVID-19 pandemic. Everything in the salon is pristine clean, I cannot rave about it enough. They EVEN Have manicure and pedicure specials for $30 during this time to help out. They are professional they are kind and they are clean. If you need your nails done for the holidays, don’t go anywhere else.

I was recommended this place by a friend! Best nail place I have ever been. Every time I go back they remember me by name. The owner is so sweet and kind. I asked her for a pretty light purple and she chose the perfect color for me. I highly recommend this place. They are very safe during Covid times and the prices are great!!!

Have been there 2Times. Once for a friends girls day out..got a mani..pedi. It was good..but they suggested gel for$$$more so I said ok..it was suppose to make my nails polish last longer..umm so no it didnt..my nails actually started chipping. After 4 months...I again went to meet up with the same friend yesterday..I got a pedi..came out good..lady seemed mad or not in the mood. Also had a fill with 2 nails.I had my nails done on mothers day somewhere else. She asked what shape.I said coffin..same as the other 8. During the fill she was telling me I should not leave my nails without out fills for so long..because they were growing fungus...and i should come back after fills and instead of getting more fills i get a new set...I was confused because I just had them done not too long ago..I came to realize..it had been dirt from gardening..thats why my nails fell.....nd of story..NOT GOING BACK. I left with rough edges..not buffed on the sides and def.Not the same as the others..I wish she would of told me she didnt know how to do the same style...if that was the case. During she seemed rushed and careless during filing. IM NOT ONE TO COMPLAIN..TOTALLY AGREE MY FAULT FOR NOT SPEAKING UP!!!I realized the nails were jacked up in the car..I had my hungry lil daughter and it was raining hard. Awkwardly we saw the lady during lunch..I wanted to say something..but just figured.Not like they will refund..i dont want to go back..they can keep the 20!Please see images..the first hand is the ones they did..my Right hand.. the index and middle finger are the ones they did. The Left hand were already there from previous place. Style is coffin.

Top Notch ServiceThey really make you feel better after receiving service here. The prices cant be beat and they offer wine or sodas while receiving service. I would definitely return.

I am extremely picky about who I let touch my nails and I have been a return customer for over a year now! If you like SNS on your nails, this is your place. I always get SNS dip and a pedicure. Absolutely fair prices and quality work. Not to mention they remember my name and details about my life every time I visit. 10/10 would recommend!

This salon is a hidden gem. The staff is extremely friendly and willing to go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. The glass of wine they give you with your service doesnt hurt, either! Today was my second visit and I will continue to come back.

This is the best nail salon ever if you want to be treated like family. The review from Heather Lewis is just all lies, I was there when she was (because most people that come there have apts way in advance) and none of that is true. I have been a loyal customer for years and drive far to get there, but I will never go anywhere else.

Everyone was so friendly. Henry did a great job on my nails. It was a little hard to find but awesome experience once you find it.

LOVE the nail services! Not a fan of the waxing services though. I went for a full leg wax once & there was wax everywhere on the wax cart & the wax stick was double dipped several times, which contaminates the wax pot. As it turns out, I also still dont like waxing after all this time, but thats just me. But! The nail services are so great. I seriously feel like I missed my calling as a hand model. Christi does a beautiful job every time with my SNS nails.

My sister and I decided to go get pedicures because we were both off today. We went to this place because of the reviews and it was near us. We found designs on Google, nothing too complicated, just typical lines and flowers for my sis and stripes for me with a small design on the big toes. The Nail Tech if I can call her that, immediately tells us they dont do designs on nails, just very basic designs. She hadnt even asked to see the designs to see if it was else something someone else could do or not. Then she rudely asks me so do you still want to get it or no. My response was No, and My sister and I happily took our money to the nicest upscale nail salon Ive experienced. Cachet Nail Boutique was great and very courteous. Luxury Nails did give good customer service to the other customers in the salon who fit a very different demographic than we did. Not saying thats why we were treated like an after thought but Im pretty sure it was. Overall, I appreciate them for that because I may have never found my new favorite Nail Salon Cachet Boutique. 😊

Enjoyed my Mani/Pedi in a nice clean atmosphere. Employees very friendly and welcoming. Gave 4 stars only because employee doing my hands didnt really focus on filing my fingernails, leaving them a bit rough and uneven. Otherwise a great experience.

Im a really picky person and I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and how friendly everyone was. My nails look better than they have in a very long time. The price was very reasonable. The guy who did my nails said they are Under New Management and I dont know how it was before but its great now. I hope they keep up the wonderful service

I have been getting my nails done here for 3 years. They do a great job and will always try to work you in. I usually drop in and dont have to wait (very busy on the weekends so I just avoid the weekends) Henry and his wife are very kind.I moved to the other side of town but i still drive 25 min just to go to them vs other places Ive tried.

And after he found out I only wanted a fill in he pushed me off to somebody else and put others that came in after me BEFORE me ! Such a nice place! All the nail techs were very attentive and friendly. Kim spent about 15 minutes to match my toe nail color to my gel color and it matches perfectly! Also free wine is always a bonus!

