Regret... That is what I feel about signing a lease with this place. I would end it early if I could but of course thats nearly impossible. The management is the absolute worst. Impossible for them to ever even answer a call or actually help with anything. Every issue I have had they just say sorry we cant do anything about that. No one really keeps up with the outside and all entrances smell like pure urine. Its disgusting. For what we pay, its not worth it. Do yourself a favor and live somewhere... anywhere else.
PLEASE HEED WARNING:Although this complex is in close proximity to the light rail and seems like an ideal place to live at in Charlotte that could not be further from the truth. The truth is the management is practically nonexistent with maybe one person to take tours onsite every now and then but as far as maintenance, up keeping cleanliness of the common areas or any other general concerns good luck finding help from management. Aside from management, security is another major issue with the complex as the parking garage gates even the side entrance doors occasionally will be left wide open for weeks on end allowing anybody and everybody access to the building. Top it all off with rowdy/obnoxious tendencies and behavior from neighbors and it’s a down right abysmal experience living at LiveAtNoda. If you’re moving to Charlotte in the near future I highly recommend living anywhere but here.
This apartment complex is amazing, super clean, with friendly residents and staff! I accepted a job in the city and needed to find a place quickly, and the leasing staff were great in helping me understand the entire process. In particular, Ramatu was super helpful and friendly when helping me pick my apartment. She went above and beyond to make my renting experience as seamless as possible! She helped me lock down the apartment that I wanted very quickly and knew how to answer any questions I had! Super excited to be a resident here!
Do not live here unless you want a new set of management every 6 months!!!! I know that is very typical for apartments, as I have also lived in many apartments in Charlotte for some time now, however this has been the most disappointing experience yet. Many changes have occurred that made some of the most enjoyable aspects of the apartment, the least like-able and factors that played into not resigning a lease here. Construction has been occurring on the bridge connecting N Brevard and N Davidson as well for almost the entire duration of my lease. I was very excited and happy about living in this apartment for the first few months, but over time the quality of the building has diminished and quick staff turnover has made this building just like any other place in Charlotte. There are many things I could ramble on about; the dog poop all over the premises, rowdy neighbors, construction at all hours during the day, and now strict parking guidelines. If you’re looking for a typical, run of the mill apartment that just so happens to be conveniently placed on the light rail then congrats, you have found your place. However, I can personally say I will not be recommending this complex to anyone I know.
Do not move here. Honestly this place was amazing when I moved in and now Im counting down the days until my lease is done. Having friends in property management, I know a few things and Im assuming this place is trying to sell because theyve dropped the rent prices and with that have really let the place go downhill fast. First, the recent tenants most of which seem to be college students who can now afford the lower prices have zero respect for the building, with countless residents leaving trash in the halls and loud parties most nights of the week. Second, the noise between apartments is wild. I lived in Boston...in houses converted to apartments with zero noise insulation and I heard less there then I do here. If you are moving in, pray you get the top floor otherwise God help you. Third, Im not sure about management but it cant be great here. They lost all the amazing employees that used to work here at the beginning and I think Ive personally had 4 property managers since moving here in 2019? Also the gate situation here is pretty sketch. Either we have a ton of people living here who forget their fab key or a bunch of squatters because every time I come home, there are cars on the road pulled over waiting from someone to open the gate to come in behind me. For real, there are plenty of other apartment buildings in this area, even this street, that you should probably consider before coming here.
Ive lived in several apartment complexes in Charlotte, and Alta Warp + Weft is certainly my favorite! The amenities, the community events, the location (right next to the light rail!) make for a great place to live. The staff is also super helpful and friendly (huge shout-out to Alicia!), and they have always been able to resolve anything I bring their way!
Great location near the city with the lynx rail right outside the complex. The amenities are quite good, but access has been understandably restricted due to COVID. Its kept clean around here and maintenance is quick to respond (usually within the next day). No major complaints here. Shout out to the manager Alicia for the excellent support she gave me.
We moved to Charlotte back in June of 2020. MyWife and I went to about 15 different apartments all over Charlotte and Alta Warp and Weft definitely stood out among the crowd! The staff was super friendly, made us feel welcome, and the property wasGorgeous! It’s super close to Uptown (and everywhere else), easy access to the highway and light rail and has a great view of the city! 10/10 would recommend to anyone who’s looking for a beautiful place to live!
Posting this a week or two late.. but I would just like to thank Ramatu for everything she did to help me through the move in process. Super responsive and helpful with any questions I had. As far as the apartment, the location is great and the amenities are a plus.
