Everything was very good. The young lady Dunia was extremely very helpful in helping me and I would highly recommend her to help anyone looking to rent in Tatum apartments.

Zero, nothing positive to say about this place. There is no maintenance men when you need things done to your apartment. I had a A/C leak that leaked into the wall and created a big hole in my water in my kitchen, to the point where the wall was caving in and the surrounding areas as well too. There has always been a big problem with bugs, we have sprayed and had professionals come out, and tge professionals said its in the walls. Just today my children was racial profile when taking the trash out but the management team, this place is the worse. Please dont move here at all.

Definitely leasing here in the fall. Floorplan is nice an open and pricing is great. Staff was super friendly and made me feel welcomed. This would be my qst apartment and they walked me through the entire process.

I love the price and was looking to lease until we took a tour and there was roaches all over the place dead and live ones!!! Im not sure if thats all the apartments or just the one we saw but we had to pass on this place

Lets get one part straight, from my experience I have never seen the insides of this property. But my girlfriend currently resides in a unit that has a creepy crawly problem. There coming from the walls. And now it looks like since her stuff stays there all day, that they have been crawling inside her stuff as well. To be fair they havent responded quickly to the issue because my girl works so hard you dont understand. (Side note i love her to death so this is killing me but) She has three jobs and is legit gone all day. She leaves the house 5a only to return at 11p. So there isnt much time for her to get a call in to the office in time. I plan on calling them in the morning to get some things looked into as soon as possible. To keep this short and sweet the one star is for the pest control issue that should have been resolved before move-in.

This by far is the WORST apt complex I have ever lived in. After 2 days of staying here, I was ready to pack me and my kids things up and move out. First off theres nothing but dirty, filthy Mexicans who live here that throw trash any and everywhere. The property itself is absolutely disgusting. The maintenance do nothing but walk around all day pretending like they are doing work and arent doing anything. They dont even mow the grass (where theres still grass at). The office staff does nothing but lie to you until you get moved in, after that forget it!!!. STAY AWAY from this property.

I do not recommend this place. Old furniture old folder my deck all match. At the beginning, other maintenance personnel were solving them, they left, it is a chaos. I have 15 days of an order with my stove that is old that does not serve a window and they do not come. In front of the split deck, water spills inside. And they have come 2 times and wait to know when the third time to fix .. still waiting for that. Doors do not close. Cockroaches Tina comes off paint when you bathe. Omg almost everything is bad. The only good thing about the reception girl and the old maintenance ones.
