First time there,had a great experience. My technician was very friendly, social and did an excellent job with my pedicure. She was gentle but relaxing and detailed. I was also happy she knew the technician I used to go to. She did a great job just like her! I will be returning!

I love coming here! They always do a fantastic job on my nails. Ive been to other nail salons and this is by far the best place to go. I will drive out of my way just to come here. Customer service is amazing aswell. You will get great nails and service here.

They are very attentive, but this is the third time theyve changed the price. There is no set prices for the exact same services.The first I was charged $30, the second time $25 and this time she asked was $40. I am sorry. You cannot run a business this way.

Always a pleasure to come here! They have been here since the 90’s and most of their customers are loyal regulars. It is so kind to see them keep pictures of family and clients up, you just don’t see that anymore at these new salons with big fancy decor. Lots of glammed up chain salons out there and this is not that type of place- they treat you like family as you continue to come.

Hardworking staff, very efficient and attention to detail. The location is near a lot of things as well. They take their time with each client and provide excellent service. This isn’t the new nail salons now where it has over 20 pedicure chairs and you have over 20 employees. Three sisters run this salon and it’s great. They remember each of their clients and make sure everybody is taken care of. Definitely a good local nail salon in the Charlotte/Matthews area.

Old and out dated. Waited 45 mins for her to say she couldnt do a simple pink and white ombre. Wasted money on a lyft and time sitting there for no reason. Never again.

Marys pedicure skills are the best in Charlotte. She pays attention to detail and does an exceptional job. They have created an atmosphere which is client driven. Easy to work with!!

THE WORST EVER! I asked tech not to rush & she started screaming at me so the entire shop could hear her response & welcomed me to leave. I asked her to lower her voice. She continued & was finished before the other clients that started their service 5-10 min before she started on me. Needless to say i paid & asked her not to polish my nails. Ghetto clients must be their average clientele.

I love this place Mrs. Brenda and her staff (i dont know the ladies names yet) are great, they are so nice that make you feel at home! I go as a Mother - Daughter relaxing time and we both never leave disappointed!!

Stopped in without an appt for basic mani pedi and find staff to be incredibly attentive, welcoming, and fair priced. It had been years since I treated myself but was going overseas on vacation with lots of sandals packed. Ill definitely be back. Nice neighborhood salon where staff and customers seemed to know one another but were typical southern friendly to strangers, too.

Used to love this place but they change prices according to how they feel then give some lame excuse about why!! Ill never go back... Find somewhere else that wont try and hustle you

I wouldn’t recommend this place. They are completely over priced for average service. I paid $50 for two services that any other place would’ve totaled to $35. I paid $10 for a color change on my toes which is average but then $40 for an ACRYLIC FILL IN, with gel polish, which is usually a $25 service . I would only recommend this place if you are in a hurry.

Friendly Hardworking Staff! The shop location is also very convenient with fast food shops like pizza hut and even a movie theater!

I’m not sure why they charge more than other places! I have to agree with some reviews they’re overpriced. Nails are a bit bumpy and uneven, not going back. For a $30 Full Set my nails should look better then what they look like.

If you walk-in, you are “guaranteed” to get an excuse of why they can’t do your nails ! Another lady walked in and they gave her an iffy face on what she wanted and told her to come back! I Waited 30 min for them to attend me only for the lady to complain about how long it would take for them to even do my nails! I left and took my money elsewhere!! Never again!

My manicure lasted less than 24 hours(VINALUX), my nail bed was destroyed, shape was uneven and no attention whatsoever. They dont even give u disposable flip flops, they let u walk bare feet from pedi station to nail ones and from there to wash your hands. Have no idea what people were raving about