I have never bothered wasting time writing a negative review, but my virtual touring experience with this apartment was laughably bad. I loved the amenities and style of the apartment and would have signed on the spot had I not toured, so it was a good thing I did. First, I was told that the floorplan I was looking at online wasnt even accurate, they show apartments with balconies/patios that do not in fact have them, which I feel is misleading. Additionally, a leasing agent called me and made an appointment to do a virtual tour a 12pm. By 12:30pm no one had called me and they said that my spot had been triple booked. Then called me again and said it must be my fault that I didnt schedule the tour properly, although the leasing agent who called me made the appointment. THEN they scheduled the tour for 2:30 pm, far after my desired time, but I agreed as this was the only day I could do. I have done about 10 virtual tours in Charlotte and I have never had such a bad experience. The leasing agent took almost an hour just to get to the apartment I was interested in, wasted time showing me-- not kidding-- the dead plants outside, the construction down the road, the lobby bathrooms...I tried hard to be polite but at one point I had to interrupt and say I did not have time as the tour probably would have lasted all day, although I had wanted to see other units. Hopefully this can help management with their sales front as I have not seen such unprofessional and frankly embarrassing handling of very basic things. If things are handled this poorly before you even move in, I cant imagine what it is like to be a resident.
Shout to Ramatu for all the support she has shown me. Such an amazing person. Help me throughout all of the leasing process and made me feel so welcome.
Love, love, love this place and the awesome leasing team! I moved from out-of-state with my furry friend, and my leasing agent Ramatu went above and beyond to make the process as seamless as possible from offering multiple virtual tours to find the best layout for me to work from home, being responsive to any and all questions about living in the community with COVID limitations, and making sure I was all set on move-in day. Love the closeness to Optimist dining hall and the walking path along the light rail. Its been two months and its been the absolute best experience living here so far!
This complex was rated a 4.2 less than 2 weeks ago. A few deleted 1 star reviews later & some how they are up to a 4.7…..
I feel super happy to have chosen this place as my new home. It feels good to arrive and feel at a hotel, after a long day of work. Super pet friendly and the concept is totally beautiful. Shelsea was definitely very nice and made the whole process fast and friendly. I dont regret choosing Alta Warp + Weft
My fiancée and I have spent the last while looking for apartments in the Charlotte area. She works from home and is currently based in Columbus, Ohio, and I am currently based in Ireland. In-person tours are not possible for us at this time. We liked the look of this place from the website and the reviews left by other people. We were cautiously optimistic as weve found that the general standard of management and construction in Charlotte is typically terrible. My fiancée reached out to this complex to arrange a virtual tour. Dates and times were agreed and my fiancée took time off work to attend these virtual tours. Twice we organised to view an apartment and twice we were let down. On both occasions we had to reach out to the management company for a reason as to why they failed to show up at the agreed times. We were told it was due to technical reasons. I can understand technology can sometimes scupper plans, but - in my line of work and my country - it is typically seen as common courtesy that if you cannot make a scheduled appointment for whatever reason that you reach out to the other contact and cancel or reschedule rather than leave them simply hanging there. If this is how they treat prospective clients before we hand over $18,000 per annum, then I shudder to think how we would be treated after any contract was signed. Poor management, poor communication and poor manners.
The apartments are great and amenities are amazing! Ramatu has been so professional and kind throughout the entire process! Definitely recommend working with her directly!
This is one of the best locations I’ve lived in, in Charlotte. The moving process was the best; thanks to Shelsea Perez. She helped the process smooth and perfect. The location suits me for my career and I’m happy to say I live at Alta Warp + Weft. The communit and neighbors are perfect as well. I will recommend this to anyone and everyone.
Nice area right outside of uptown. Been here a month and I love it! Interior of the apartments are nice and the amenities are great and couldn’t be any happier with my decision moving here. I was also happy with the leasing professional that helped me by the name of shelsea Perez
Beautiful apartments, nice people, good community. It is a place that you wanna be in. Very kind, professional and nice staff that care about you and help you in every way possible.
I could not be happier with my experience living at Alta Warp + Weft. The amenities are modern and fun, every square inch is always sparkling clean, the team here is kind, helpful and became like family. A special thank you to Ariana- your warm spirit lured me into this space, Harvey- you have always been there for every question with a genuine smile, Ben- you have truly been a god send with your quick responses to any concern. The maintenance crew and the fabulous Bessie- you all work so hard to make this space beautiful and functional- Thank you for your dedication.I can not recommend this building highly enough to anyone who is looking to reside in a quiet, safe area of Charlotte while still being able to immerse yourself in the restaurant and bar scene of Noda as well as the creative, fun events put together for the residents here. You will enjoy every minute of your stay!
I am looking for a new place with more square footage and I really loved the looks of this new apartment complex! I worked directly with Ben and he was AMAZING especially for it being his 2nd day at this site! He was able to answer all of my questions and if he didnt know he got them for me right after the tour. The community was beautiful along with SO many activities that they offer. They have a huge space if you have dogs where they can roam and play along with an area where they would host outdoor yoga which also isnt in the sun, so thats awesome! Ben was delightful and you can tell that hes been doing this for many years and he was very transparent about everything.Great job well done!
