SLOPPY!!I went yesterday (7/16/21). They dont adhere to their appointment times. My appointment was scheduled at 11:30, they didnt start on my nails until 12. On top of that, my nails are crooked and they got gel all over the base which I had to peel off. I will not be going there again.

Dilworth Nail Salon is a gem of a nail salon located in Dilworth but close proximity to South End. This salon has an incredible staff who is always very attentive to your needs. I have been coming here for years now and haven’t left since my first experience here. The pricing of their services is something that is hard to find in this upscale area. They do an incredible job for such a reasonable price. You will never overpay for a service here and I always leave happier than when I came in. I would highly recommend this place to everyone looking for a great service at a great price.

I’ve been to many nail salons in Charlotte and they are truly the best! I’ve had issues with gel or SNS lasting two weeks and Romeo, the owner, figured out the best thing for my nails. It’s truly like a family here! Highly recommend !

Romeo and his whole staff always do a great job with my SNS manicures and above and beyond, provide great customer service and a very warm, welcoming environment. It feels like family walking in to see Romeo, Ms K and everyone else! I cannot recommend Dilworth Nails enough!!!

I love doing my nails with Romeo and Kay. They always welcome me with a smile and I feel amongst friends. However, they are always super professional. Great value for the services they provide.

Hands down the best pedicure I have ever received. They rubbed on my legs and feet for no joke, 45 minutes straight. It was heaven! I got basic polish on my toes and gel on my fingers, nothing crazy or fancy. The staff was very nice and helpful. The only part I did not love what the shower curtains hanging everywhere. Hopefully they will be able to take those down soon. This was the first salon I have been to that I have seen that. Credit card machine was down so we had to use Venmo. This was a pain for my friend since she has never used Venmo before, but we got it done.

They are amazing and everyone is so sweet the second you walk in the door. Tracy and her mom were so personable and did a fantastic job. They also have a huge selection of sns colors!

I went to the nail salon for the first time for SNS and a pedicure, the pedicure was very good and I enjoyed that. The people were also very friendly and it seemed like a good atmosphere. I got my SNS done and the process was a little different than what I was used to, but I figured it would be fine. About a week later my SNS was already chipping and starting to lift off my nails. I have been having this done at another salon for the last year and never had this kind of problem. I switched salons because mine moved about 20 mins further away and it was hard getting there. I called to let the salon know what was happening and the woman I spoke with told me to come in the next day and that she would fix it, she didnt sound super happy about it and told that, that never happened before. I went in the next day at the time I was told to come and was informed that the lady I had spoken with was out that day having had an emergency. Fine. That happens. Instead of offering to have someone else make the issue right, the man I spoke to was very rude and dismissive, barely looking at me and telling me he didnt know when she was coming back and that I should just try to come the next day and see. No apology, no offer to try and schedule with anyone else, nothing. Just dismissed. I paid $45 dollars for SNS that lasted almost a week. Needless to say I will not be going back to this salon and will just have to plan to drive the extra distance to my previous salon where they do things correctly or fix them if something goes wrong.

Best place to go get my nails done. Since I found it I am never leaving them. They clean you up and do whatever design you like, with tons of colors to choose from. Love it here

I feel like you always need to go to a place twice, to really know what it’s like! I’ve been twice now and love this place! They have done a wonderful job both times! The girls are fun and it’s a very relaxed atmosphere!

I wouldn’t dream of going elsewhere after having globby, uneven gel polish from several other “recommended” places. Kay (owner), Romeo (owner), and Mimi are my go-tos but I’d trust my nails with anyone in a pinch. I’ve been coming here for years for a reason - keep up the great work, y’all :)

Kay and Romeo are amazing....they have the best nail techs in Charlotte. If you want to feel accepted by the staff and in a warm, family-like environment, this is the place to go! I wont go to any other nail salons.

Thus is my favorite nail salon in charlotte. It doesnt look like much, but they do an exponentially better job than other shops. The women and men who work there are so friendly and make it a fun experience. Wont lie it isnt cheap, especially pink and white acrylics but its worth it. Ill be back for sure.

Got a French acrylic done here and it was awful. Just terrible, he didnt even ask how long I wanted my nails to be. He just snipped them so short, when I asked for long in the beginning and filed them so terribly it looked crooked that I had to come home and fix them. Im never coming back there again.