I had been going to cachet on south Blvd years and moved away from the uptown area and needed a new nail salon. The place is unassuming and easy to miss on park road. I was pleasantly surprised by the kindness of my nail tech. She did a great job on my fill in and nail repair. Decent selection of gel polish colors. Fill in, cut down, nail repair and gel polish was $38. Very affordable, especially for the quality. Pedicures are $20 although the I have not tried this service yet, the other nail tech appeared not in a rush and appeared to be doing quality job. New acrylic set with gel polish and shape is $50. They also soak your acrylics off if you are squeamish about them getting pulled off as I am. Hidden gem!

I visited for the first time today, and I was very impressed by the owners’ professionalism, apparent relationships with customers whom they knew by name, and the end result of my gel manicure. They offered me a complimentary beverage, a back massage, and a special to add a pedicure to my gel manicure for just $15 more. I will be back!

Went in for SNS: $40 + tip = $48.. Yes, I still tipped 20% because I know what it’s like working in the service industry, but wow.. I love the shape and color of my nails, and they were kind enough to offer me water when I had a tickle in my throat. That’s the extent of the positives though. She was so rushed that she squirted some lotion on my hand, said have a great day, good bye and walked away before I even gave her my card to pay for it. Had to wait a few minutes for her to come back to let me pay. Talk about awkward. The area around my cuticles looks pretty bad in comparison to the last place I went to; they’re uneven with some of the edges around my nail appearing to be exposed. And there were small clumps of SNS sticking to the skin on my finger, which was a first for me. Had to get nail clippers to cut it off. I used to get SNS every two weeks before moving to Charlotte, and I never had that happen at my old nail salon. Then again, they were pretty great. Perhaps makes me a little biased towards my experience at luxury nails. Also, they don’t do any kind of massage afterwards here, where other places I’ve been to will do a hand, arm and shoulder massage. To me, that’s what makes it worth spending almost $50 to get your nails done. It’s meant to be relaxing, not rushed and uncomfortable.Now taking this all with a grain of salt, they did have 3 people walk in back to back, and only 2 employees were working at the time. Pretty sure they were regulars based off of her reaction to the new guest arrivals. However, she was rushing before anyone else came in, and from my point of view, I’m just as important as the people who literally just walked in. Taking an extra couple of minutes to end with quality service would have been appreciated.

Family pedicure done on 6/14. 3 of us seated promptly but only one pedi done at a time while others soaked:. Last in party had gel on and the technician (who sported a toenail in his hair) did not know how to remove the gel, so he went in the back room. After additional 10 min owner came over with Dremel and removed gel. Requested a different tech, but was stuck with toenail head. Left with top coat covering my cuticles. Would not recommend.

First coming to this salon. The tech was very friendly. I came for a pedicure, which suppose to be at least 40 minutes. She was done in less than 30 minutes thats including the polish. She did such a rush job. Not happy all! Especially since I work in the beauty industry.

Very pleased with there services. I came around 6:50pm on a Saturday for a pedicure and has a great experience. They were very nice and had wonderful customer service which I really have not experienced much from a nail salon. My pedi was not rushed at all and I will definitely be back very soon. Like someone elses review said this salon is a hidden gem. Also they have a good selection of colors.

It was this best ever!!! I enjoyed the staff and my nails look awesome!!! I got the added neck and upper back massage and it was very nice and feeling really relaxed now!!!

My dad and I popped into this place on a whim. We both got pedicures and I got an acrylic fill. The pedicures were amazing esp for the price! I was shocked lol! They took their time with every person even though it was crowded which I appreciated. They also did a great job on my nails! I will definitely return. If you don’t want to wait I wouldn’t come on a Saturday though lol.

I love this place! They really know what they are doing. I had gotten SNS for months before coming here, but always felt it was bumpy and the shine would dull. Luxury nails uses the official SNS system and its so smooth, and stays perfectly shiny until its time to re-do it. Great quality service and very friendly staff. Very good experience here and very affordable services. A pedicure ran me $20 and a fill in with gel polish ran me another $35. At least 5-10 dollars cheaper than other nail salons. This is my new favorite nail place! Mondays-Wednesdays they always have 10% off, which makes a mani/pedi very affordable. They are nice, the salon is very clean (they wear scrubs!), the environment is calm & quiet. They have a good selection of both Essie & OPI colors, and lots of gel colors as well. During the standard manicure, they give you a back massage!

The staff here is great and an amazing pedi for $20 you cannot beat it.

My cuticle were not cut down at all. The gel polish job had messy edges and uneven thickness. Peeled off on the 3rd day and what stayed on turned a horrible color! Bad experience.

I would never go back here again. They finished a gel mani + pedi in 40 minutes. No attention to detail, hardly massaged, and polish is terrible.

Very friendly staff who speak good english. This is my second pedicure in two days (first was at avalon at southpark mall-absolutely terrible) this pedicure far surpassed. She took her time removed all dead skin and calluses and evened my nails out. All my toes even looked the same color qhen ahe was finished with no polish on my skin! She scrbbed dead skin with good pressure but not painful. Overall I would rate this a great pedicure experience with very good pricing.