My Fiancé and I have been residents at Alta Warp + Weft for a little over a week now. We were very grateful to have Ramatu help us through the application process. She made it smooth and efficient. In exactly 2 weeks to when we first saw our present unit we were approved and moved in by that same weekend. Ramatu was an amazing agent and we are very happy here at Alta Warp + Weft.
Moved in a little less than a month ago and so far we love it here! The building is always very clean, the outside is kept up nicely and the staff is very helpful/friendly. Ramatu helped us throughout the move in process and made the whole situation smooth, stress free and easy! The apartment itself is also great. It’s brand new, updated, modern but also has a homey feel.As for the noise, it’s so quite here! People are respectful and I barely hear other people especially at night which is nice. Again we just moved in so we haven’t gotten the full experience yet but so far we are so happy with our decision to move here! Also this location is unbeatable in my opinion. Walking distance fro noda, optimist hall and the greenway! Can’t get much better than that! It’s also directly across the street from the light rail which is nice! If you are looking for an apartment, look no further! This complex has it all!
The service here is amazing. Ramatu and the rest of the team went out of her way to make me feel welcome and informed. I didn’t go with this apartment, but felt others should consider it. Ramatu Took an hour video touring the building and several apartments with me, was available to answer all of my questions, she was genuinely friendly, and didn’t apply any pressure. I viewed 12 apartments and out of all 12 the service at warp + weft stood out. The apartments are beautiful and the space has a community vibe. Also, the residents and staff seemed to care about covid safety. Both times I visited I noticed staff and residents always wearing masks and the building was nice and clean. A really unique feature was their garden beds. Staff and residents can grow fruits and veggies!
I visited the property and leasing office today. The property is beautiful and well maintained. Everyone was extremely helpful and appeared to enjoy their jobs and working together. It is conveniently located and very close to the blue line. Though Im not currently looking for housing, I would tell anyone looking to check them out.
After visiting this apartment complex and our tour with Ariana we were very excited to consider moving here! Ariana was very nice and professional and showed us all the amenities throughout the complex and was very detailed and Took her time with us! I enjoyed, well wishes Ariana :).
Really nice apartment with great natural light! Property Director and her team are extremely nice, very accommodating, and make the building feel like a community. Light Rail stop is just across the street, reasonable walk to NoDa and 10 minutes from Uptown and Plaza Midwood by car (10 min to Uptown by Light Rail). Onsite parking is great and lots of amenities available.
Recently had the pleasure of staying here while visiting a friend and... WOW!She took me on a mini tour of her new place... almost made me consider moving states just to live in the building! The front office staff is First class. Shelsea and Ramatu were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and Alicia which I believe is the manager has a personality like no other! If i ever move to Charlotte.. sign me up!
Ive really enjoyed living here so far. Moving in at first, there were some problems, but the staff was quick to resolve it. I would really like to see a keypad at the garage, that guest can use to contact the tenet. I know there is one on the side of the building but it is super inconvenient to have to come down and open the garage for a guest (when theres a possibility to open the garage from your apartment).
My experience with Alta Warp & Weft has been nothing but smooth and that is all thanks to Ramatu! She assisted me with getting into the apartment that I was interested in by the date that I needed to move. Her communication skills were excellent and the turn around time after I submitted my application was fast! Thank you so much Ramatu for your assistance!!
Just based off of a 30 min tour I can tell this place has major issues. Took days for them just to answer my phone call to book a tour. Should’ve never went in after that. Look elsewhere
Beware: excessive and exorbitant fees. $155 application fee for two people moving into a one bedroom apartment, and then a $200 Holding Fee which magically turns into an Administrative Fee once you sign so that they do not have to refund it back to you. On the application website this fee is misrepresented as an optional fee to hold the apartment. However we are now being told that this fee is non refundable after move in. After purchase they mark the fee on the receipt as shall be retained as liquidated damages in the event you choose not to enter into the agreement applied or herein. So on the one hand they need liquidated damages if you do not enter the agreement, but on the other hand if you DO enter the agreement they will keep it anyway. Completely illogical and unjust. Two days before we moved in they posted a 6 weeks free move in special, yet did not offer this to us nor would go back and apply it to our lease. A hefty discount being offered to new renters makes it very clear that our Holding Fee was unnecessary because people are not clamoring to move in here. If I could go back in time I would shop around to the 3 other apartment buildings on this street to avoid this feeling of being duped.
Moved here 3 months ago. So far so great. The whole management team (Tobi, Mark, Ariana & Harvey) constantly making sure that all tenants feel home at ALTA WARP+WEFT. All application processing stages was super smooth. The management team is very responsive & caring by any means. Great amenities. Great location. Minutes away from Uptown without craziness of Uptown.
