I enjoy going here for my toes and nails. Today Claudia did my set and could practice more on Polish. I think if I got a gel set she would have killed it! I would go back to her just for gel. I still liked my set because she got the shape and acrylic perfectly. Other than that I still like this nail shop. Tommy the owner is welcoming as always!

Very nice... got lashes and eyebrow tint from Mallory. In and out great customer service and she did a good job. Tint shouldve been a little stronger then i wouldve given a five star review. Will definitely go back

Nice atmosphere manager does nails as well but not good. I just wanted a French set and it ended being about an hour. One of the nails wouldn’t stick instead of trying a new nail he packed it in with acrylic leaving a gap between my real nail and tip, Not to mention my nails are pretty bad ...I didn’t realize how bad until the next day when my acrylic was already rising just from doing the dishes. They give you 5 days to go back and get a touch up for free. But I just wanted the entire set off and redo. Nice people just need a lil bit more effort and passion for it.

Tom Tom nice n friendly but did not do nails well.gel nail came off after one day n then they started coming off one by one,after one week all cane off. Then my nails started splitting n cracking.

Absolutely love this place! Great services and friendly staffs. I havent never written a review so far til now. They recently do many improvements from customer services to quality. Clean, no overwhelming odor, good selection of polish colors. They always welcome me with a drink. Especially, they are now offering the eyebrow henna which can save me hours every morning not late at work. Definitely be back!

It was my first time here and Genesis did a 10/10 job on my full set. Took a little less than an hour & a half, which is perfect. Great conversation, clean, nice. Will definitely be returning.

Awesome place to get nails and toes done they are great at waxing too. All there services are awesome. All the ladys are nice and friendly. Ms. Kathy is so wonderful she is a great listener too. They have lots of colors to choose from and there designs are so pretty. Everytime i come in always busy but knows how to get people in and out great and looking good. Been going here for a year and very happy.

I came in to get sns nails.. I was In The salon for about an hour and a half. My nails are shaped crazy.. I have cracks in the color,I wish I could upload a picture. 😫😔 the only saving grace is that the customer service is good and the establishment is clean. I think that there needs to be some training on technique and skills

This place needs to be closed down for a day so they can train on eye brows and eyelashes. These girl have no clue what they are doing. Eyes brows are not leveled. Eye lashes are falling off before I can even get to my car. The owner is a sweetheart. He just needs people in there that knows what they are doing.

I’ve been there only 2 times giving this place a chance. But after the second visit I will definitely not go back. One of the girls there I don’t know her name but she put super thick acrylic on the nails and all sloppy. And she don’t file the way customers tell her. She files the shape she wants to. Then when you try to speak up she catches an attitude! I had to literally tell her to stop and I requested another girl which had to correct the mess she created. Worst place I’ve ever been to. I can’t see how anybody approves that place!

I havent been to this place in a while. The staff was very friendly. They got my daughter and I in right away. It was quick and they took their time giving us quality service. My feet were in great need of a pedicure and when I left my feet looked amazing and beach ready!!! Thank you!

Nail tech was nice...but they fought over who would do my nails, and there was only 2 other customers!!! Did not feel like my business was appreciated. Took forever to get nails done...and only 2 other customers! Really disappointed since I’d heard that they did good work...will NOT return

New manager in the last year and much more organized and welcoming atmosphere. Technicians are excellent about listening to what you want done. Only negative was trying to be upsold on additional services.

I was very excited when I first came....then I came back a 2nd time, and not even 5 days after a pedicure, my polish came off...not happy. The ladies there are great, they just need to update their nail polish ASAP. Very dark colors. Also, the manger could be more friendly.

I got a full set and gel it was $50...the manager said they went up in pricing because they have better quality gel polish ...After 1 week my nails started turning brown and peeling. I went back to tell him about my nails and he states only guarantee nail for six days after I told him it’s only been a week. After coming here a yr this will be my last time. New management is not always good 👎🏾

New manager but still bad customer service. Got gel nails and in one day they were already chipping. I went back the next day and the girl that dis my nails the day before was not in. Another girl was helping me find the color and the new manager/owner told her to start on a pedicure for someone else and didnt offer to help. I left and WILL NOT be back. This is many on my bad experiences here in the past several years.

This was my first time at elite nails and I loved it. Kathy did a wonderful job on my manicure and Ingrid did a fantastic job on my pedicure. I will for sure be going there everytime I need something done

The owner Kathy is very rude!!!! I normally would just go for a pedicure. I dont trust anyone with my nails except my nail tech. I needed to do a soaked off on my nails, Instead of Kathy soaking off my nails she manually took the acrylic off ( which was very painful) she kept saying that a soak off would take too long which is a lie. Then she suggested that I put on gel polish to strengthen my nails. My nails were already weak from the acrylic. I told her putting anything else on my nails would do more harm then good. This establishment has no clue what good customer service is or any knowledge on nail health. Stay away !!!!!

I went in for a simple polish change, there was no other customers in the salon when I arrived but the nail tech that serviced me seemed to be in a rush ... I hate when I’m paying you to provide a service and you are rushing to complete it I’d prefer you not wait on me at all....in the future I will always have an appointment with my chosen nail tech.... if I even return😡☹️

I trust this salon and all the young ladies who work there. Kathy only hires and allows staff who know what theyre doing. If I could get a pedicure here every week I would take advantage ! My husband only allows 1 every other week . The gel polish was a great replacement for the acrylic nails. No damage ! The only damage that can be caused is if you peel them off and they warn you not to so. I was told that the gel polish would not harm your nails - it will. My nails never break, but after using the gel polish twice, two of them broke. Aso, while I was having a manicure, someone else came in and the girl just left me sitting there while they took care of the other customer. Not a good way to do business. I will not go there again.

Kathy the owner us the worst! She has the worst attitude! Her and her associates swiped my card twice for 1 service and double charged me and when I bought it to her attention she got irate and told me to leave her shop! I wish I could give 0 stars!

Dont recommend going here. My acrylics were done on top of my skin so that getting them off required me to rip off my skin. The owner is very rude. They market the acrylics on weekdays as $20 when you get in and ask for what you want them to look like they change the price to $30 if they are not short and square.

Worst freaking nail shop ive ever been to in my life . First of all they didnt great me until like15 minutes after being in the shop I got there at like 6:15 unaware that they close at 7 Im from Louisville Ky and nail shops usually close at 8 or 9 .. Anyway they asked what I needed done I told them a pedicure and a fill in they did my fill in and when I asked about my pedicure they said no because they were close .. Ill never go back there again I almost lost my composure but because God was with me I didnt .. Other than that I do not recommend this nail shop to anyone oh and they were rushing people out the shop Ive never seen anything like it before