I worked in the customer service field for 15 years, and I can easily say that my experience with the staff has been nothing short of amazing. By far the best rental experience ever! Im not trying to hype or exaggerate anything, but just an honest review of how great the staff has been. So much so that it feels as if theyre family, yet Ive only lived here for 3 months. Not to mention the beautiful apartments, and the community in general. Everyone is super respectful and in the few events Ive managed to attend, I was able to meet some wonderful folks. So far I have nothing negative to comment about this place as whole, and have been very happy thus far.P.S. To the staff...keep doing the fantastic work that youre doing. You guys rock!
The office was over the top friendly and communicative... Up until they got the lease signed. Now its near impossible to actually talk to the staff and when you do the encounter is usually less than pleasant. With the rent so high youd at least expect there not to be roaches crawling the halls but youd be wrong. Just waiting out my lease at this point.
Ive been living at Alta Warp + Weft for a little over a year and have been very happy with the experience! The staff is friendly and willing to help with any issues that arise. Theres been quite a bit of turn-over as the apartment is just over a year old but the new staff members have been especially helpful during our lease re-signing. The amenities were great when they were open but due to COVID, many are unavailable now, but some are being safely re-opened. They are also beginning to host some outdoor events while keeping socially distant. The biggest complaint weve had is noisy neighbors. We chose the 5th floor to avoid this problem but the people that moved in below us play their music so loud it shakes our coffee table. They have begun turning it down during quiet hours (11pm) so its getting better. Be warned that there is a lot of construction noise if you room on the back side of the building as they are working on a bridge to connect N Brevard to N Davidson Street. Apart from these issues, Ive been happy with the living experience and just signed up for another year.
Honest review of Alta Warp + Weft (COVID 19 Edition)Ive been here for over 6 months so its time to leave a lengthy review!Staff - Staff are super friendly, like any complex employees seem to come and go but ive only had positive experiences with the staff here. My tour was fantastic and they offered me a great price on the apartment. The maintenance guys are awesome and friendly as well. This property isnt owned by one of the big corporations and it shows.Appliances - Washer and dryer are OK, they get the job done but definitely a little noisy and tend to rattle very loudly if you put in a huge load. The bathroom is great, lots of water pressure in the shower and the water heats up quickly. I havent had any issues with my kitchen appliances, theyre pretty standard. For what I pay I wish the fridge had a water/ice dispenser.Build Quality - Everyones big question ... Can you hear your neighbors and are the walls thin? The answer is kinda. I can occasionally hear my upstairs neighbor, but I dont have noisy neighbors so its not a huge issue.I know some places you can hear people next door if theyre whispering, that isnt the case here, but the walls arent made of brick either. If wanting a quiet space is important to you, you may want to rent on the 5th floor to insure that.Parking - Having a secured deck was a big deal for me. There is plenty of parking and I havent had to worry about my motorcycles getting stolen. The deck is tight so if you have massive truck you might want to be carful. Traffic always seems light and ive never really gotten jammed up before, but maybe thats because of COVID.Amenities (COVID edition) - Havent been able to use the gym or common areas yet which is a bummer, but this whole year has been a bummer sooo ... what are ya gonna do? The pool are is clean and generally pretty calm compared to other places ive lived. The pool is in the middle of the complex so you get very little sunlight, but you know that going into living here.Coffee machine is awesome, there was supposed to be free beer as well, but that has been killed by COVID.Hallways are very clean and cool! A lot of other places I look at complain about elevators and hallways being trashed or smelling like dog poop. Thats not the case here.Residence - There is a good mix of people here, it is much more diverse than other parts of Charlotte which I love. It appears to me most people are in there mid/late twenties and early thirties. There are a few families here as well. If youre looking for a frat house this is not it, try moving to the south end. The residence here are a little older and everyone ive met has been awesome. At night sure there are people who party but it never gets out of hand, or has kept me up at night.Location - 5 minute walk to Optimist Hall, 10 minute walk to Heist Brewery and NoDa. Uptown is a 10 minute drive and South End is 15 minutes tops. We are 50ft from a lite rail station if that is important to you. The apartment is in an up and coming area but ive never felt uncomfortable or not secure before. Why should you move here?- Great floor plans (and good deals)- Late 20s/early 30s crowd- Good amenities- Secure parking deck- Near but not in the action- Complex is clean/friendly staffSmall gripes- loud washer/dryer- no water/ice machine outside fridge- apartment doors could be a little thicker as the hallways can be noisyWould I resign my lease? Absolutely
This location is amazing! The staff is so friendly and inviting! Tobi welcomed me and sincerely engaged with me. I felt very valued! Big kudos to whomever designed the layout and artwork in the office it is amazing! The coffee bar and entertainment is a huge bonus!
I came into the leasing office today looking for a 2 bedroom. As I walked in, I was greeted by an amazing staff member. Tobi the property manager did a phenomenal job at showing me all the available floor plans. I appreciate her taking the time with me and being patient. She definitely has helped me narrow down my decision. The apartments themselves are very luxurious, the location is prime, and the amenities are really nice. Overall, I would definitely recommend not signing a lease without dropping by here first.
Recently visited Alta Warp and Weft complex and it is super. New and clean with lots of features. The representative helping me and my stepson was Ariana. She was the very best and was extremely helpful. Ariana helped my stepson decide in favor a renting at the complex. Thank you so much Ariana for the best experience possible, much appreciated.Ed and Ken
I relocated to Charlotte in October of 2020, and due to the pandemic, opted to choose an apartment remotely. I decided on Warp + Weft because it had the amenities and aesthetic I wanted at a price that was competitive with nearby options, especially when I factored in what Id say since they offered me my second month free. In a sea of competing options, Im glad I chose to live here.NEIGHBORHOOD: Understand if youre a transplant to the city like me, this area is definitely undergoing gentrification. If thats an issue for you -- politically, morally, etc. -- its something to be aware of. That said, I like living in the area because its accessible to everything. I look forward to riding the light-rail, which is literally steps from the front door, post-COVID. Theres a footbridge to the more heavily-trafficked street adjacent to the building, too, that seems like it will be great when the project is finished. Cordelia Park is also very close, and quite beautiful!STAFF: Since Im self-employed and had recently experienced an improvement in my financial situation, I understandably had a few hoops to jump through to get approved for the apartment I wanted. However, Ramatu was so helpful with the entire process, and very friendly, professional, and always available to assist me (and sometimes my questions were Im sure pretty menial). She enthusiastically provided a thorough tour of the community features and potential apartments for me over FaceTime, and was forthcoming about things that might be potential dealbreakers--such as nearby construction and COVID-compromised amenities. If she hadnt disclosed that information, my five stars would have been four. I really appreciated working with her, and its always nice to see her around! On that note, my interactions with other employees have been incidental and pleasant. Also, I dont know what they do down there, but the lobby smells really good, like...I dont even know what.
The building was gorgeous! I had a great experience with Shelsea and Ramatu, they were professional and followed up immediately after my tour!
I’ve been living here around 5 months now and I love living here. Everyone at the front desk are very friendly and helpful especially Tobi and Harvey. They host fun activities for the residents at least once every 2 weeks. And with the light rail being so close to the apartment the commute to uptown and back is very simple. I know i have made a great choice moving here.
I recently had the opportunity to setup a pop-up bookstore in the Alta Warp + Weft lobby on behalf of Shelves Bookstore for their residents. The event went smoothly thanks to their incredibly helpful Assistant Property Director, Harvey Walker. Harvey did a great job promoting the bookstore to residents that came through the lobby and also setup a table of light refreshments for residents to enjoy while they browsed our shelves. I also want to shout-out one of their leasing specialists, Mark who assisted me with getting setup upon arrival. I look forward to partnering with Alta Warp + Weft again in the near future!
I stayed with a friend for a few days, the community was nice and clean. I met one of the staff named Ariana who was very refreshing and knowledgeable Regarding the apt community and area. If I lived in NC I would definitely consider moving here!! Cool place And great staff!
This community is very quiet and attractive, its position is ideal: close to the train station (I do not need to drive all the time to get wherever I wanna go) and I can walk to find some nice restaurants, bar, clubs... There is many options in the Club House (games, library, piano, free beer and snack). The garden is extraordinary. inside smells sweet and its sensational... If you love art and the original things, you will rejoice... basically I think this is the ideal place for someone to stay and spend the rest of his/her life.
We hosted a hair braiding class in the Alta Warp & Weft lounge. First, the place is gorgeous, welcoming and beautifully designed! The staff were so kind and gracious in letting us use their Residents Lounge for the event and helping make sure we have everything we needed. Thanks to Aliana, Harvey and the Warp & Weft team for being awesome! The place was so impressive we could have just moved right in ;)
I scheduled a showing a few weeks ago with Ramatu at Alta Warp + Weft because I was moving back into the Charlotte area. My mother joined me on my apartment hunt and Ramatu was AMAZING! She was very kind, patient and informative of my available options and of the features and amenities that Alta Warp + Weft provides. My mother was sold on the garden and community vegetables they provide for free. What sold me was the beer on tap! I really appreciated the customer service provided by Ramatu and management. I have lived in various apt. complexes that seem to not care about your needs or lack of service and only cares about your monthly payment. Ramatus customer care is five star elite. If you are looking to move in the Uptown Charlotte area, Alta Warp + Weft is definitely worth a visit!
I moved in about a month ago and I absolutely love everything about this place! Its new and modern with great location, young professional tenants, and top notch amenities from the 24 hour coffee bars to the open fresh foods market in the lobby! But what sets it apart even more to me is the friendly and professional staff, specifically maintenance (Darryl). He GETS IT DONE and is very knowledgeable about the building and pretty much any tasks. He definitely personifies Jack of all Trades and is a huge asset to the team here, and the Warp + Weft tenants appreciate you!
Dealing with Alta Wrap + Weft has been nothing shy of a horrible experience. Once they got my money(application + deposit) all communication came to a complete stop. The issues began when I requested photos of the studio I signed a lease for. The assistant property manager Courtney was in contact with me via email up until the date I applied for the application - then she vanished. It took me two weeks and several emails to receive the photos, get an update on my application approval(after they took my money), and then when the lease was sent over - it was sent to a completely different email address about three weeks later - and of course, still no photos. At this point I refused to do business with the management staff. I could never get someone on the phone let alone email. Once I requested a refund, Courtney suddenly decided to answer my many emails(I can provide proof of all of this), and also decided to cc her head property manager in the messages as well. I requested a refund and they did everything in their power to have me change my mind and Lauren(head property manager) apologized for the extreme lack of communication. Once I declined to keep on with the leasing process, Lauren assured me that I would be REFUNDED for my troubles. Fast forward to now - it has been 15 days since she assured me I would receive my money within a week, and 10 days since I have last heard from her. I have called, emailed, everything. As a professional, youd think someone would follow up with me since Ive already gone through so much to get to this point - but no - no professionalism at all.The management at this place is a joke. The leasing associates are super kind and nice, but management is a joke. At this point I have been dealing with this ordeal for going on a month and a half. I luckily have every single email and phone call documented in case they try to pull something. Just be aware when dealing with this complex that they are hard to get in contact with and could careless it seems once money is paid.*photos of emails will be posted later*
An amazing apartment. Modern and young. Brand New building. My guests are always amazed at the amenities. Beautiful 24/7 gym, a great pool, and break room / arcade. We have a community garden. Our office has free coffee. The apartments appliances are all brand new. And its right on the 25th Street light rail stop.Ariana, Mark, and Harvey were all an enormous help during move in and went above and beyond what they needed to. Anything you need, these guys are on it. I recommend this place constantly and will continue to .
Such an amazing community. To start off, I was visiting my daughter from out of town and I stopped by the office to grab a coffee and I was welcomed with such an amazing greeting by Arianna and Harvey, I’m so happy that my daughter has chosen this location with such an amazing location and staff.Thank you guys❤️
I absolutely love my new apartment at Warp and Weft! The club room has a beer keg and free arcade games! My friends love coming over to visit, and I’m super close to lots of breweries, restaurants, and shopping.
Since the search and living here for a few months, it has been a wonderful experience. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. They provide high and consistent level of service, while making living here fun. They held a couple of events so far and it was a great way to meet other residents. It would be unfair to call anyone out since they’ve all made a great impression on my wife and me. Beer on tap is a plus! Apply today!
Really nice luxury apartments with a spacious lobby. They not only do they have an amazing staff but they also have beer on tap and a coffee machine. They also have fruits and vegetables in the lobby that you can grab from time to time when you need it. Excellent location coupled with excellent service.
I toured the property recently and loved not only the apartments but all of the amenities from the gym and my favorite is the food bar and coffee station at the reception area!! Whoever designed the apartments has the best eye for color and placement. I have great ideas for how I’ll decorate once I move in. The team is very professional.
First the property is gorgeous! All of the staffing is amazing. Ariana and Harvey answered all my questions and helped make it any to find my new home. I can tell wait to move in! Thanks for all your help
This is a super nice place to live and also great workers. My go-to person at the leasing office is Ariana. If there was another star (⭐️) over 5, I will definitely give it to them. Great vibe overall.
This apartment complex is truly amazing. All of the people in management and the front office are the kindest people (shoutout Ariana). They make an effort to know you and build a connection that makes you feel even more at home. From the clean and well kept amenities to the welcoming community this place has everything you could ever imagine for your future home. They have amazing resident events and truly care about their renters, Alta Warp + Weft is luxury living at its best. You will not find a better place to call your home.
Just toured the apartments yesterday. The place is gorgeous and brand new!! across the street is the light rail, very easy go to work. Im going apply next week for 2 br.If you see Harvey Walker, hes the best leasing agent. He will take great care of you and show you all the cool stuff.
Exceptional modern units with great amenities. Super convenient location across from Light Rail. Friendly and responsive staff who are sincere about looking after tenants. Would definitely recommend!
The staff was very pleasant, helpful and welcoming. The property was absolutely gorgeous. Every amenity that you could ever think of, from the pool to the gym to game/lounge room was available and well thought out. I will definitely be recommending this property to anyone in the Charlotte area.
Great location and staff! Very trendy with original art through out and old school arcade games in the lounge for residents. Train schedule posted in the lobby with easy access to the train. Excellent attention to detail and clean property.
I am really big on customer service and I have NEVER met someone as welcoming and genuine as Harvey! I am moving to Charlotte soon and trying to find the perfect place for me and Warp and Weft was on my list. Harvey answered all of my annoying questions and even seemed genuinely interested in me and making sure I found exactly what I was looking for, which surprisingly has not been the case at every apartment that Ive called which made me feel like a burden for asking simple questions. Harvey radiates happiness and positivity and his energy is infectious. I cant wait to come in for a tour soon to check out the property and look forward to meeting the team! Thank you Harvey!!!!
Friendliest staff around. Process from the tour to signing the lease was super easy and painless. The property is wonderful and by far the best value in the noda area.
Absolutely love this property! Gorgeous new apartments, and such a great location, super close to uptown! I love being in the Noda area, lots of fun stuff to do! The office staff is extremely friendly and helpful, they were able to answer all of my questions. Thanks Ariana and Tobi! I cant wait to move in!
I went to visit a cousin there. I really enjoyed the time in the luxurious residence lounge. i love the area and the property is really nice.
I am currently in the process of applying for and signing a lease on a one bedroom, and the place is absolutely beautiful inside and out. We were given a tour by Mark Lynch, who not only answered all of our questions, but he was very knowledgeable about all current deals and specials. I can confidently say that if if it wasnt for Mark, we definitely would have continued looking else where. He has been very clear and I always get an immediate response to my emails. I am beyond excited to live here and highly recommend considering this place. Just ask for Mark Lynch!
Great new property...close to everything, great location. Tons of amenities, modern and trendy. The decor is fabulous, warm and welcoming. You feel at home as soon as you step through the lobby door.
Talked to Mark over the phone and he was very helpful and patient with me in my moving process to Charlotte. About 30-45 second walk to the light rail, very nice skyline view and my neighbors are very polite. Pantry is also convenient for when I need to grab seasonings and fruits.
This place has everything I could want in a place to live! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, especially Courtney! She helped me find the perfect home!
Amazing staff, with a fully equipped lounging area. Beer on tap, state of the art coffee machine, and a healthy selection of snacks for all prospects and residents. Also they have phenomenal sign spinners!
Truly jaw dropping. Upon entering the complex you’re immediately taken aback by the modern aesthetic and you know you’re somewhere truly special. From the first tour to application and move in day, the whole process was as seamless as can be. I cannot give enough praise to the leasing agent Mark. Mark is an absolute standout employee. His personality is engaging and you can tell he loves what he does. He answered every question I had through our correspondence regarding the process rapidly and was Uber helpful; to an impeccable, unmatchable degree. The location is in a perfect spot, located right off a low traffic street, close enough to walk/bike/scooter to everything that noda has to offer and it’s right across from the light rail with easy access to the city if you so wish. The complex itself has a phenomenal gym with the most modern and up to date equipment, a truly unique resident lounge area with a fine choice of arcade games and things to do, and a beautiful pool area. My new apartment is wondrously laid out, the kitchen area is beautiful and the bathrooms are utterly gorgeous, not to mention spacious. This is the perfect place to call home, and I’m so excited I now get to call it mine.
Beautiful property! Great location.
My husband and I moved to Charlotte from California, and from the very beginning the leasing specialists, property manager and assistant property manager have been so kind and welcoming. They are always friendly, generous and ready to help with a willing and sincere attitude. The amenities are also pretty sweet. There is beer on tap, in both the clubhouse (you can reserve this for special events/parties) and the lobby. There are fruits and vegetables that are provided, coffee machine, tea and a variety of other treats available. The gym is equipped with all the needed machines and weights, and the pool is a very nice get away from the summer heat. It really has everything that you would need. The apartment complex is located right across the light rail station making it easy to commute to Uptown Charlotte with just a 10 minute ride. Its also close to NODA which is a great place to hang out on the weekend and enjoy a good dinner and drinks.Another great thing is that management has get togethers for the residents. They provide a fun and neat way to get to know each other and create a pretty cool environment with your neighbors. Of course, it is always a plus when drinks and food are provided.Overall, I am loving living here. The people, the location and the complex itself couldnt get any better.
Love the variety of entertainment in the common areas. The staff is great, very consistent in the way they treat residents. Love love love the property’s amenities and art work!
Mark was my tour guide and he was awesome! Very helpful and knew all the needed information being a future new resident. Apartment complex decor was exciting and new. Highly recommend!!
Alta warp and welf is a nice place where you can stay at. It is a nice location, luxurious and clean place
Love the location! Right across the street from the rail. Walking distance to many attractions. Reasonable price, Love the building and amenities and to top it off the staff is actually really cool!
The staff is awesome always friendly and attentive to details. The amenities are top notch, the fruit market and beer tap sets Alta apart from the rest. I love living here.
I love this place. Its very clean and well kept. I love all the accomodations they have like the play room and day room for the residents. The pools is also great.
Warp + Weft is great! There are a lot of things you can get picky on in the current Charlotte apartment market, but at the end of the day you want a nice building, solid location, and trustworthy staff. This place has all of them. First of all, our leasing person, MARK LYNCH is the man (with a nice name, too, lol)! He took his time with me every step of the way (me and my partner were high-maintenance). The rest of the staff (Ariana, Harvey) were a lot of fun and nice, too. This place also has an ARCADE ROOM, and a huge courtyard out back. You dont get that much in these areas. Im applying right now, and Im looking forward to the next year!
This property is very attractive. I love how it is right in front of the lynx train stop. Very convenient for work and about 5 or less minutes from uptown. They have Peloton bikes and a CrossFit environment gym. There’s a lounge with computers, games and an arcade. The pool is phenomenal, with such a beautiful view! I highly recommend this apartments to anyone!
Stayed the night here at this apartment complex and I love how close it is to the train, the game room was nice and they have a stocked pantry!!! Amazing community.
Alta Warp + Weft is an awesome new apartment community right outside the 25th street light rail station, just one stop before NODA. The apartment building itself is brand new and has a real good/spacious gym, outdoor pool, and nice rec area. The staff couldnt have been kinder and more accommodating, much more professional and genuine than most apartments I have toured. There are a fair amount of new apartments springing up in Charlotte, but Alta War and Weft is the best one I have seen, top stuff all around.
This property is absolutely perfect. The apartments are brand new and have a modern look, and in a great location right across from the light rail and 5 minutes from uptown!
I am so amaze with the apartments. It has so much to take in. amazing staff that will make you feel like you have them as friends. great hospitality welcome home.
This is a really nice and comfortable apartment to live, I’m in the process of moving here and I love everything about this place, the staff here are nice and very professional. Arianna is always there to help with anything you need even on her days off, I don’t know how she does it lol, It’s safe and secure unlike most apartments in Charlotte and the best thing about it is the light rail is just right across the street. If I could give a 10 stars rating I definitely would
So I was passing by around the neighborhood and I saw that the Apartments were actually opened. I came in and I was very warmly greeted by Ariana, who already made me feel like we knew each other for years (thats rare). As I was Gathering information for a 1 Bedroom, Ariana laid out multiple floor plans for me to explore, not just giving me the one cookie-cutter model as most apts do. Overall she did a wonderful job of painting the picture of what it would be like to live here.Upon leaving, I met Mrs. Tobi the Property Manager and she was very pleasant with her warm welcomes as well. If you enjoy having a Brand New Apts for a reasonable price, please please please check them out.
Came into town to visit a friend for the weekend, really enjoyed my stay. the apartment is so close to the light rail and the amenities (game room) is my favorite place to go and the staff really makes you feel at home, 10/10 would recommend.
Wonderful place to stay! Great amenities and the staff is top notched!! I would highly recommend this place to anyone!!!
Very nice. If visiting try Aroma Indian Cuisine only 2miles away. staff is friendly.
Great looking Apartment Community. The landscape is tastefully done and all of the staff are incredibly nice.
This is a great place and area to live. Rental office staff is great. I highly recommend.
I’m currently still fairly new from New York and relocating into Charlotte since I work as a registered nurse at Novant Presbyterian. I visited this place yesterday to view/learn more about the apartments and got an awful feeling that I didn’t belong. I walked in to ask questions about the apartments and they gave me a pamphlet with no information on it (move in dates, sizes, prices, photos, amenities) there was nothing on it! Didn’t offer me a seat to discuss things, didn’t give me any information, just told me 1 bedrooms start at $1400 ( in a condescending way as if I couldn’t afford to stay there) and told me photos and prices are online 🙄🙄. I refuse to do business somewhere like this
Oh my goodness this place is fantastic I couldnt imagine living anywhere else in Charlotte!!!
Did some last minute moving and Tobi came to save the day by assuring me that this is where I should be living. I love the game room, the light rail is very convenient and a mini food pantry where i can get onions, potatoes, avocados even coffee in the mornings.
Such an awesome property! I absolutely adore how rustic and urban everything looks. The color scheme is so ecletic and refreshing. Tobi, the property manager, led the tour and I was very impressed with how professional yet fun she was! While touring, I visibly noticed the trains going by but couldnt hear a thing! My favorite apartment was the one bedroom, store front! It’s on the first floor and has gorgeous floor to ceiling windows. This property is definitely worth checking out. There are so many different floor plans that it adds a very personalized feel to this whole experience. You won’t be dissapointed.
